The strength of the flames also lowers a rank per post. Ei: If you use this technique with all ten projectiles, each projectile only does an E-rank damage and the flames disappear the next rank. If you would use one projectile, it would hit with a B-rank strength and the flames would start as a B-rank damage, then lower to a C-rank the next post, then D-rank, then so on in till it disappears."

C-rank Jutsu:
- Hiden Jutsu: Kuchi no In no Jutsu [ Secret Technique: Mouth Seal Technique ] tab No real problems, just a personal concern. Why does it sound like this description is questioning itself? xD
- Tensou no Jutsu [ Heavenly Transmission Technique ] tab WHAT IS THIS JUTSU? Speed release users should not be part of the immunity in this jutsu, but the Koton [ steel release ] clan should be. Also what's up with the Buki/Tai stuff here? Please change this to some amount of descriptive ranks in Fortification.
D-rank Variable Jutsu:

B-rank Variable: * To start off, I would like all of the variable spider jutsu to be looked at. Many of them have a strength bonus that they probably should not have. If Hyouton can't have their strength bonuses, neither should these jutsu. Jutsu in question are-- Kumomayu [ Spider Cocoon ], Kumonendo [ Spider Sticky Vomit ], Kumonenkin [ Spider Sticky Gold ], Kumosenkyuu: Suzaku [ Spider Warbow: Horrible Split ], Kumoshibari [ Spider Bind ], Kumosouiki [ Spider Cobweb Region ], Kumosouka [ Spider Cobweb Flower ], Kumosoukai [ Spider Cobweb Opening ], and Nenkin no Yoroi [ Armor of Sticky Gold ]. I know the job assigned to me was to pick out contingencies in the guild descriptions of these jutsu, but it's hard to pass up something that could be so easily abused.
Someone did a bad, so what next? This is a system that we use to keep track of who makes infractions, how many infractions they've made, the severity of said infractions, and the general voting process of said infractions. Each person gets three strikes before they are suspended or worse. Each case is dealt with on a case to case basis and to pass a strike, it'll need at least three votes from other crew members to pass it, the same goes for denying a strike. Crew members can also receive strikes, however to pass a strike on a crew member, at least half of the current Vice Captain(s) and higher ( Captain ) will have to approve. Strikes on crew are to be treated more severely than member strikes, because as crew we set an example for our members.

- At least half of the current active crew ( Captain all the way down to normal mods ) must vote on any given strike before it can be passed - A strike must win by majority vote - First infractions must not exceed two strikes unless the offense is unanimously given a three strike pass - Everyone gets [ 1 ] "oopsie", this is meant especially for new roleplayers. Sometimes people don't know they're godmodding or meta-knowing, people make mistakes. After one lenience however, they must take a first offense strike - You must submit the appropriate app, with at least one form of evidence with any strike. Without evidence, the strike is immediately discarded and will not be debated - We can not use biases, or previous infractions in a guild to sway our judgement. You must approach a vote without any previous bias and only look at the facts supported in this guild. People change, and we must keep an open mind - The only previous infractions in other guilds that can be taken in to account is if someone was previously permanently banned, blacklisted, or has threatened mods or members of any guild in the past. These exceptions will be dealt with on a case to case basis. - Over all, we must be civil when it comes to these votes. Arguing will not be tolerated ( debating is a different story ), and if you must you can abstain from voting - You cannot abstain from voting more than twice in a row

