May 21st, 2019: Lanzer Sakura-Con 4 Life Can we unfreeze items from our aquariums? I also would like to know how can an item be frozen in someone aquarium that has no decorations/items, other than fish in them? Please provide me with an example of items that are currently frozen and I can look into it. Not sure how that was caused in the first place. Lanzer jenru inventoryso i'm about 10 pages behind organizing my inventory, something that only effects me, but when i do try to update and clean, i will have random items move around... so I've been waiting. are you hearing reports of this happening to others, or am I doing something wrong when I'm using the tools? Currently item arranger has some issues with the item stacking feature. It's a difficult problem to fix but it's on our buglist. I hope to find a good way to fix it soon.

Will we ever get a way to get items back we trashed accidentally especially when they are locked items? Hi there, Do you know when you got rid of it? If we have some idea of when it was we could look into it, but with no point of reference it'd be very tough to be able to reverse that. I'm going to be honest I really don't. I went on a hiatus and when I came back it was no longer in my inventory. Which leads me to assume I accidentally trashed it before I left for months. Hi there, If you want you can create a General Inquiry ticket in our Help Center, but to be honest, the queue is somewhat backed up and without specifics I can't hold out much hope we can find when it was removed from the account. Without that info we just can't grant it back unfortunately. Lanzer I want to add ways for some of the older items and achievements made available, through some events, quests, or features. Quote: Marketplace (Outfits)I've noticed that in the outfit market, it will show the estimated total based off the average market price - which is great, and as it should be. (115K)  However, the inventory screen shows a different story, it goes off the most recent market price - which is easy to hyperinflate - giving a much better total! I'm using one of my own outfits as an example, so it's not as extreme as some I've seen (like a 45K platinum item showing as worth over 2.5 million!) (143K)  My question/request: Can we please change the inventory screen to represent the "average" market price, please? We can update the inventory to show average price of items also.

Lanzer Lucid Hallucinogen FeaturesI know at one point the inventory 2 system was being worked on and allowed for sorting of items in different boxes as well as the mass deleting of items. I am doing my best to clean up my inventory, but all of the daily chance/garbage items are making it a bit difficult. For the time being I'm just shoving them in my locker. Are there any plans on working on that system again? I know there are several other matters to attend to currently. Sorry there had been a number of larger projects at work, but I will try adding in the additional features such as mass delete of box items. Lanzer H3av3n FeaturesCan we expand the temp storage from 600 to a higher number? Maybe 1000? Maybe higher? I can check the UI, if no changes are needed then we can up the limit as soon as next week.

Can we get a type of cache that opens to multiple caches? Ie, emerald, zomg, ruby, gold caches. Trying to craft the zomg wings is taking forever, opening thousands of caches to try to get the lowest dropped cache. A direct way to open 20, 50, 100 caches at a time to the colored bag caches would be a godsend! Okay, I'll look into an open many command versus a faster open again button.

Will all the item accumulation it's getting harder to sift through stuff. We tried implementing a box system but it turned out to be too slow to work right. August 6th, 2019: Lanzer Annortha Items Would you ever consider adding more tags to items, especially older items? For those of us with thousands and thousands of items, it would be really helpful to find them easier with the search bar. Seems like many items could really use a few more relevant tags. We definitely need more Gaians to help with adding tags to older items. I'll think of adding some rewards for suggesting tags and for having tags approved by mods. Lanzer Dundaclap Featuresso I'm having a problem with the inventory arranger. Even when I use the "all" tab its still messing up the next page when I move something to a new page. We will try to revamp the inventory arranger soon. There's definitely some inherent issues with the current implementation.

August 27th, 2019: Lanzer jenru reported this in the bug forum. put stuff in temp storage, but errored out when i tried to remove it. (after saving etc) not urgent, just letting yall know. The item moving script need an overhaul. Will look into fixing that ASAP. sweatdrop

(Also Bugs)Are there any status updates for desktop inventory pages? Like new categories, or being able to lock items that are used in outfits? Another thing with the inventory, when I search for an item, and it shows it, and then I move said item to storage, it reorganizes other items that came up in the query. This is a huge pain because I've meticulously organized my inventory by color scheme up to the end of the 12th page, and items get stuck in other color schemes when that happens. I also have not seen that weird bug that interlaces items on the page after you're organizing as often as before, it still happens, but it's totally manageable when I'm only placing 10 items or so. I think that inventory arranging with search results has some bugs that need to be fixed for sure. The system is unnecessarily complex and might take a bit more time to fix unfortunately.

October 1st, 2019: Lanzer Castiel Lover Invo ArrangerBecause the current arranger jumbles, and because it does not scroll or let us search while moving things from storage into the searched section, many of us still use the very very old invo arranger. Now, the very very old invo arranger had some issue around april 2018 where any item created after that does not show it's thumbnail in the arranger, making it very difficult to arrange. Is there any way you can look into why it does this and fix it? I didn't know about this error. Hopefully it's an easy fix. Inventory arranger is very tricky to fix but that's on my radar to have it fixed also.

Would be nice to more easily and faster be able to sort the items (either alphabetical or by categories). It's not difficult to add such sorting functions. It will probably only work for inventories below 20,000 items or the web page will have a hard time. I'll add that to the to-do list as I plan to re-work the item sorting functions.

If you keep fashion fray on the site can seeing the attributes be optional somehow? After the event we will make it so that the attributes do not show up if the "filter by fashion fray items" option is turned off. That should help. Lanzer COFFlNS features: can the store refreshing problem with our invos be fixed please? it's always done it on this account when i have more than one of an item, but now it also does it to any items that have the style things from this current event? it's super super annoying to deal with...
