No worries; you don't sound rude, at all. We're sorry that you didn't receive your winnings, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. There could few things behind the delay in sending out the prizes, one of them being that our VC (she's usually in charge of distributing the prizes) is out for a week or two. As soon as she's back, you can expect to a trade to happen then.