As moderators, we are meant to be like parents to the members of the guild; supportive and helpful yet strict when we need to be. Either you're being too nice, or you're being to harsh. These rules WILL be inforced, you get three warnings for minor cases but any of these other rules that are broken you will be removed from the crew, maybe even banned. So. Pay. Attention.
> 1st Rule of Etiquette: Dealing with Unruly Members
[1] You are to work with a member from the moment you start to moderate a situation or accept an application. Unless the person start's attacking you personally or for some reason you do not feel safe, you do not have the right to drop a member even if they're being an a**. [2] Even if the member is being a douche to you, it is your DUTY as a moderator to stay calm. Swearing at the member, fighting with the member, calling the member names isn't allowed under any circumstance. You are allowed to put your foot down, but when you stop being an adult and start acting like a child is when you embarrass the whole of the crew. Save that stuff for venting in chat and private messaging. [3] If the person has gotten to a point where they won't listen to you at all, you may deny any application that you're overlooking, or pull that person's RPC out of a fight.
> 2nd Rule of Etiquette: Moderating Applications:
[1] You are to work through an application in till one of these two things: the member becomes too unruly or there's no hope for the application. [2] You are NOT allowed to outright deny an application without probable cause; and that probable cause must be able to be presented if asked about. You don't, and I repeat, YOU DO NOT outright deny something if it can be fixed. This is an example of what you do: "There seems to be some problems with your [application type], this is what you can fix [things that can be fixed and ideas on how to fix that thing]"YOU DO NOT DO THIS: "Hey, this is wrong. This is what you can fix; DENIED" Not only does a big ol' deny stamp off the bat discourage people, it might scare off members to the guild. And then we fall in to inactivity, and then it's your fault. Congrats. I don't know who started it, but it stops. Period. [3] Just because someone is your friend, doesn't mean you get to let them have OP stuff. I don't care if you can vouch for them.
> 3rd Rule of Etiquette: General Modding:
[1] You are to be completely unbiased when making decisions; it doesn't matter if you had some kind of beef with that person in the past. You don't like noobs? To bad, deal with it. [2] You are not to be rude, spiteful, abusive, or anything else of that manner. [3] You are not to edit member's posts without some kind of permission by either the captain or one of the vice captains. [4] You plagiarize even once and I will ban you myself. Being a thief will not be tolerated here at all. [5] If you have done something wrong, you have the right, at request, for a fair trail in front of other crew members. [6] If you cheat out on training ( as in having someone else write up your post for you ) you will have your character stripped from you and you will be barred from posting for a month. [7] Even if you are a moderator, if you slip something past in an application that shouldn't be there, it can still be removed. The "Hey, it's already been approved, you can't do anything about it" stuff isn't going to pass at all. [8] If for ANY reason the Captain believes that you are more of a negative addition to the guild then a positive one, she reserves the right to remove you from the guild for any reason. She is the captain, after all. [9] AND LAST AND FINALLY, you cannot add your friend as crew members, no matter how much you can vouch for them. They must be active in the guild for at least a month and show understanding of the systems and rules before becoming a mod. The power to promote a person from a member to a mod is reserved for only the Captain and the Vice captains.

Severin, when he was younger, was somewhat hot headed and a very passionate young man. Fiercely loyal, and hell bent on doing something when he has his mind to it, Severin resembles his father in many ways. Severin can be somewhat impulsive in his decision making, but is otherwise quite intelligent and tends to think out things when he doesn't rush right in to them. Sev is very flirtatious, and isn't passed flirting with anything or anyone he finds attractive. Every once in a while, when his memory returns ( for however long that is ), Severin returns to something more like his older self-- once again he becomes the gentle and elegant man he once was. In these moments, he becomes calm and level headed, and even kind and generous, if not somewhat sullen from the loss of everything he once knew.

