The newest rustling of grass got Sammy's hackles up again. "Chuuu..."
"Was that a rattle? Could it be an ekans?!" Jem asked excitedly to no one in particular. "Lets go Sammy!"
"Piiikachu!" the electric type protested as the redhead darted after the mystery pokemon. What if it was dangerous? What it bit Jem? What if it bit her? Sammy didn't want to get poisoned so early in the day.

Scyja shook its face of the bellsprout vomit. Though during the time he was 'blinded' by it the little bugger got away. "Sic" he growled in frustration knowing full well he would not get off easily for letting his prey get away so quickly. Disappointed he returned to his trainer's side. "I guess you did well, at least there are no more of them." Zephar told his Siczor. "Zor" it responded back to his trainer a bit apologetic. Once more someone screeched turning his attention in their direction. "Might as well pursue it." Zephar told the siczor, "Maybe you can redeem yourself this time"
The Siczor ran off followed by its trainer, following the newest thing that caught their attention.

Flua made a giggle like sound in that siren like voice of his, as the little paw touched his face, lightly nosing it and bumping it playfully in return. He was however drawn to looking at Hatch as well when the other trainer approached, curious to see the interaction between he and Mako. He'd not been around when the two trainers had previously encountered... but he sure did enjoy meeting anyone who seemed to not detest his rough around the edges trainer!
Looking back at the Meowth, Mako pursed his lips, and narrowed his eyes a little as he peered at the cat, "I guess so.." he confirmed idly, in a mutter. But the mention of his own Pokemon had his features relax a hair, nodding subtly in reply, "This is Flua. My companion for the longest." a hand lifted to give a pat to the giant leviathan's sleek body, snorting lightly, "Of course he is. Milotic are always gorgeous." he stated matter-of-factly.
But, like Hatch and Zhira had reacted, he tensed at the sudden yell again, whipping his head around to glare at the culprit, "Will you people stop your dang yelling already, yeesh!" he snapped irritably, "seriously, you'd think you were getting attacked, or something." he almost wished they had been. Would have been a far better reason to scream than over something rustling in the grass. "Honestly... how are some of these people trainers..?" he grumbled to himself, arms crossing tightly over his chest. Spotting the slithering something or other in the grasses, he glanced to Hatch again, "I just came to see what it was about. Don't really care for being immortal, and all that." he shrugged, before turning himself to face the way of the parting grass.
"Hey, by the way that things sounding, could be an Ekans. Might be able to catch it too." he made a gesture with his head for Hatch to follow, Flua instantly picking up on the fact that his trainer was about to go on the move. With a small nuzzle to Zhira, he floated on after Mako, keeping a protective curl around him.

"Ooh, quite true," Jorge mused, continuing to watch the odd dance and wondering how a contest judge would see it. Her attention was grabbed away from the two pokemon when there was another scream. "What the-" She squinted and could barely make out something running away in the grass. She saw some trainers chase after it and ... was that Layla?! She looked down at her feet and her Vaporeon was gone. "LAYLA!" she yelled, running after her. She turned her head as she ran, shouting back to Gormlaith. "Come on!"

As you get closer to the pokemon, you noticed that it shined as the sunlight hit it, and that it was of a pink color for the most part, but other than that, you still couldn't see much. The pokemon was diving in and out of the ground to escape, barely showing itself at all.
Mysterious Pokemon Sighting Rules The grass is so thick you can barely make out what color the pokemon is, let alone what it actually is! Will you try to catch the pokemon regardless? If you're interested, you have until 11:59 Eastern Time to try! Just post the code to attempt to catch it.

Mako's snort only made Hatch chuckle lightly. "Yeah, they are. This one especially though... It looks like you take really good care of him." He looked up as the commotion spread, brow knitting slightly. So, something else was out there. Not another bellsprout?
Mako's outburst just made Hatch laugh. Such a rough personality is a not-so rough body. "I'm sure they're all just excited," he replied patiently. As Mako headed off, and gestured to follow, Hatch smiled again and followed along. "Zhira. Come on."
Zhira had been quite happy prancing around for Flua to admire him, and was quite put-off when their attention went elsewhere. Hearing his name though had him skipping to catch up, strutting alongside his owner as they followed the moving tide.

"That's it for our seat," said Emalthya, standing up and hurrying further into the grasslands with Pheonix. "What is with the screaming here?"
Pheonix shook his head with a grumble. He wished he knew where he was going; then he wouldn't need to run, he would just fly there. He did not run gracefully and kept his face absolutely forward in case any of the other pokemon stared at him.
As veryone slowed down, Emalthya took a deep breath to steady herself. "I thought I was done chasing after pokemon!" she said to Pheonix jovially.
He tried to look like he wasn't a little sweaty from his sudden run. A sudden leap into the air he could handle with no problem, but maybe he should practise running fast more. When he was a charmeleon he could run rings around Emalthya, not the world's fastest trainer.

