He took her offered hand, and knit their fingers together when he was up instead of letting it go. "No dying. Got it."

He still kind of felt like an a*****e boyfriend, but he'd figure it out what to do about that when they were safely at hope. For now, he lead her towards the newly opened passage.

One more tunnel passage later and it opened up to a room completely out of place with the rest of the adventure. Heavy stone walls had been replaced by soft wood with hazy glowing lamps in the corner. Two couches sat in the center of the room facing each other, with a small antique coffee table separating them. There was a teaset on the table and embroidered pillows on the couches.

More importantly, everything felt like an old lady's home. There were faded pastel pinks and green littering the area. Doilies sat on every surface, pictures covered the walls with family members. There were shelves with tiny glass animals and porcelain dolls, quilts folded over the edges of the couch. Antique rugs covered the hardwood floors, and golden decals. Everything curls with an era long past.

What stands out, however, is a tiny elderly lady sitting patiently on one of the couches. She says nothing, just sits there sipping tea. In fact, she doesn't even acknowledge you've entered the room. She seems relatively pleasant, despite her taste in the color pink, but if you get closer to her she puts out and off putting aura.

When the giant mermaid hit him it did some damage but it also knocked him a little senseless. One second he was fighting this little tiny mermaid (punting it across the ground) the next it had fused and he really couldn't remember much after that.

When he came to it was just in time to hear Danny and Rikki bickering. Oh Jack she was alive, some how. But considering the sound of that bickering he decided to just leave them alone for a few minutes. She was talking and bickering, that was a really good sign all things considered. Right now they had bigger problems, like finding a way out. Andrew was 100 percent done with this place.

He trudged ahead going down the tunnel, he would let the couple work out their little memory problem.

When he came to a room he spotted an old lady. What a weird room and why was she living under a castle with deadly mermaids? And her tastes in decor was aweful.

Andrew looked around, rubbed his hair down into place, and then walked up to the lady. "Hey... Maybe you could help us? We are looking for something." like a way out.

With the mermaid down and Danny back among the conscious, there was nothing to do but follow Shun into the newly opened and completely suspicious passage. West did just that, damp shoes squeaking with ever step. He only caught snippets of the conversation between the reaper and the flame demon as he left them behind, and although the tone of the discussion was occasionally less than calm, he felt no desire to try tapping into any anger they might have been feeling. He had plenty of energy at the moment, thank you very much, and he was ready for anything this place could throw at...

"What th' ******** is this?" he muttered, looking from the old person to the tea set back to the dried out hag then to the doilies and once more to the baroness of prunes then to the porcelain dolls before finally returning to the ancient... reaper? What was she?

"What are you?"
