Emilia quietly watched the others as they entered. She had almost nothing to take away because all she brought with her were those pencils. And a sketchbook. Ah the great life off living as a hermit.
Her hand rubbed her stomach as Steve Approaches and she winces lightly as she glances back at the vomit. It's true though, she didn't puke at all on her shoes. Or anyone elses shoes as a matter of fact. It's a triumph. "Y-yes I feel much better being on land.." Her voice is down to a mumble as too many people exit from the boat. And then quickly she watches as her group runs off to the car.
Speechless she trudges off after them and looks dejected.
Way to go Emilia. You must have scared everyone with your vomit.

The docks are empty, in the distance you can see a massive tentacle wrapped around the remains of the passenger ship.
In the haze, she didn’t really see where she was going. Not until she washed up on a beach. She looked up just in time to see tentacles… bringing down the ship. Well, they were screwed. Too bad she didn’t grab an extra bottle of vodka.
Rebecca groaned and took a few moments to attempt to clean herself in the ocean before looking for other survivors.

Chris was washed up on shore after his disastrous time with the sewer pipe and he laid there for a few minutes, catching his breath and trying not to shake too hard from the adrenaline drop now that he was safe. A quick look around told him that it wasn't safe, just safer then the water though so he pushed his self to his knees.
After a moment he found out that his glasses were still with him, having gotten tangled in his now soaked hoodie though they had a few cracks on the side.

Ow, ********... everything hurt a bit. Or well it was definitely water logged. That wasn't a fun ride, nor was it one she'd wanted to take. Surprisingly though, she was alive still. The security woman found herself on a beach and, with a glance around, enjoying the sight of a large beast toying witht he remains of the ship the guests had been on.
"Truly and completely... ********> She stated simply, slowly dragging herself to her feet as she glanced around. A few others seemed to end up here... banged up but alive.
So far as she could tell they were at least managing to live through most of this. "Apparently the ocean's being kind..." She grumbled, looking a bit less banged up due to the vest she was wearing. Not much though. She honestly felt pretty terrible. "How many others?" Best to take stock of how many she'd lost in this mess.

Steve blacked out when the water hit him and he awoke on a beach. Laying there for a few minutes watching a massive tentacle wrap around the remains a passenger ship. He sat up feeling sick and grabbing the back of his head. "Ugh!" He let out a groan when he felt a big lump. He's seen this area before "THE DOCKS!" he let out a yell. If he ended up hear how many others from the group he was with did? He got to his feet and started looking for any sign that he wasn't alone.

Hawkeye groaned as he pushed himself to his feet. That was not a fun ride. No. That ride kind of sucked. They were back outside, from the looks of things. Looking around, it actually looked like they were back at the docks. There was a boat. Sort of. A tentacle monster had claimed it. <********, he rubbed his arms and made his way towards the others.
"Um... Do you guys have something like a helicopter pad? Please tell me you have a helicopter."

"Yes. No. Maybe?" She grimaced in Hawkeye's general direction, trying to get her body back into order so she could move properly. A few bad bumps had been had. "I believe I've seen one. Not often." She added, obviously referencing the helicopter. "It was avoided due to spooking the beasts." Because that was logical.
"I don't know if it was on the island, or where it would be if it was." She added with a grumble, filtering a few now useless things from her pocket. One less drenched walkie talkie and...
"Methods of evacuation were to be communicated if a need occurred." She added, looking up at the heavens a moment before wringing water out of her hair. "Sadly. We lost that when everything went down. That shouldn't have been able to happen." The walkie talkies used batteries. How had they died? Honestly she was leaning toward sabotage. "I'm thinking someone wanted to die on this island."

Walking a few feet from where he had landed in the sand he saw a few others from his group. He ran up to them catching his breath and hearing the last part from Rin about someone wanting to die here. "Well I don't want to die here." He let out a sigh as the lump on his head was still sore.

Rin didn't say it out loud, but she sort of shared the sentiment. Even if she wasn't going to roll over and die for anyone.
They were so screwed. "Someone else does if they caused this though." Was the brief reply that the man got as he walked up.

"Well......" He didn't know what to say he just stared at them and felt the hope fading from his body. Maybe the other guy was right they we're going to die here.
The shattered pieces of the passenger boat were being dragged out to sea by tentacles. Len slowed to a stop on the edge of the dock and stared dismally at the wreckage of their hopes of escape. "s**t," he said, then yelled it, "s**t!"
He refused to turn around and look at the little group he'd come with. They were probably blaming him. Figured. He should've gone alone after all.
There were a few figures on the beach. Other people who'd come out here hoping for an escape, probably; but then Len spotted the guide who'd been herding people together in the dining room in preparation to lead them who-knew-where. Here, apparently. Somehow. In spite of the fact that Len had taken the direct path and hadn't seen the other group at all. And there hadn't actually been any sinister ulterior motives.
Who cared. They were all stuck on this island together. With the monsters. Unless someone knew how to pilot a helicopter. "Is there really a helicopter?" he asked Hannah over his shoulder.

"Well, crap. There goes that escape." She sighed, throwing a long look at the passenger ship being mauled by a seriously huge tentacle."We might've been able to beat that thing from earlier, but ain't no way we're gonna be able to take this thing down. And that ship ain't exactly in stellar condition anymore, either."
She clapped a friendly hand on Len's shoulder, "well, don't worry about it, Mister Len. We've gotten this far, right? S'got to be a way out, and we'll find it."
Squinting, she noticed the bedraggled figures of other people on the beach. Was that...? Yeah, that looked like Rin, who'd been talking about leading off a group to safety earlier - guess that hadn't exactly worked out.
"Yeah, there's a helipad. S'a bit further inland, but not too far away. There's usually always a helicopter parked there, just in case. Still, we'd have to find someone who knows something about piloting those things, 'cause I don't think they come with manuals." Her eyes slid to the people down at the beach, "think any of them would know?"

Rin wasn't exactly in a talkative mood, but she had noticed the movement coming their way. Moreso as a 'OH GOD WHAT NOW' at first as she'd pushed herself to her feet, then realized it was humans. Or looked like it.
One of them was even wearing a security uniform. More squinting and she thought she recognized the woman as Hannah. Not that she knew her well, but alas... Still, she was curious why they were here, so up to her feet and slowly toward the group she went. "Seems you weren't eaten." Though they looked a bit beaten up. Some more than others. "We're not getting out this way as you can see." She stated simply, eyes falling on the ship briefly. "Sewers were a bust too. Something broke them." It seemed a plan to catch the fellow staff up on what had happened as she looked over the group, still wringing a bit of water out of her clothes. "Any specific plans on your side? We apparently-" A pause as she looked at the stragglers from her group. "Those of us who are here anyway. We were thrown in the ocean, so if you have news of what's going on elsewhere it'd be useful." Because they were all in this together afterall.
