sonicpie1 Daredevil suits up in a flight sustainable suit. "Alright you lead the way." Daredevil's familiar how suits that can fly work with his complex senses that detect it's machinery. Daredevil dives out of the ship Leaving the craft while in flight, Bee Boy dove in the air. While flying, he saw Daredevil, "Let me give you a lift!", Bee Boy grabs daredevil by the armpits and holds him so he wouldn't get lost in the velocity of speed, "Alright, hold on tight!" Bee Boy and Dare Devil shoot and Mock 1 speed breaking the sound barrier. It took them only 15 seconds and then they are at New York, in Hell kitchen. Bee Boy wonders where to go here. Unsure, he asks Daredevil, "Where do we go from here? We're in Hellskitchen. Wait, theres a scream from a Helicopter over there... Lets fly low and underneath to make the rescue." Bee Boy flys towards the Helicopter. He is in 50 yards of it till he sees Thor flying up at the same time to the similar destination. Mean while in London, England... Nick Fury, Angela, and Mister Fantastic are at ground control. They await the arrival of the Quin Jet. Resistance people set up lights so the craft can see where to land. Kids are outside the parameter watching as the ship makes its arrival. A lot of excitement and cheering is going on.

"Y-you do? Well that's um, that's a surprise that you can remember me from so long ago. So...." he seemed a little frustrated of what to say next so SUE interjected on his behalf.
A response of gratitude would be sufficient for an answer.
I know I know. It's just...it was just unexpected.
Clearing his throat, he extended his hand to Norrid. "It's a little late...or rather long, but thanks for saving me back then. I'm pretty sure my parents might have thought you were a guardian angel or something." he said extending his hand.

Daredevil violently breaks free from Bee Boy without any words to spare. He slings his Billy Club's hook onto Thor's hammer. He reels into Thor and uses him as a platform and pushes off of him sending Thor's momentum backwards. He grabs the Helicopter's bottom rail and with immense amount of force he rips the rope off the Helicopter and looses it with quick finger techniques. He lets go of whatever grip he had on the Helicopter to remove the rope, only hoping that she's alright.
He was hoping for Bee Boy to catch him before he hit the ground.

Letting go of Dakota from the helicopter, Avalanche laughs. She is falling in the air. On top of it so is Daredevil. This is going to be tricky. Bee Boy sees Daredevil. Falling closer to the bottom while Dakota is in a different part of the air to the right of him. Bee Boy flies to grab Daredevils hand, "I need you to grab that womans hand." (Remember this scene. Its from Iron man 3 when they are all flying in the air.) Bee Boy flies Daredevil who can reach to save the woman by her hand. Will Daredevil be able to hold her hand?
Back in the helicopter...
Avalanche sits by Toad in the pilot area of the helicopter above Hellskitchen. Toad then says, "We shall play Apocalypses game. Soon though he to shall pay for the crimes he has done to our noble leader, Magneto. Since I rule the brotherhood, mutant rights will now prevail!"

As they close in on each other and the ground, Daredevil attempts to make contact by letting out his hand, All the noise from the wind is clogging his radar sense's pinging so he can't accurately tell where she is.
Daredevil struggling and trying his hardest to focus.
"I-I can't find her." Daredevil said to Bee Boy hopefully getting to what he's saying. One thing they can be sure of is the ground is a solid surface.
(There was a scene like this in Daredevil#1 from last year I think, where he was rescuing a girl with a bomb inside her. There were birds thought.)

Flying closer to Dakota, Daredevil was a foot away in air. Indeed the ground was getting closer. Got to move fast. Bee Boy uses his telepathy for Daredevil to see her hand in front of him, "Reach out for her DD. You got this. She is right there for you."
There are people down below the action of Daredevil, Dakota, and Bee Boy. They begin screaming. They can't believe what is happening. Cars and trucks begin to stop to see what will be the ultimate fate. People come outside of there buildings to look at the action. Can Daredevil and Bee Boy pull it off?

For the first time in a life time, Daredevil could see so clearly, for something so dramatic. Daredevil grabs her hand so slightly and has a poor grip. Trying to get a better grip on her to make sure she doesn't fall as Bee Boy pulls up. She slips through his hand. Before they can get enough speed to reach her going down, she crashes through the metal top of a cargo truck. A giant hole punctured in it.
Daredevil just watched his love die right before his very eyes. Daredevil felt cold.
He knew that he and Bee Boy tried their best to catch her, but they failed.
Speechless as can be, still as can be.

Bee Boy and Daredevil land right next to Dakotas Body. Bee Boy has no words to say too Daredevil. Bee boy lowers his head in sadness. The two heroes have failed. It seemed that everything was going to be fine but it wasn't at all.
Thor lands right next to Daredevil. Captain America and Black Widow arrive at the scene on bikes. Cap and Widow get off their bikes. Black Widow begins to cry. Captain America puts his hand on Daredevils shoulder. It was a time of mourning.
Only word Black Widow could say, "Sorry..."
Captain America looks far in the distance where Apocalypse Tower stands, "That evil tyrant has gone to far. No one misses with the Avengers friends and family and gets away with it. Daredevil, I'm sorry. You can take some time off if needed too so you can mourn. The rest of the Avengers will take care of this matter, son."

Daredevil pushed off Cap. "I don't need your sympathy, I don't need time off. I don't need any of you!" Daredevil looked at Cap. "It's all your goddamn fault!"
He pulled out his Billy Club and shot a cable and started to travel towards Apocalypse Tower.