Personality: Sonyo has become quite the quiet and solemn person, withdrawing within herself. Soft spoken and careful with her words, the change of her personality would be stark to anyone who knew the spark of light before, especially those close to her. Sonyo has grown up, from the bright eyed gennin she once was. She now believes that she is responsible for holding the balance of life, having taken in to herself parts of her late husband's tendancies to do whatever is necessary to preserve life. Seeing herself as both life and death, as both the reaper and the protector of all that breathe and call themselves children of nature, she no longer struggles with the inability to kill.
The young female tends to struggle with bouts of depression, withdrawing further within herself and become mute for days at a time. They always pass, but she refuses medicine, believing this is something that she just has to get over herself. During these bouts, Sonyo becomes a shell of herself and somehow manages to be even more of a hermit than previously. The only thing before that could break her out of these spells is her adopted son, Taylor, but as she hasn't seen him in years, she's SOL.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬┤|н ι ѕ т σ r у|├▬ For most of Sonyo's young childhood ( from birth to age 8 ), she lived in the frozen world of Yukigakure; a frozen wasteland of a place. Born in to a family full of strict people, Sonyo was trained from a very young age the beauties of dance and fan usage; along with other things a woman should know how to do such a sewing and textile work. She was raised as a noble in a peasant's life, leading to a lot of conflict as to what she should be like, as she didn't like the strict ruling of her parents. The young female then, at the age of eight, immigrated with her parents to Otogakure; a land much much different than what she was used to. Snow banks and ice were replaced with swamps and mud, and it took her a long time to get used to the vastly contrasting surroundings. Of course, Sonyo entered the academy as soon as her parents arrived in the new village, as that was the reason they had moved in the first place; so that she could "become a strong and respectable ninja" instead of the failure her parents saw her as.
Sonyo did much better at fighting than at the smaller tasks her parents had her work on since she could remember; she was better at molding ice than she was at sewing clothes, and she was better at kicking than she ever was at dancing. Of course, however, her parents continued to push on her the small tasks she had been doing previously. The young child began becoming over stressed and started to become bitter towards her parents and the world she lived in. However, when Sonyo turned 13, she met a girl who soon became one of her closest friends. The girl's name was Kinu, and she was the only person Sonyo knew to date that had the braveness to push through the blizzard that surrounded her heart. Kinu taught Sonyo patience and kindness; she taught Sonyo how to deal with anger and frustration and pain. However, later on that year, Kinu disappeared suddenly. She was never found, nor did there seem to be any rush to find the girl. It took a lot of strength, but Sonyo let it go, knowing full well that's what Kinu would have wanted her to do.
A few years later, Sonyo graduated from the academy and became an official ninja of the hidden sound village. She vowed to herself that she would work her hardest, for both her parents, and her best friend who couldn't work beside her.

Sonyo trained hard in preperation for her first real mission that would be given to her. She was instructed by Sgt. Justice Skelly to find the Village's Master Seamstress, who had gone missing. Early on, Sonyo was crippled by the idea that she might be too late and the female might already be dead. The female shinobi followed the trail given in the ransom note, only to happen upon the old abandoned building in the village; the only of its kind. It was here that Sonyo found not only a breathing Lady Yura, but also an operation going on under the village, invisible to those who never happened under the city. Sonyo knew her life would never be the same knowing this; her innocence to the village's inter-workings and what was going on was now shattered.. and she had a piece of knowledge that could get her killed.
After that things only got worse for Sonyo, she had a hard time going out when suspicions began to rise about what she did that day. Someone saw her, that's for sure. Soon UHV soldiers began pestering her, asking her questions. She was absolutely terrified that she would die... so she did the only thing she could do. She got her parents out of the city and then left on foot a few weeks later, alongside her best friend Elizabeth. The two parted ways at the suna gates after having a brief confrontation with a Village ANBU. Sonyo was left to live in the village alone while Elizabeth became a rogue. The trip to Sunagakure was relatively easy, that is in till they actually arrived at the village. Masahiro Hatake saw Elizabeth in the distance, taking measures to protect Sonyo should she be attacked, and it backfired. Assuming that the two were somehow connected to the UHV, Masahiro took defensive actions only to find out that one of the young females was seeking asylum while the other was only worried about her friend. After Masahiro promised to take Sonyo to the Kazekage, Elizabeth set off to begin her life as a rouge.
Sonyo then met Ayame, who appointed Nariomi Kaguya as her guide and mentor in till her probationary period was finished. Nari carefully guided and helped Sonyo to adjust to life in Sunagakure, even going so far as to allow the female to stay with him in his home as she was homeless upon arriving. The two spent time together and the young female couldn't stop from falling in love with him. However, after shortly confessing their feelings for eachother, Nari disappeared as he was sent of to some outerlying land for a mission. To try her best to keep her mind off the disappearance of the person she loved, Sonyo filled her days with missions and training. During this training, Sonyo met many more people, including her new sensei Theodin and the Community-Minded Woman, Bastet. After a mission to Takumi to get supplies for the mysterious woman's workshop, Sonyo became an apprentice under the woman for various artist pursuits. It was soon after this that Nari finally returned, and Soyno felt herself finally be at peace.
That peace did not last long, as the seven-tailed beast Chomei was released upon Sunagakure. Sonyo and Nari split away from Bast to go and try to save as many people as possible. However, they were only able to evacuate the residential district before Sonyo was stabbed in the back by a young girl who she was treating. Upon hearing her injured scream, Nari too stopped evacuating citizens to rush Sonyo to the hospital. Here she was treated by another one of the Medical Shinobi of the village, Doc Nara. Despite his best efforts, Sonyo fell prey to the poison that had coated the knife that stabbed her and exploded in to a rampage. She not only destroyed a good part of the bunker but also injured a few people who were currently in the hospital before the doctors could evacuate. After a brief fight with Doc and a new arrival Manny Hyuuga, a woman by the name of Kaori stopped the attack and finally broke the trance that Sonyo had found herself in. The young female didn't take her actions well, and fell in to a small pit of depression and disappointment.
Due to the mass of death to the village, the Kazekage threw a party meant for everyone. There was an announcement: relaxation and jolly-making were mandatory. Several of the villagers became drunk out of their mind, and fun was had all around. It was durring this party that Nari proposed to Sonyo, and she said yes. After all she had done for the village during the Choumei attack and everything she did for the village afterwards, Sonyo was also granted her Chuunin rank and thus the young woman left the village for the first time in search for her parents.

