Wykid's head turned in the direction the commotion was coming from. Screams and cries came flittering through the trees as watches with legs, rabbits, birds scrambled in the opposite direction. She raised an eyebrow as silence suddenly fell over the forest. Odd. But then a hot breeze blew up her back. Of course, it was no hot breeze. Slowly she turned around, eyes widening as they lay upon the massive sight behind her. For a moment she was frozen, then as it's teeth came for her she snapped out of it, barely dodging the attack. A large, clawed hand knocked her to the ground, nearly winding her. Scrambling to her feet she did the only thing she could do. She ran. OOC My character's username: Wykid My character's level: 6 Character's HP: 6 Job Class: Caterpillar Current party: Current Guild: Location: Small IC description of character: Thin with dark skin. Wykid wears the black and blue Caterpillar armor. Her mouth is covered by a mask hiding the bottom half of her face and the sleeves of her shirt are larger than normal, slightly translucent at the wrists giving a small peek at her bone arms. Its hard to tell her disposition at the time unless you are watching her body language. But even that can be a bit tricky. But for the most part she's fairly good natured. Character journal: here

Apparently having long legs matters, because he somehow managed to burst through the treeline of the darker area without...well, dying. Maybe Remi just knew his forests that damn well. OOC

A fragment of wood or stone or anther player hit her and she stumbled, but Sap kept running. She was not ashamed to admit that she cared only for herself at this point. Perhaps if she was real she would have cared. But this was a dream world MMO. She was solo here. The path eventually branched out. To one, a health potion. To the other, a second chance timer. The thing took another bite out of her tail and she keep running. Owe! it was so mean! But she got out into deep forest. Did she loose it? She stumbled and clawed her way forward, evading one attack only to be hit by another one. Her card beeped at her. 1 HP REMAINING. The jabberwock was becoming more volatile. He could feel the snap of jaws behind him, that familiar slice of teeth as his body was shredded by the creature. Thank Jack, he had that item! Almost instantly, the pieces that were catinthehat formed back into a solid shape, and he ducked before scrambling again.

He had grown slightly fond of the flowers and the trees in the area. There was a certain peaceful tranquility to this place, as odd as it was. Teddomination sighed fondly to himself, listening to the peaceful stillness. The... overbearing stillness.
...That couldn't be a good sign, no sir.
Just as he turned around to see what had happened, strong jaws snapped around him. With a shriek, Teddomination stumbled back in fear.
No...! This couldn't be happening.
TEN HP LEFT. CRITICAL LEVELS. Oh goodness. Oh dear oh goodness, this couldn't be good. He had done so well in the dungeons, and now this thing...?! Where were his friends?! Drawing a deep breath, Teddomination tried to still his nerves.

For envy the choice was simple, I need to grab that second chance timer or I'm done for! It was really her only hope at this point considering she had a sprained ankle, HP dangling by a thread and giant dragony monster thing hot on her heels. Dragging her feet toward the left path she scooped up the timer and placed it in her coat pocket.
Yep, the second chance would most undoubtedly be used any minute now judging by her luck.
