That Green Gentleman Anon As he walked through the halls, Sciurus found nothing. But the sound of several avalanches and loud growling up ahead sent him running. A flash of white and something green blurred past, but the surgeon continued into an open room, stopping and staring at the book-tornado-mess inside. "What the hell? Where did all these come from?" Sciurus glanced around until he noticed a figure curled up by the wall. He picked his way over to her, getting down on his knees and looking her over. "Are you alright? What happened?"

Wide eyes stared up at the doctor, ' H-He's got a white coat...and a scalpel. A surgeon?'She tried to answer him clearly, but the words came out a chattering mess, "G-g-guy, g-g-green, a-a-angry, gr...growling! E-eyes, scary eyes, do not like eyes, ch-chase d-d-doctors bunny, You? N-not bunny, G-g-grunny! B-books fall, h-h-hit g-g-green, more angry. P-push away. C-c-crying, down hall...H-h-here..." she breaks down crying.

That Green Gentleman Anon "Calm down Miss...The books will be picked up." Sciurus sighed, carefully wrapping his arms around the woman, even though he'd prefer not to let anyone near him. She was upset though, and with no one else around, someone had to comfort her. "Grunny... Yes, the white one... Little freak's been popping up around here for days. Orrin went to track it down, but something must have set him off..." He held her carefully, not entirely sure on how these things went and tried to rub her back a bit. People generally liked that, didn't they? The doctor focused more on what she said. Crying... Now that things were paused at the moment, he might have heard sobs coming from down the hall. Had something happened to Orrin?

Further down the hall, Orrin was regaining his senses. All alone in a room he'd never been to before, with some bad memories tugging at him. His bandages were covered in blood, and hardly half of it was even his own. The grunny, however, was nowhere in sight. Or more, the remains of it. The green man sat in the middle of the unfamiliar room, with his arms around his knees and his face buried deep. He couldn't find it in him to look up, even for a moment, as the room had bloodstains all over. So there he sat, crying and shaking. Rather wishing he'd been truly dead.

Even though it was obvious he wasn't used to comforting people, the gesture still helped her calm down a bit. "I-I'm not upset that the b-books fell, sir. T-they've been doing that all day. I-is Orrin the g-green skinned man? Is he okay?" she asked, growing steadily worried about the state of the enraged man. She didn't know that poking him to get his attention would cause such a violent reaction.

That Green Gentleman Anon { ;3; /Cuddles Orrin/ } The surgeon felt a growing unease as time ticked by. Silenda probably still needed comforting, but the other sounds of distress had Sciurus worried. He stretched as far as he could without upsetting her, and grabbed a fallen box of tissues for her. "Yes. Apparently he is a zombie, but prefers not to eat people. I'm rather worried about him. He seems far kinder and more innocent than you would think at first glance, but I have a feeling this may have been my fault. I'm sorry dear. I will return, and you have my word, nothing will harm you. But I have to check on him" Sciurus rose, grabbing a medical kit from a counter and going back through the hall. "Orrin? Are you alright?" He called; he found another room and stopped as he entered, staring at the walls. It wasn't the first time the Nightmare Doctor had seen rooms painted in blood. Hell, a few times he had even done it himself, but this was different. A bloodied figure huddled in the middle of the floor and Sciurus gently approached it, down on his knees again. "What happened? Are you hurt?"

((I know, so many hugs to him right now... emotion_hug )) A little sad that she was alone again, but feeling much better than a few minutes ago, the brunette carefully placed her books back in the tower formation again, but instead of picking them up, she stood, leaning against the wall for support and set off shakily to find the zombie again. She needed to apologize for upsetting him, and for the books falling on him. If he was sweeter like the doctor said, and if that was him crying...she could not stand the thought of just waiting in the dark for their return.

Orrin didn't hear the Doctor enter, nor did he pay any attention to him when he spoke. He just sat there, shaking, lost in his own thoughts. It was hard to tell where he'd been hurt and which blood was his, though he had most certainly been bit a few times. The green man just kept sitting there, sobbing. (Be careful, or he might just hug you back~ emotion_awesome )

That Green Gentleman Anon { Lol, ALL THE HUGS! emotion_hug } Sciurus watched in silence for a minute. Something must have gone wrong with the search, but looking around he didn't see the little fuzzball anywhere... At least not at first; after a minute he found the head, and bits of what was left. The surgeon eyed the carnage professionally. Part of him thought the creature had it coming, but perhaps a bit too much; the other half felt bad, especially since Orrin was upset over it and technically the little monster hadn't done anything wrong but lurk. Part of this was probably his own fault, and Sciurus sighed, ignoring the gore and putting an arm around the zombie. "I am sorry, friend. Perhaps I should have accompanied you. We will find you another one, if nothing remains of this one. Or perhaps I can build you one, stronger this time." True, he wasn't a veterinarian, but he'd managed to build someone from spare parts in the past hadn't he?

((Orrin...in a dress... rofl )) Her hand trailed along the wall of the dimly lit hallway as she walked, listening anxiously to the sounds of the zombie crying further downward. She could hear the mumbled voice of the doctor, attempting to soothe him, but she couldn't tell if it was working or not. ' Gonna apologize...have to...' her thoughts kept up the mantra in an attempt to ease her nerves. She could have sworn there was something in the shadows, creeping...crawling...but it could only be the light playing tricks, right?

The moment Sciurus put his arm around him, the green man flinched a tad, and the crying came to a sudden stop. Yet the zombie didn't say a word to him, or even look up. But as the Doctor kept holding him while speaking, a low growling started, soon to grow stronger. (I feel so bad for the Doc. He was getting so good at comforting people, too. xD)

That Green Gentleman Anon { Orrin looking lovely in a dress xD rofl xD I know right? He's kinda getting the whole hugging thing & trying so hard, good thing he heals fast } Orrin had stopped crying, that was good, right? He probably just hadn't expected any comforting, but he was feeling better... Wasn't he? Sciurus really wasn't sure in these matters, but he stopped at the sudden growling; and he knew it was the zombie because it was vibrating. The growling got stronger and he knew things were about to go bad. With a muttered curse he let go, putting space between them. Good thing he had told Silenda to wait in the other room. "... Orrin...?"

The zombie slowly got up on its feet, his head hanging. "Grrrrrrrrrrrrr..." Cracking his neck and stretching out his slumped back, he turned his face to the other man. It was covered in blood, with a crazed snarl, and his eyes gave off a cold and empty stare. Orrin didn't recognise his friend anymore, and could hardly be recognised himself. Taking a wobbly step closer to the surgeon, the growling nearly sounded like a word. "Grrrr... unnrrrry...."

((Silenda in the other room say whaaaaat? xd )) She finally made it to where the voices where coming from, and peeked into the room. The zombie was getting up, and it looked like there was blood everywhere in the room. She quickly scanned around for the doctor, sighing in relief when she saw that he was okay. So if he wasn't hurt, where did all the blood come from...? Her eyes fell upon the bloody heap in the center of the room. She clasped her hands over her mouth to stifle a scream. Was that the Grunny?! What did he do to it? "D-doctor, sir? W-what's going on?"
