Alexis Truesvale
From amongst the darkness there was something lingering, it stuck to walls like an ugly mess, howling into the night. Most fears would take shape of their darkest secrets, whats scared their chosen more. And whilst Ruby wandered her own darkness, a face she thought she had come to trust came to fruition. When the girl came running at her with an embrace, the so-called wizard thrust her away with an emotionless face of distaste. And then she begged for mercy.
"That's what you want, isn't it, Ruby?" shequestioned, her voice dark and sinister, Alexis no more what she was once. "You always get what you want don't you, but you never learn to fight for yourself, do you? No, you're always complaining about life!" she exclaimed, ehr staff coming down harshly on Ruby but missing by inches. "You're scared to live. " and then Alexis turned away and crossed her arms. "You let me die!" and when she turned around again her eyes were dripping with blood. And then the blood vanished.
"you're a waste of space. Who would need you, a petty little damsel in distress who quite obviously deserves the blame for everything. Because it's not the blame, its the truth. I never liked you Ruby, never.".
And then Alexis brought her great staff back and it began arching with electricity her eyes burning with hatred to Ruby as she finally said "Kill me, or let me kill Laxion. Either way, i know the answer"

Ruby
Ruby was in utter shock that she couldn't even form a sentence to answer Alexis' first question. A simple yes or no would have sacrificed and maybe would prevent this battle. She shook her head in disbelief as Alexis continued to patronize her with no remorse. Her staff impacted the ground barely missing her, but rattling her sensitive ears. The child's body tensed up and in some aspects Ruby was afraid to actually live and make choices because of the life style she had been subjected to for so many years. However, when the illusion of the blood exclaimed that Ruby's death was her doing and then turned to her with blood dripping down her face, Ruby turned away almost feeling sick. Was it all her fault like the dream says it is?
The same thing happened with Laxion in her last dream, but she choose not to fight back. He was stabbed through the back with a sword and a shadow form was accusing her and then it morphed into her, resulting her to believe that she committed such a horrible crime. This time she's forced to make a choice or lose another friend. Ruby wanted to be convinced that this was the truth Alexis', but she knew for a fact that the blonde comrade could never hate her even if she tried. The two are thick as thieves now and forever. The girl to her feet, wiped her tears, and pulled out her sword.
"The Alexis would never say that to me. Whatever you are...I won't let you win!" Running forwards she slashed vertically hopping to get a hit. In reality, again she was performing the same tactics, but without an actual weapon in her hand just an artificial one she created in her mind.

Alexis Truesvale
No longer was it that she had just completely attempted to traumatize the girl that she turned her thoughts against it. No, this figment of Alexis wasn't going to prevail this time. The girl, instead, turned against her, blade in hand and attempted to strike her down. But she missed. Alexis had jumped backwards and landed neatly a few feet behind and said "Oh, R.E.D, you've lost your touch, these emotions are jsut confusing you, what happened to that spirit you once had? When nothing could ever hurt you". At that moment Alexis implied she could still get hurt in her dreams, but that was meant to be impossible.
Turning around, spinning 360 degrees she slashed horizontally with her staff as a flurry of arcane missiles came shooting outwards and back down to attack Ruby without remorse. "not even Lucas is here to save you!" and for now, it seemed like the wizard had given up the tactic of blaming Ruby, but making her feel like no one else cared. And then after the flurry of missiles was over, the ground flashes brightly and sharp, dark spikes grew from the ground like daggers reaching up into the sky to p***k each star. Soon enough these daggers materalised into trees and the ground turned to dirt with twigs and dead grass.
It was the Enchanted Wood, from Christmas Eve.
The night Alexis DIED.

