Area: Katerina Docks Interacting with: Zak,Cara, Mysterious Stranger Remmy heard people call his Name and he turn his head. "HIIII ZAK!" He said knowing the voice. He wave at then and was going to walk over then until something caught his eye. He saw the old man and walk over to him. "Hi Mister~ I'm Remmy! You look like you can use MooMoo milk! Want some! I have a lot!" He said as he pull the milk out of his bag. Squeeks heard Zak voice and flew over there thinking Remmy would come too. He landed on the Hondour head and giggle. He look back and saw what Remmy was doing and he put his paw to his head.

Valarie finally found her way to the Katarina Docks after getting lost many times by finally deciding that no, she did not know her way around Katarina and yes, Fois' guidance would be very much appreciated. The hoothoot landed on a nearby sign and Valarie jogged up to him and picked him up. In her peripheral vision, she spotted a strange man nearby with an arm rested on the sign for support.
Valarie was just about to offer the man some assistance, then she spotted that large knife he held and grabbed onto Fois and quickly shuffled backwards.
"Um... hey, that is quite the knife you have!" she started off dumbly, "Do you happen to fish for you food?"

 Eros clutched his satchel tightly as the crowd milled around him. There seemed to be a bit of a buzz surrounding a new figure, a short person stationed right by the large sandwich board marking the area as the gathering place for the balloon rides. He was drawing no attention to himself, but perhaps, with all his various equipment, he was a balloon guide, or whatever they called themselves. Nonetheless, Eros found him quite creepy and quickly decided to leave the questioning up to the rest of the crowd, who were already setting to the task with a will. The boy reached up to stroke Dido’s back, and he was reassured by a bored mew of “Itty.”

Location: docks Interacting with: Katori, Mysterious Stranger Anise had just as little idea who, if anyone, they were supposed to be meeting, and was about to say as much when Katori's attention seemed to be drawn elsewhere. Following the other trainer's gaze, she saw a hunched figure that was apparently propping himself up with the sign that seemed to be the only clue they had that the balloon trip was even supposed to take place here. Since she was already wary of any oddities surrounding this trip, the sight of the strange person set her on edge slightly. But on the other hand, someone so frail-looking tugged on her healer's instincts and made her want to see if there was anything she could do to help. The two responses warred within her for a bit before she cautiously walked closer to the person. Oki immediately walked ahead of her, putting himself between her and the weary person, but Anise didn't need the Zoroark's subtle glance over his shoulder at her to know to take it cautiously with this one. When Oki was a few steps away from the man, he stopped and refused to move, so Anise addressed him from there. "Hello? Are you OK, is there something we can do to help?" she said, a bit uncertainly.

Vana giggled and skipped off after Fifi "Pooky is such a cute name!" She watched as the Ponyta tried to nose his way into the strange mans pockets. "Such a silly pony he is~" She chirped.
The man seemed suspicious, he certainly had a lot of stuff and was that a knife? SUSPICIOUS. Clearly this man was no good, he was up to something. It became clear to the red head. This man was undoubtedly a FEMINIST SPY! Vana had to play her cool, act like she wasn't on to him or any of the other feminists that were probably around.

Area: Katerina Docks Interacting with: Zak, Cara, Remy(?) "Thanks!" Sienna replied, smiling as well. "Yeah he does have some unique markings, haven't even run into that many swablu in Zatao so far. A breeder gave him to me actually." The bird keeper pondered the variations and colorations of her flock. Some were quite interesting, maybe she should look into the different types for each species. Skylar was still wary of the houndoom and was more than happy to keep his distance. The bug pokemon seemed really nice though. " " He chirped when Spirit introduced herself. "" The soft-spoken bird said politely.

Nanashi Kage Enjeru "Oh, it doesn't really matter, Pooky, no, he just wants to check for himself. Sorry! Pooky, stop that! Are you here for the balloon ride?" Fifi asked guilelessly, fighting a losing tug-of-war with her Ponyta, who kept trying to sniff different pockets. The man gave the slightest nod at the question. Tristam Lockhart "Did you get a flyer as well?" He smiled, although a little corner by the other's movement. "....are you alright?" His voice was soft, and came out raspy, as if he had breathed in a good deal of the dust that had landed on his clothing. JessicaH123 "Um... hey, that is quite the knife you have!" she started off dumbly, "Do you happen to fish for you food?" You got a good glimpse of the knife. It was a machete, rusty around the handle. The blade was quite sharp, as though the man sharpens it regularly. He didn't explain more.

