For newbie, I've been going with AstoriaFallen, but for record-keeping in my pairing thread, I go with yes (I'd update newbie automatically whenever I posted the pair if our old newb has too many kin and you'd prefer not to be asked each time), ask (same as "yes" except I'd always touch base before updating a newbie), or no (no newbie at all), because people keep getting denewbified so fast, haha.
AND TY for wanting to offer, too; they're super flattered!! I've been holding off on them for now because they're fighting with me on who they are and what they might want, cries... Keeper comes off as a trustworthy guy; he's very gentle and soft-spoken, and helps take the burden off of other people's shoulders/holds onto their secrets without being pushy about it. In 99% of scenarios he'll leave it at that, because he's genuinely charitable... but he's also tenacious, and if he believes he needs something for a higher purpose, then he's not against blackmailing others as a last resort. v__v; Traitor is one of his unfortunate victims, haha. I'm still in the middle of hashing out what Keeper is gunning for and how Traitor fits into that; I only know that they both believe they need each other. Traitor doesn't like being vulnerable around other kin because Keeper just wrecked him with that ahdkjhodehisf; otherwise, he's not opposed to forming relationships, he just doesn't want to risk them getting caught up with Keeper like he'd been.
Let me know who you wanted to offer and what they're like, and we can see how it fits?? Though as before, absolutely no worries if you don't think you have anyone that might work! <333 I come up with headcanons for how/why my kin will fling a lot, and they'll get to that point eventually, too. vwv (Also let me know if I was completely off base because I noticed that they weren't actually named and realized you might've meant some other two LMAO.)

For Keeper:
Dappled Dew is very soft spoken and sweet; she'd be shy about things, but she'd be interested because her curiosity is what drives her forward with everything. Once she gets involved in something, it's very hard for her to separate herself, because she tends to put every part of her into it.
Gathering Flowers, on the other hand, is quiet and stubborn and a little wary of most. She doesn't open up easily, but this is mostly because she doesn't know how to. She's a little socially awkward and tends to come off pushier than she actually means to, and then her embarrassment makes her frustrated and standoffish. She wants more, she just doesn't know how.
Kind, curious, eager, a little reckless; she sometimes doesn't know not to go too far.
Quiet, unassuming, intense, a thirst for life, passionate.
Strong and a little abrasive, she can overwhelming; but her loyalty is sound.
Quiet, unassuming, and swimming in longing, Crescent spends most of her time feeling isolated and alone. She does not connect well with others, not because she doesn't try, but because she doesn't know how to try, because she does not speak well.

Thoughts about them either having worked together on a project in the past, or she volunteers to help with part of Keeper's current quest and travels with him and Traitor for a time, or a mix of both?

Traitor would read her recklessness as bravery and he'd be a lil' ashamed that Keeper is preventing him from enjoying his own life. I could see them having a secret meeting when Traitor can slip away from Keeper, and their curiosity for one another propels 'em to keep meeting up?? He would try to keep her from Keeper, but if either Keeper found out or Step in her recklessness ignored Traitor's warnings and confronted Keeper, then Keeper would probably try to break it off if he thought their relationship would get in the way of their quest.
Could be interesting if mixed with the Dapple breeding plot? Like if Keeper tried to stress the importance of duty over self and then Dapple pops in like. . . yo. . . check out our children-to-be.