Ruby
Unfortunately, the albino's first tactic didn't fall through. The female was at a disadvantage because she had never thought Alexis before, but this was all part of the dream, this wasn't the real Alexis. Ruby was astonished this illusion that tried to portray Alexis would stoop so low as to call her by the code name she wanted to forget, R.E.D. True nothing phased her in battle when she was R.E.D., but even as a puppets she still contained feelings she didn't flaunt. However, that changed when she joined Team Elixer and not a day that goes by does she ever regret that decision. "For a dark entity that's suppose to scare me, your not going a very good job!"
Dreams just personified thought throughout a persons sleep and begging unconscious Ruby could and couldn't control the dream. The only reason her opponent had the same battle style as Alexis was because the girl's witnessed it many times. She knew it wasn't her comrade, but in a way it hard to deny it resembled her in some ways. She had to concentrate on the fight because who knows what could happen if she loses. There were no rules or regulations to ones mind. A dream just follows along until Ruby considers herself worthy to wake up. The arcane missiles rained down towards her, but she was able to dodge them by rolling out of the way. It taunted her by bringing up Lucas and she replied, "I don't need him to same me because I know I can save myself!" Still, do Lucas care that she was struggling for her life in her own little chaotic world?
No, he had to care because he was her mentor after all and treated her as if she was his daughter. The missiles penetrated the ground that when they hit a bright light almost blinded her. The impacted resulted in spikes protruding from the ground creating a familiar scenery. Ruby's heart sank when she realized exactly where she was, the Enchanted Woods and the last time she would ever see Alexis. The girl started to panic and repeated repetitiously to herself, "It's just a dream, it's not real. It's just a dream, it's not real..." This helped collect her thoughts and thing clear about her next move.
Separating the guns, she aimed at several of the trees around her firing off five rounds for each gun. This was the part when she could alter her surrounds to her control. The bullets ricocheted off the tree trunks and whistled towards Alexis. The manufactured tree rippled every time they were touched by a bullet a chime noise. By Ruby's calculations, the bullets should besiege the dark spirit on all sides. If it does manage to block them, the albino would attack "Alexis" quickly with her sword. There was no way it could block to attacks. As the bullets closed in on it, she placed the guns together, revealed the blade, and ran towards it once more ready to assail.

Alexis Truesvale
With the sudden change in scene, Alexis, or the anti-Alexis saw the change in Ruby's feelings, she was obviously re-experiencing her last great, real nightmare. But she recovered, and then Alexis knew she had to up her game with a grunt from her throat. And then came a flurry of bullets from different directions, she barely had time to think before the bullets had all penetrated her tattered body. Everything fell silent right then, after the chiming of the trees had vanished and the bullets had ripped through her flesh, she stood almost hanging like a puppet before she fell to her knees. Bloody holes covered her skin, blood dripping from her mouth as he staff finally fell to the floor. She was choking, choking on her own blood and she said "I don't know about you, Ruby, but i've had a lovely time. Intrigue and mystery, butchery ad betrayal. And you were, are an avenging spirit, spreading chaos at every turn. The team is feeding on itself now, liars and murderers and secrets like maggots on a carcass. Soon there'll be nothing left for your insatiable, warmongering thirst. It's just as well, the world was dying already, completely rotten since your birth. All that was needed was the right time, to send you over the edge, much like when you were rejected from even your home land. But now, you'll be off over the horizon, attempting to save what is lost. I wonder, Ruby. Are you chasing something, or running away?".

Ruby
Ruby stopped abruptly in her tracks and stared at the bloody abomination that assumed Alexis' identity. She swallowed harshly feeling her stomach bound up and down uncomfortably. It was her, and as it spoke the tone hit a low octave and sounded a bit demonic. This enemy can morph into all the people she loves and cares for, but could never replace their true selves within her heart. The creature continued speaking until it ran itself dry and by that time Ruby was unfazed by its presences. Walking past it, she decided to answer the darkness question. "Neither...I'm creating my own path." In front of her a white road materialized and she wouldn't allow the dark spirit the pleasure of looking back on her accomplishment. That think was defeated and hopefully this path would lead her into the light.
After a few minutes, it lead her not to a location but her next task so to say. If she had to guess, the first battle was all about defeating doubt within herself. At every turn, the dark spirit wanted to blame or discourage her until she broken down and lost. However, here she was unharmed and strolling down a road to who knows where. A man shrouded in pure white attire with long white hair awaited for her. She approached him cautiously and once she was close she reached out her hand to touch his arm. "Lucas?" She questioned.