Gormlaith was watching the odd battle and made an 'ew' face when the Bellsprout got sick. Nasty. She turned to Jorge just as the scream sounded. It made her flinch a little and she looked around. "Goodness. All kinds of screams happening today." She muttered. She then realized that Jorge and Layla weren't by her anymore. Turning towards Jorge's voice she saw her running after her Vaporeon. "Coming!" She called back. She ran after them while carrying Vanadis. As she ran she noticed that other trainers were chasing a mystery pokemon. She caught sight of some pink and a rattle. She finally caught up with Jorge and pointed ahead. "A pokemon keeps popping up ahead of us. You going to try for it?" She was debating on it herself. Yeah it wasn't an ice type (most likely since they mostly stuck to the northern areas she was guessing) but with it having pink on it might make it look good in contests.

Niko strayed a little away from the group as he bend down on his knees to stare and inspect the little patch of herbs near an old tree. It was quite rare to see useful plants growing in the grasslands and he sure was not letting this opportunity go by. He swung his backpack down onto the ground and unzipped his first pocket, and took out a plastic zipper bag. He snapped the plants off near their roots and put them inside the bag and hid them away inside his big backpack. He got up and dusted the soil off of his pants and swung the backpack back over his shoulder. He got startled by a loud scream nearby. Rushing towards the crowd, he wondered what was going on this time. His eyes quickly focused on a girl with a bloody arm. He tried to push his was through but the girl only managed to scream "Hey, I need a healer!" as he got closer. It made his ears ring a little. "Hey, hey, I can fix this. Let me look at your arm," he told her as he dropped his heavy backpack to the ground again. Before he did anything else, he unzipped another pouch and took out a bottle of water and handed it to the girl. "Rinse away the dirt and stuff first. I need to grab the disinfectant wipes, and band-aid." Mahogany Sunset thank you for this opportunity! i don't know if she is a screamer when he applies the disinfectant wipes on her wound XD

Jorge was out of breath, trying to find Layla's pokeball in her pack while keeping one eye trained on the Vaporeon who was hissing and spitting at the grass. She sighed, giving up on finding Layla's ball in her mess of a bag. Instead, she unclipped an empty one from the belt around her waist and wondered why she hadn't just clipped Layla's there with the rest to begin with. "Why not?" she said, answering Gormlaith. "If anything, it'll teach Layla not to go chasing after strange pokemon!" she laughed. Jorge swung her arm back and, with a grunt of effort, she let the pokeball loose in the direction of the shivering grass. Pokeball go!

Again, Magnolia emotions were getting the better of her. She stood in awe, lips drawn to a small O, as she watched in excitement the shimmer of pink against her own similarly colored eyes. Suddenly, there was the twinkle of constellations in them as she clutched onto the strap of her messenger bag tightly; twisting the leather between her hands with a soft crunch.
"Asphodel, that's it! I think that's it!" she cried loud, a sudden gale whipping up the frilled end of her sundress. "I think that's the immortality granter! I think it is!"
The Ralts wasn't entirely convinced. From her vantage point, she could slightly make out the shape better than her trainer, but even she had trouble identifying what exactly it was. "Ral, ralts," she said aloud, but again, Magnolia was so caught up with herself she did not heed the Psychic-type at all. If James was here, she would listen, the Pokemon concluded, pursing her lips.
"I-I'm going to catch it!" Magnolia declared then and there; fumbling for a Pokeball from her bag as her hands trembled from her excitement. "Pokeball, go!"Pokeball go!

Gormlaith grinned and gave a short breathless laugh. "That certainly would teach her!" She said. She saw another pokeball go flying in the direction of the shaking grass. She reached back to grab one of her empty pokeballs. "I guess you're right. Might as well try for it." She said throwing her own pokeball. Surely someone would catch it. Pokeball go!

Charlotte caught up to the Pokemon moving in the grass, but still couldn't make out its identity. "What... What is it? I can't see a thing!" She looked over to Mara, who was nodding at her trainer. "Huh? You think I should... Try and catch it? Well, I guess you Ghost-types know the answer to mysterious things..." Taking a lone Safari Ball out of her bag, she aimed at the Pokemon as well as she could. Pokeball go!

Ai saw an opportunity to reclaim her mew; he was still right on Magnolia's tail, but he was completely distracted by whatever was in the grass that had all of the trainers agog. He was trying to figure out what the mysterious wild pokemon was, just like everyone else. Ai fished around her purse for Kumiko's pokeball, but when she took another step forward she stumbled and accidentally flung the ball into the grass in the general direction of where everyone thought the immortality-granter was. Luckily, it was not Kumiko's pokeball. Ai hadn't even been aware that she'd been carrying a spare pokeball. Pokeball go!

Cécile was following the commotion as best as he could, but between the thick grasses and Cersie's insatiable curiosity, it was slow moving. He had taken to following in the trail of some of the large Pokémon that were searching with their trainers, using their flattened paths to make travel easier. He shared a small amount of small talk with a stranger or two, but everyone moved along quickly.
As the moved deeper into the grasslandsas a group, the brunette chuckled as he watched his excited little Deerling chase some unsuspecting Bellsprout, and in amazement as all he could see disappeared in flashed of red light, caught by the trainers around him. He wondered idly if there would be any Pokémon left in this neck of the woods once this group was through.