Sonyo traveled for several days alone, making her way through unknown territory, chasing the trail of her parents. Wherever she went, she helped the people she came across no matter what that meant. She healed the injured and the sick, she got rid of small issues and gave guidance to the people who needed it. Traveling became lonely, scary, and most of all bittersweet; she missed her home and her family in Sunagakure, and the more time she spent away from them the more it hurt her. Eventually Sonyo made it to the small fishing village in Amegakure where her parents had settled down, only to find it obliterated. Death was everywhere, and the villagers that had survived were in mourning. No houses stood, farmlands were burnt to the ground, and mass graveyards were everywhere. Panic rose further in Sonyo as she was unable to find her parents, and eventually her worst fears were confirmed. At the edge of the last graveyard sat a dual grave for her parents.
The chuunin felt rage like she had never felt before, a need for vengeance pumping through her veins. It clawed and ripped her up inside like a caged beast, and right when she was about to give in to it all she remembered home. She remembered her fiance and her kage and what they would think of her if they had heard what she wanted to do. And so, with a heavy heart and uncertainties bouncing around in her head, Sonyo made her way back to Sunagakure. She didn't sleep, she didn't stop; she feared if she strayed off the path leading to home she'd do something she'd regret. She made it back home in record time, only to find that her home had all but been ruined by the attack by Chomei even though the battle was long past. Several of her friends and mentors were gone, and Sonyo found herself deep in a pit of depression, still searching for answers.
Sonyo spent some time in a limbo-like state, not making bonds with other people, getting and dropping several students, and generally trying to find herself. She was angry at her weakness, at her inability to save anyone she loved. Eventually a tournament for the gennin in village was held, something for them to do for fun and also a way for them to gain experience. It was durring this time that James returned, relieving some of the burden off of Sonyo. It was durring this Tournament that Sonyo met a little boy named Taylor, and began to bond with the kid. She felt a strong instinct to protect the little kid, and it didn't waver even when Knives walked out in to the field during the final fight and exploded-- releasing the bijuu within him, Shukaku. The fight that ensued was quick, and no lives were lost, but the beast was sealed in Sonyo. Taka, the hokage, who had arrived to give aid to Suna during the fight, married Sonyo and Nari though a handfast like ritual before vowing to keep Sonyo sane and safe. During the fight, Sonyo had met a young Uchiha Jashinist named Kya who she found herself taking an instant interest in. The Konoha shinobi left, and Sonyo was left with worries about what would come.
tab__TIME_SKIP__ Soon after Sungakure was scattered, Sonyo went MIA, mostly morning the loss of her husband. She did not contact anyone about her whereabouts, not even her kage, and took some time to collect herself and get more comfortable with the ichibi, Shukaku. She left her adopted son Taylor, who was on his way to the new Land of Lightning, despite the child's protests. After a time of wandering, helping when and where she could, she heard of where her dear friend Kya had ended up, and decided it was time to go back to the world of the shinobi. She made her way to the gates of Uzshio, brandishing an old letter from Sanae, hoping it would get her in to the village