"Thy warrior needs to blow off steam. We should let him.", said Thor.
"What if he gets hurt?"
Bee Boy answered quickly, "His girlfriend just died. All we can do is be his back up. Hopefully the others we were with have met up with the Fantastic Four. I hope Richards can do whatever he needs to do and quick."
Looking at Bee Boy, Captain America says, "Sorry soldier for attacking you earlier. We were trying to protect human life in attempts to make sure this would never happen. It did though. The Avengers failed. We need to make things right...Apocalypse thinks were still on his side. We will let him think that way. Until your reinforcements come. Then we, as a united front will all attack. Avengers back to Apocalypse Tower."
As the Avengers went back to Apocalypse Tower, Bee Boy flew back in high speeds to London, "Daredevil will be alright with the Avengers as back up. Everyone is running to positions. Story of my life. I got to make sure Daredevil is not stopped. I must reunite with the group and get everyone together for the final battle."

As Bee Boy traveled back to London, where the others have settled and united.
"That was fast, Bee Boy. Successful I assume?" Silver Surfer said as he turned his head from playing with Devil Dinosaur.
"Waitaminute, Where IS Daredevil?" Ms Marvel pointed out. "Did something happen?"
There was a crowd now paying high attention towards Bee Boy. High Council and all were listening.
[BACK IN NEW YORK]
Daredevil reached the base of the tower. With his senses now focused with true potential he could sense how big the tower was. He wasn't in the mood to look in awe on it's amazing structure and it's sheer height. He was looking for Apocalypse.
He felt the presence of the Avengers, not wanting their aid, he charges into the front door with full force. Whatever defense Apocalypse had should watch out for full fury.

Alfred smiled when Surfer shook his hand. At least he felt a bit better meeting the being who saved him was a cosmic being. As they made contact, Interface could feel a strange sensation that seemed to transfer from Surfer to himself. The feeling was slightly tingly as it went up his arm and course through his body. Once their hands released Alfred felt as if he had been energized by an electric socket.
"Whoa, my senses are tingling." he half joked.
It seems the Silver Surfer transfers some of his power in your body.

I am unclear of the reason, but due to this surge of energy, I am able to make significantly more repairs to my damaged nanoform.
You won't shut down the armor and weapons right? We are kinda in the middle of an all out war.

The trip to London was relatively smooth and with little incidence. There was continued conversation between the passengers as they continued to update of what was going to happen next. Upon arrival, they touched down on the old grounds of Scottland Yard. There was a large gathering of people and heroes below who had received word of their arrival. "Now this is a welcoming committee." Interface said as the group exited the Quin Jet. There was a lot of commotion and talking. Many of them were concerned of the imminent confrontation of Apocalypse. Would they survive? How will they attack? Who will lead?
Looking up, Interface spotted a familiar figure in the sky. It seemed Bee-boy had returned, but was without Daredevil which concerned him. The group walked up as he touched down. Although Interface could read Bee-boy's vitals which were now depressed, it wasn't really necessary because his movement and actions spoke louder. Something was wrong. The absence of Daredevil confirmed it. "What happened Bee-boy?" he asked with concern.

"The brotherhood is what happen my friends.", frustrated sadden Bee Boy continued, "They killed Daredevils girlfriend. Daredevil won't listen to nobody. He went in rage and tried to take on Apocalypse on his own. The Avengers have now joined the forces of good. They are backing up Daredevil. I trust them. Captain America seems to be a trust worthy warrior... All I got to say is this-", Looking at Reed Richards of the High council, "Whatever you got plan, you better do it quick because Daredevils life is at stake."
Mister Fantastic steps forward of the High council. He is backed with Angela and Nick Fury. Reed looks at Stark who throws a orb device in the sky. Mister Fantastic begins, "We will make this fast since Daredevils life is at stake. Gentlemen and women, This is a view of Apocalypse Tower", A display of Apocalypse Tower flickers from the orb, "If you say Captain America is the Resistance side with the rest of the Avengers. This is good. I assume he would be smart enough to remain his cover for Apocalypse so he can get close to attack or let us in Apocalypse tower once we get there. The Avengers are the only ones with security clearance without causing a huge havoc of destruction. We will send your group and the high council to storm in."
Wolverine notes to Mister Fantaster, "You realize Cyclops is the only one that can take out Apocalypse with is optic blast?"
Mister Fantastic relieved, "Good... We won't need the nukes to blow up the tower. This is a lot better and we will save more lives this way. There will be three teams. One will be to save Daredevil and back him up going against the Horsemen. The other will aid Cyclops for the attack on Apocalypse. The other is to neutralize the Brotherhood. This is very serious people. We need to take out Apocalypse bad because he is planning to steal the resistance Mkrayn crystal. We do not know why he wants the Crystal but he wants it bad. We will need all your powers and skills for good. We can pull this off everyone. The teams will go like this... Shield and Freedom Knights will take down the brotherhood. The Fantastic Four will aid half your group to stop the horsemen. The other half of your group will aid Cyclops and X-Men to take out Apocalypse. Which ever team intercepts Daredevil, protect him. We will get there through this orbital small device I built that will teleport us at the gates of Apocalypse Tower. This is where we will branch out to execute. Does everyone understand?" Coming to the whole circle comes the entire Fantastic Four, Nick Fury and Tony Stark and 9 ships with a lot of men filled in them, and all of the Freedom knights. The X-Men all step fourth as well. Everyone is ready for transportation. The question is the other group of heroes?