Lucas Purevelion
"Hello Ruby" came a soft and humming tone, his voice was like a calm wind brushing through the trees in the morning. "Well done, i'm sorry i had to leave, needed to clear something up with the High Guild" he faced her majestically with his wonderful smile. " in fact" he said warmly, "The Circle wanted me to give you this" he said, his soft hand moving down his robe and to his waste, his invisible blade hanging by his side. His fingers then fondled the hilt of the Purevelion Blade, the blade then became visible as he pulled it into the light of the pure sun above them. Without a moments notice he then scoured with his eyes at Ruby, pulling his arm back ready to thrust the entire blade into her gut.

Ruby
"Lucas" sounded as friendly and nonchalant as he always is. Ruby figured that this was the end of the dream where she learns a life changing lesson, unfortunately she was mistaken. Anti-Lucas revealed his famous Purevelion Blade and thrust it forward towards her gut. The albino had no time to dodge the oncoming attack so she quickly converted to the same position, took out her blade, and jabbed it at the dark spirit's gut. The entity's fabricated blade sank right into the females stomach and protruded out the back. Ruby bent of in unimaginable pain as red blood flowed out of the wound and trained to her armored legs. The girl balance and fell to her knees using her free less bloody hand for support. She grasped for air trying to comprehend what's the dream and what's reality. She trusted the real Lucas with her life and knew that if he ever was her undoing she wouldn't hold anything against him.
The black world around her started to crumble apart and as the white path beneath disappeared only leaving a small portion for her to hand on the edge to. The oblivion under her body slowly turned into a raging sea of blood every time her blood droplets fell into the nothingness. Now the scenery around her was a cliff her was dangling off of and the unforgiving sea created by her blood. She had no idea if her last attack impaled the creature or if he was still alive ready to finish her. She was already dying from the loss of blood so either way the situation was inevitable.

Lucas Purevelion
If only the girl could have let the nightmare win, but she was too intelligent. How lucky of her, at least it had managed to leave her mentally in pain. On the outside, in reality, Entei was trying to shout forwards "Ruby! Face your fear! Don't let it win!" he could see her in pain, but he didn't have any idea she was stabbed! He then continued with "You need to find out why you're getting these nightmares in order to get rid of them!"
Back in the nightmare, there were suddenly a figure floating high above the bloody tides of the sea below her. The being was floating in the sky at the same height as Ruby who was stood upon a cliff edge, clutching her gut. Through the heavy rain and stormy conditions, the figure stared onward with dark eye sockets, only needle-like white points to be presumed it's real eyes. It was the nightmare that was causing this.
((Do you have a plan or specifics for this? smile ))

Ruby
The pain was becoming unbearable and it became difficult to concentrate on her task. It felt so real, but it was just a dream wasn't it? A voice rippled through the darkness, however, it was muffled and not audible. Her vision darkened slightly and in front of her a dark shadowy figure appeared. Was that part of the dream as well? Was this the creature she had been battling. Ruby's armor continued to produce blood droplets as she started to lower to the ground. The albino couldn't give up here, Laxion told her that her story could be rewritten. The girl tensed her body, trying to retain her standing position as she stared at the creature. "W-why did you put-t-t me through all th-his?" She stuttered from the pain as she talked.

The Nightmare
The nightmare hovered eerily in the distance, the waves of blood crashing below it as the dying Ruby tried to speak to it. At first, it never replied to her, it left a slow, horrible silence between them before anything. But that anything tha that happened wasn't to look forward to. No, the nightmare vanished and within seconds its face and horrific eye sockets with needle-like whites were right at the tip of her nose. Then his hissing voice said "There are nightmares in your head, Ruby, and we're never going to let your heart be awakened!" and then the nightmare vanished again. Wait... no... it was back in the distance again, watching eerily from a huge gap between them. And even though it stood in front of her, its voice sounded as though it was behind her. "The nightmares will never allow that to happen! "

