Hollandaise sat in theink demon's chair again. "Can you do cat whiskers, perhaps?" She didn't really care what she got, the Warder had just wanted to cram in as many booth visits as possible. Who knew when she'd be back here? She closed her eyes when he touched her cheek. She was better prepared for the cool ink this time and did not flinch, although she hissed a little. "Well, how is it, Sir Artist?" yylaayl just if you feel like answering her haha

Something That Waits silently drifted over towards the booth with his usual bored expression. Memories of when his brother painted his face while he slumbered came to mind (and ones when they weren't even foals). It always seemed like something of a jest - though, the alchemist would in turn try to think of scientific applications of such a deed. But, the booth sitting there seemed like it was for fun and by choice.
He hummed softly, his wings giving a flutter as he made towards it. How would an ink demon's painting go? "Bugs." Was all he said. That was his request. And he just stared blankly ahead.yylaayl I haven't looked at my score, just more of shoving Waits over here for fun xD

Quillan felt he did pretty well. He started slowly nodding his head, gave the ghoul a thumbs up, and said, "I think it turned out nicely!" At least the whiskers were straight.Quillan had very, very, very, very, very clear memories of what bugs looked like. "Bugs ... as in more than one bug?" He took a deep breath and started painting. He cringed with every bug he drew on the boil's face because they were very accurate to what bugs actually looked like! When he was done, he could barely stand to watch the customer leave because bugs.

Changing her appearance might encourage some of her confidence to return, Shine reasoned, so face painting seemed like a pretty good idea. She shuffled up to the boil at the booth, wringing her hands all the while, and slowly sat on the stool. "Will you...um...some...some ice..." she mumbled, averting her gaze as quickly as she could once the words left her mouth. To his credit, it was probably not that easy to paint on a face that was wet with tears that would not stop happening. It might have been a bit like attempting to paint a shallow puddle.

The caterpillar was either a glutton for punishment, or he was a big fan of Quill's face painting skills. He returned to the booth with a fresh face and a smile, this time asking the other boil to do something that would enhance the markings already on his face. He wasn't certain what else he wound up with, but it started with a dot on his nose and whiskers. There might have been eyeshadow... And possibly another flower. He wasn't sure, but he seemed satisfied enough, giving Quill a thumbs up. "Thanks!" yylaayl I won the ticket and minipet! I would like: Soda Treat Ink, please! sn: kesyx

The ink demon tried really hard to paint ice (although he wasn't really sure how to draw ice) on the ghoul's face but THE TEARS WERE EVERYWHERE. He felt horrible because sh must be upset about something and he was pretty sure his attempt at face painting would not make her feel any better at all. Afterall, she would look like she had cried after putting on mascara, except she would have had to put mascara everywhere on her face. Facepainting was a carnival favorite! He would definitely check this out, eagerly sitting in front of the ... ink ... reaper ... demon ... something.
(So confusing.)
Ignatius shifted in his seat, before happily offering, "I'd like a lightning bolt, please!" That would probably be easy enough to replicate, considering how many of them were visible on his hands and legs alone...
And apparently, it was! While the lightning bolt was not the best thing to be ever drawn on his face with ink, it was certainly pretty close, and the ink boil seemed to agree, a pleased enough look on his face. More face painting? Why not! He still had a bit of open space on his forehead, he was pretty sure. Arrakis was also pretty sure he looked ridiculous, but he didn't really honestly care. How often did he get his face painted? Not very! So, sitting in front of the artist again, he requested something simple, something quick and small. A star. And, well, he thought it turned out better than the painter apparently felt, but as far as Arrakis was concerned, it was still recognisable as a star. And, really, wasn't that the important part?

It was time to go home, Arynek quickly ran along the booths to deliver souvenirs, some already closed so she'd better be hurry. "Oh luckily you're still here." The ghoul panted as she talked in relief, "Thank you for the face paints, I really love them, so please take this." "A face painting booth, huh. Sounds like fun. He looks like a painter so I'll give it a go", Shadow said as she walked up to the booth. The artist finishes and mutters something about how objects in mirrors may appear more distorted than they actually are, and hands her a carnival ticket.
