"Really? Well if you ever want to come here again, just let me know." Michael said and smiled at Alyssa. He looked out over the water and nodded. "Yeah it is. Hear the sun set is amazing to watch at the beach." He told her as the sun grew closer to the horizon. (Sorry for taking so long to reply.)

(its okay i've been pretty busy myself) Alyssa smiled and nodded when he told her to just ask. "Okay I'll keep that in mind" she said and walked with him. She noticed the sun starting to set and smiled. "Really? It's been a while since I've been able to watch a sunset" she said and sat down in the sand.

Michael sat down next to Alyssa then spoke. "Same here. I'm normally at the gym when the sun sets. Or in my room, reading a book." He told her as the sun slowly sank below the horizon.

Alyssa looked at him when he talked then looked back to the sun set watching as the sun kissed the horizon and sky being filled with beautiful colors of orange, pink and purple. "Wow it's beautiful" she said smiling as she watched the water sparkling reflecting the colors of the sky.

Michael nodded his. Agreement. What t certainly was beautiful. He smiled and unintentionally leaned closer to her. He then glanced at her and blinked a few times. Even with the bruising and scabbed lip, Alyssa looked almost as beautiful as she did four years before, when that a*****e of a step father came into her life.

Alyssa relaxed as she sat in the sand watching he sunset. She could feel him staring at her and began to grow self-conscious. "um a-are my bruises bothering you?" She asked reaching to put her hood back on.

Michael blinked then looked away blushing. "No. Not really. Its just been so long since I've seen your face, I almost forgot what you looked like." He told Alyssa. "I prefer you showing your face." He told her.

Alyssa stopped when he said no and left her hood down. "I guess people could have forgotten already" she said since she's been hiding for four years. "Thanks I'm getting used to it a little" she admitted still worried about showing her face.

"You shouldn't have to hide your face. You're cute. You've been cute for as long as I've known you. That b*****d of a stepfather probably was pizsed that you're better looking then his daughter is." Michael said as he looked over at Alyssa and smiled, blush lightly coloring his cheeks. "And you're welcome. Glad I could Bright n one person's day at least.

Alyssa blushed when he called her cute and when he said she was prettier than her step sister. She leaned over and quickly pecked him on the cheek then looked away blushing brightly. "Thank you and not just for the compliment.

Michael blushed deeply when he felt Alyssa quickly press her lips against his cheek. The patch of skin where her lips touched felt so warm. "An-anytime Alyssa." He said, a huge smile o. His face as he touched his cheek. He refrained from quickly kissing her cheek, feeling like she wasn't ready for that close of contact yet.

Alyssa smiled but was still blushing a bright red. The sun had set and it was already dark. "Should we go to the gym now?" She asked him since he said he wanted to go and she was curious to see where she would earn to defend herself.

"Yeah let's go." Michael said and stood up. He gently took Alyssa's hand and helped her to her feet. He checked the time as they walked back to his car. "We should have a few hours left when we get back." He said. One reason he liked the gym was because of how late it would stay open.

Alyssa blushed slightly still as she held his hand and stood up. "Okay" she said fixing her arm in its makeshift sling. It still hurt pretty bad as well as her body but she was doing her best to deal with it. She walked with him back to the car.

Michael could see Alyssa was still in a lot of pain. It angered him that someone e could hurt her. He opened his car door for her and helped her I. He went around and got in himself then drove back to town. Once the he drove to the gym and parked his car out front. Getting out, he went around and helped her out then headed into the gym.