I haven't seen to many Swablu but I do know most of them aren't as special as him, he's definitely exceptional." Spirit 'chirped' pleasantly at Skylar. ------------------------------- As Cara was looking around for Remy in the crowd, she spotted quite a few people she recognized from the Rinaul Mountains. Small world... she thought to herself. The atmosphere changed though and not only did she pick it up but Spirit did also. Cara looked up to Spirit with a questioning look, "What is it Spirit?" Spirit felt an odd change in the mood of the area. She couldn't put her foot on it but something was off. She started searching for the disturbance and zeroed in on a strange human near a building. "Brrrava Brrava, Vibrava!" Spirit said to Cara...she could be very 'to the point' when it came down to it. Cara looked in the direction Spirit was guiding her too and saw a very odd looking stranger and also happened to see Remmy going to the man and shook her head. She sighed. "Oh brother...that kid's gonna get himself in more trouble if we're not careful." She then watched carefully as the man spoke to several of the other 'adventurers' and he suddenly pulled out a machete. Her eyes widened and she rushed over, wanting to make sure Remmy stayed safe, the boy was known for being accident prone. "I'll be right back!" She called to Zak, Sienna and their pokemon. "Remmy! Get away from there!" Cara called to the young boy. Spirit saw the flash of the blade and was immediately on alert. By the tone in Cara's voice she knew that the young boy she had spoken too earlier was a friend so when they took off towards him and the stranger. She flew alongside Cara, all the while keeping a close eye on the sharp blade.

Milling around in the crowd with Amaryllis sticking close to her heels it didn't take long before Cadence saw some familiar faces. She made her way through the gathered people towards them, waving. "Hey! Cara, Zak, Remmy!" It had been awhile since she'd last seen them, since her trip to the Rinaul Mountains actually, and now that she thought about it, she wondered if any of them had experienced the same amnesia that she had. She could remember bits and pieces of the trip, but large portions were missing from her memory as well. She wasn't sure what had happened but she could only assume that they had run into some sort of psychic pokemon that didn't appreciated the intrusion.
Anyway, that was the past, this was now, and she was thrilled to see familiar faces would be along on this trip as well. "It's been awhile, how have you all been?" she chattered cheerfully when she had gotten closer and didn't have to holler to be heard.
A few minutes after she made it to them a small shambling figure appeared and rested against the sign. She quirked a brow, looked down at her raichu, and then said "Excuse me a moment won't you?" before wandering away from her friends and towards the newcomer. "Excuse me sir? Are you in charge? Or, if not, do you know who is?"
Soon Remmy had followed and people were asking questions of the man, as he showed off a machete, although not brandishing it, she took a small step back, a hand resting on Remmy's shoulder and ready to jerk him out of harms way if she needed to.[edited because i missed a few posts when i was reading lol]

Valarie seemed like she wanted to ask something else, but instead she pretended that she lost grip on her hoothoot. Fois took this as a notice to fly away and he did exactly that.
"Ah ha, oh no, my hoothoot seems to have escaped! Hey, come back buddy!" She called after him and started running, an apology ready for whoever the hoothoot flew into.
Dear Arceus this person was creepy. The only thing the watcher wanted to do at the moment was to get away from him-- especially after catching a good look of that rusty machete.

He held it out to the man. "This, are you here for this?"  The man leaned forward until his face was five inches from the paper. He lifted the brim of his hat in order to see better. There weren't many words, and yet, the man studied the page for a good five minutes. You got a look at his face. The man appeared to be in his 60's, at least. The peppered stubble on his chin told them that the last time he had shaven was at least 2 weeks ago. A large scar ran down the left of his face, from his eye down his cheek. It was then that you noticed his hands were marred with scars, camouflaging with his wrinkles and the layer of dirt on his skin. His eyes were sunken with bags beneath them. The man didn't look to have slept in days. Or eaten, you noted, as you glazed over his thin fingers once more.

Location: Dock, not near the scary guy With: Valarie/Hoothoot The two trainers she had just met had spotted their friend and some mysterious stranger, which many trainers seemed to have noticed. A small crowd was forming, and Sienna caught a glimpse of a machete. Machete?! They weren't going over there just yet. And then, a hoothoot appeared! Quite flustered, it seemed, with a trainer chasing after it. The brown owl pokemon was headed straight for her and Skylar! "Woah there little guy, c'mere!" The bird keeper put her gloved arms up, ready to block or hopefully catch the pokemon in the air. " " Skylar chirped nervously at the approaching pokemon.

Michelle picked up her Meowth and moved over to where people were gathering around an older man with many pockets, curious as to what was going on. When she was close enough she moved Remy onto her shoulders and pet his head to keep him there. "How did you get your scars." She blurted out on accident when she got her first real look at the man then turned red at not having more tact.

After a long travel, Darin and Blitz finally reached the docks.
At the sight in front of them, the duo had to pause and gape. Such...chaos! How was he supposed to survive around these people?!
The redhead...hesitantly got off of his Typhlosion's back and approached the crowd. Blitz followed behind.
If this was what Zatao's population was he'd find out eventually? Here I go, into the fire.
