Olivia honestly did not intend to harm another of the little preyons, but her hand reached out rather quickly, smacking the last one she needed into the desk and knocking it into a daze. She apologized of course as she grabbed it.
And now she had three!

Three times. Three times he caught a preyon and three times he was bitten like he hadn't even learned from the first time. Maybe he just liked being bitten. Maybe he actually enjoyed it, in fact.
....Maybe that's why he was friends with a certain ghost boil.
In any case, he had caught three of the vicious little things, and though he was now a vivid shade of yellow, he was all finished.
Done! Three preyons captured~

Ruth, firmly gripping her own three, squirming preyons, sidled on up to stand beside the two ghouls she had decided to hover around. Well, this seemed awkward and interesting at the same time, being the odd ghoul out seeing as she was bright orange while the two were green-hued. Still, that didn't stop her from slinging an arm around their shoulders, having absolutely no care about personal space.

The last preyon he nabbed was just as bitey as the first, but luckily this time, Brenley managed to wrestle it into his bag without any further chomping incidents. He had made it back into Piper's orbit without serious injury, and he looked around at the rest of her satellites—at least the ones who were currently present—offering them a hesitant but serviceable wave.
"How are things here?" he asked, as if they were in the reaper common room rather than surrounded by chaos.

Edel watched in mild amusement as the preyons spilled out of their box, running around and attacking the other supplies. While those things had a terrible vicious streak, they were certainly manageable.... or so she thought until it actually BIT her.

The guilty preyon was pried off her finger and wrangled into submission, with the frost demon freezing it onto the table surface. The bite certainly hurt a little, but that didn't explain why she was feeling funny. Edel rubbed the bite mark absent-mindedly, taking note that the area was turning green... spreading to her entire hand.... and soon the entire person.
She was very dismayed by this.

She was less kind to the next preyon that crossed her path, bringing her hand down for a good old fashioned smack that left it dazed. This one was picked up carefully and frozen down next to the first preyon she caught. One more to go....

Edel wondered if she would be able to sport a colour much more to her liking if she got bitten by another preyon. The frozen over blue preyon was chased into a corner before the ghoul stuck out her finger, bracing herself for the bite. The pain came, but the colour on her didn't change one bit.... only to turn into a sicker shade of green. Dejected and unhappy with this all, the preyon was unceremoniously scooped up and slammed into the table, joining the other two in frozen imprisonment.
.... would the colour eventually wear off, she wondered.

Freya saw that look. She almost considered calling him on it, but class started. You were saved by the bell, Kettil. When they were being herded, she hopped up and waited for Kettil, taking his hand before she moved a step. Then they were off, and the preyons were attacking, and hey - it was just another typical class in Halloweentown. At least this time the monsters were tiny! (And colorful!) She picked up a preyon, and accidentally broke it with her fingers. They wiggled as it dissipated in her hands.

What pretty little things, but bitey. Freya caught another one, screeching with victory, but when it tried to bite her she automatically broke it in half.

She had to try and catch one, not break it! She saw a pretty red one trying to crawl away, and she used her skirt to try and catch it without exposing it to her skin. Score!

A gang of preyons passed her, and Freya decided that she wasn't going to mess with them in packs. So she waited, and a lonely little blue one was hopping around, looking for a fight. Instead, it got a faceful of skirt. Two down!

Freya could feel the two of them warring in her skirt as she held them carefully while searching for another. She was glad she hadn't worn one of her favorite outfits.. and she was glad her skirt wasn't a mini. Yes, she'd dressed correctly for the class, without knowing it. A brown one! Freya screeched and ran for it, even as it tried to hop away. A tiny preyon was no match for her, and she dropped to her knees, capturing it with her skirt as well. "Gotcha!" Count: 3! Done!
