Coughing into the back of her wrist, the little troll knew that time was almost up. They were almost done. It was... It was going to end very soon and she felt a mix of things. Happiness, fatigue, and paranoia. Was it enough? Would it ever really be enough? She wasn't sure.

Before leaving base..Stryke took notice of several injured trolls. Frowning he took it upon himself to make sure he at least..made some kind of impact in the effort to treat the wounded. He really didn't like touching strangers, but these trolls...needed help. Managing to get around to three trolls, he felt good enough about his attempt before ducking out to head back to the field.

Skae went flying as his bomb detonated prematurely in his hands. What the Glub? What. The. Glub?!? Great! Now he was talking like the sea dweller that had been teaching him! Skae snarled at his hands that oozed a rust red and went to patch himself up. He couldn't be leaving frond prints on his work now could he?

Vremea felt a little bad the last time she passed by the medical bay and didn't help the wounded out. This time, she actually did help out some trolls--though she felt a little weird using her artifact so freely, but decided not to think much of it... people were hurt.

Gerbils in his pockets helped distract the trolls tht Lunear was trying to help. It was gross to touch the lowly peasants blood and..things. But, as he managed to get them to stop bleeding everywhere, the blue blood figured that he could use their blood to hide his own color.

Skae had to return to base to gather more bombing supplies. But he paused, looking down at his hands, and back over to the area where the wounded were being tended. He'd had a spot of kindness, why not pass it along? He took a moment to bandage, clumsily, other trolls wounds in the same manner that his own had been dealt with.

Lunear was reluctant to admit it, but he did care a bit. Just enough to break from his scouting to help mend the wounded. It's not like he had a soft spot or anything!

Empathy was something Lunear struggled with, but he tried. That was what mattered when it came to aiding his fellow rebels right? Empathizing? It was hard enough to get over the whole low blood thing, but he was trying. And by trying no one could really criticize him.

It was tough for Odette to rush between the med bay and the battlefield like this, but deep down she knew it was worth it. Something about changing a troll's life made her feel a bit changed, too. There was some sort of weird magic in those troll's smiles, she supposed.

Building explosive bullets proved a challenge. The main problem originated in how tiny they were. It required a good deal of finesse, and while Kursha did not consider himself clumsy, his hands were shakier than he might have guessed. He swore as he spilled more gunpowder over the table.

It wasn't like he enjoyed getting close enough to touch and bandage other trolls, but seeing so many trolls hurt bothered him. They could be out in the field helping make this whole shitty fighting end sooner.

The rebellion's black jumpsuits were pretty classy and all, but Rasali couldn't help but wonder if they could be... snappier. Sure the anonymity was important, but that didn't mean the outfits had to be bland. Cool uniforms could definitely be a draw for new recruits! Rasali knew she'd sign up for a faction with cool swag.
Rasali spent the rest of her evening drawing outfit designs with crayons she'd found. Eventually Kappadad insisted she move on and do some actual work. ]

No, enough of this. This was horrible. She thought of the jadeblood she fought, and the fires he started, and the destruction she caused. She had enough of demolition. She wanted to go back and help the sick.

She walked over to the med bay, and visited some of the hurt adults. She wondered if any of them were offended by being led into battle by children like her. Or maybe they were happy to be on the front line, keeping more kids safe and protecting the future of Alternia. Odette thought it was a mixture of both.
