He rounded a corner and saw the poor girl in the hallway, relief spread over him. "Laetan!" He called and rushed over to her, grabbing her hand and pulling her down the corridor. "We have a safe room at the back, over this way. I'm so sorry we left you, everything happened so fast. Are you alright?"

The lady blushed at the compliment. "Th-the others...." She didn't know, she didn't know anything about any of this. She just wanted to be safe, in her bed, at home where crazy things like this didn't happen. `'Um... I d-don't know..." But now the other girl had gone and they were still in there, the pink grunny had recovered and a couple more had come in the door, drawn to the commotion.

"We have a safe room at the back, over this way. I'm so sorry we left you, everything happened so fast. Are you alright?" She looked up at him with tears and mucus streaming down her face. "I-I-I....I d-don't wanna be left with a flesh-eater..." she cried helplessly after the shock of what just happened hit her. "C-can we go some place safe n-now?"

"we may need to hurry" twi said holding his smg ready"we need to grab as many weapons as possible and build up an armory, i have a ton of weapons back in my room, but not a lot of armor" Twi said keeping a look out

Volt's mind ran circles around their options, few as they were. Suddenly, her horns buzzed, interrupting her train of thought and picking up on some voices down the way. Curiously, she turned her head toward the sound. "It seems like there's a safe zone! Go check it out, I'll stay back in case anyone needs help. Hurry, they're about to leave!" she urged.

His first priority was getting Laetan back to the safe room, Prince wrapped his free arm around her shoulders and held his sword out with the other, "We're not going to let anything bad happen to you." He said, they were already on their way back.
"I think the main priority right now is making sure everyone is safe, surely. The grombies move slowly and the grunnies are easy to get rid of right now, but if there are more of them it might be more difficult." His second priority was really finding Minty and getting her to safety, he didn't like the idea of not knowing where she was or what was happening to her out there in this madness. While he was sure she could hold her own, he wanted to be there. He wanted to make sure she was safe. Not to mention everyone else. "Let's just get Laetan back to the room then we can discuss our next move."

"Wh-what?" Evangeline asked and shook her head firmly, "No! I s-said I would stay with... with you... So I shall." Yes she wanted to be safe but she wasn't going to abandon anyone.

"T-thank you for coming back...you really are like a prince from a fairy tale!"she said with a tired giggle.

Yes she wanted to be safe but she wasn't going to abandon anyone. "Then let's find the safe haven together. At least then we'll know where it is. We can always come back to help the others and get rid of some of these pests after." She took her hand and ran to find the match to the voice she heard. Stopping as she rounded a corner, Volt did a quick once-over to make sure the man wasn't a zombie before seeking his counsel. "Excuse me, did I hear you right? There's a safe place? ...You don't happen to have room for two more...do you?"

Princess Voltari Volt put her hand on her brow and watched the pink grombie blast off like Team Rocket till it was just a glowing speck in the air. "Nice!" she exclaimed proudly, rather impressed by the distance the girl generated. As for her question... "We probably should...but where do we go? And what about the others?" Her lip pouted involuntarily, wondering where Charming was and how he was faring with all the chaos. "My princess, I know I told you to think of me and we'd meet again, but perhaps you could have refrained from doing so in emergency situations?"
Charming appeared by her side, landing a well-placed punt on a grunny.

Lady Evangeline looked helplessly around the empty hallway save for the two of them. "It l-looks like we missed them." She sighed. Who knew where they had gone?
She squealed when she heard the new voice and then turned a maroon at getting so frightened. "ah! S-sorry sir you st-startled me..."

Charming Anon "My princess, I know I told you to think of me and we'd meet again, but perhaps you could have refrained from doing so in emergency situations?"
Charming appeared by her side, landing a well-placed punt on a grunny. Volt blinked. She knew that voice... She turned around to see not Charming, and yet...Charming. She had to double check, triple check, quadruple check...her eyes flashed over him several times, and though the eyes did deceive, there was no mistaking. "Charlie...it...IS you!" she exclaimed in relief, jumping up and wrapping her arms around his neck in a celebratory embrace.

Volt spun around and zapped the creature in the face, using her hand like a gun, before she even really knew what was happening.

At the sudden appearance of the grombie from before Evangeline let out a loud shriek and ran forward, she was grateful when Volt did, well whatever she did even if it did look a bit bizarre. "Th-thank you. I um, d-don't think we should just stand out here though. Um... a-aren't we s-sitting ducks out here?"