Ruby
The nightmare hovered a few feet away from her ominously and then disappeared. She was able to release a breath of relief before the dark spirit appeared right in front of her face and made her heart jump. This motion forced warm iron blood up and out of her mouth with a violent cough. The albino feel to her knees, hanging on for dear life. She replied with a whisper, "Open...my...heart?" She struggled in between breaths to complete the three word sentence. The girl looked into the empty eye sockets of the nightmare and realized what she feared the most. "Doubt...Trust...Open..."
She had to defeat the doubt she had created with in herself. The doubt that she could ever amount to anything and the doubt of know one caring about her. Ruby had to trust herself as well as other trust confide in her. Open is simple...no more wall. She wanted to live to the fullest and protect and love her comrades for as long as their with her. Most importantly, she wasn't afraid to investigate her true origins. Ruby was ready to take that leap. The sword wielder conjured up the strength to stand, and with one step back she plunged herself into the bloody sea below. Her head impacted the weightless water first and she sunk down into the depths. She could feel the cold Nightmare pursue her, eager to keep her for its own pleasure, however, it couldn't have her nor should it exist for that matter.
The girl continued to dive until a bright blinding light gravitated towards her. Reaching out her fragile hand, she met the warm welcome half way. A white crystal encased her now naked body like a cocoon. The light enveloped the darkness and the Nightmare dissolved into oblivion. "You made it, we are one again."
"Again?" Ruby questioned as she curled up into a ball. Her snow white hair grew longer and would probably drag on the ground like a bride's veil if she erected herself. Her hair followed in the non-existing breeze around her and her eyes stayed closed. "We were once like this. You never knew about me, but I knew you. My presences was stronger with the innocent child you once were. Grief and despair soiled your heart and I was left in the darkness. Don't leave me again..." "Who are you?" "You'll remember once you wake up, Wake up, ....." Ruby lay on the ground with a white glow tracing the outline of her body. Her body shuttered as a final breath escaped her lips. Her heart abruptly stopped. A few minutes later, a new breath filled her lungs after she she was being reborn again in a new body with a cleansed soul. Slowly her eye lids lifted and her vision focused itself.

 Laxion Asmodius Corps
"RUBY!!!" shouted Laxion, shaking her shoulders like she was a doll, he wanted her to wake up, no matter the consequences now! He saw her in pain, saw her collapse and he couldn't take it anymore, he had burst throught he circle of monks when she fell and now here he was, forcing her to wake up. When she opened her eyes, there was a glistening of light, probably reflection. "Ruby..." he sighed, leaning back and dropping his butt to the floor. Pushing the hair fro his face he said "You okay?" he was out of breath. Entei then walked closer and stood behind the two of the younglings who were on the floor, tired.

Ruby
"Laxion?" She wasn't sure if the figure standing above her was him until her vision settled. He must have been worried because he was flailing her around like a lifeless doll, however, it wasn't to far fetched considering she did resemble one at the moment. Ruby heard Laxion ask if she was okay, she lifted her hand to her stomach and felt around. "No blood..." She whispered to herself and is thankful that was part of the dream. She albino tried to conjure the strength to life her upper body, but the pain from the stab was clearly visible in her gestures. She felt back and placed her hand on her stomach before remembering to smile. Laxion shouldn't worry about her, she was back and now she knew the truth. Shimmering white tears rolled down her cheeks as she said, "My true name is, White Jewel." Her weak voice was barely audible.

 Laxion Asmodius Corps
Laxion coudln't be more thankful, but Ruby's first proper sentence was telling her true name, at first he scoured and scratched his head. "What? That doesn't sound like much of a name". Laxion then got up to his feet and offered Ruby a hand, but as the two got up Entei was looking at Ruby with a concerned gaze, his arms crossed and shoulders firmly back. When Laxion looked at him and around at the monks, he noticed how different Entei looked. For someone so wise, so inventive, for someone that had lived through the jewel war, he actually looked scared.
"What's wrong, Entei?" Laxion asked, his face almost as worried as Entei's but for entirely different reasons. Laxion had completely dismissed the fact that Ruby had just tried to say she was one of the jewels, one of the brothers or sisters of the other reckless instruments used to create a war. Entei on the other hand, he had come to realise that if she was a jewel, then the White Jewel had found a way to replenish itself of energy and was reborn, Merlin's efforts of neutralising all of them would have been completely avoided.
Entei was almost shaking as much as he was still, he swallowed and said "What makes you believe that, Ruby? what makes you think you are called White Jewel?"
