The first issue with this jutsu is just its lack of limits. That's pretty much it. With any summon like jutsu that is not an actual summon. It needs a post duration (Which you have) how many activation it gets per post (unless it uses yours) I would say about 2. 3 might be getting out of hand basically having a 2nd character on the field. If this summon/clone type has its own chakra I would say that it must feed off of your chakra or use the chakra amount that was put into it. No mimicking your chakra. Far too much of a pool late game to have that scale. Or if you have another acceptable means to the amount of chakra Skadi would possess I'm all ears.

These tigers can attack and use jutsu of their own element, a water tiger, when hit, molds around the physical attack and can strike back without taking damage like a clone would. A fire tiger, taking a physical attack, would cause 2nd to third degree burns. Taijutsu and bukijutsu are useless against these tigers. The fire tigers, however, are weak against water jutsu, and the water tigers are weak to lightning. Lasts for 5 posts, can be used multiple times, but must pay full cost each time. This looks great and everything is fine but I would say only stack able to a max of 2 times. But go ahead and throw in there that they have their own activation per post. (Per group of 5) So that they aren't using up your personal 3.

Because of this, she is very aware of the inner workings of her own body. This awareness has given her the idea of a form of human stasis. She can stop her inner workings, her heart, her lungs; all but her brain. She uses chakra to maintain her life instead of the appropriate bodily functions, making it appear as if she was completely stone cold dead. Her chakra also prevents any brain damage from occurring, no hand signs are needed to initiate this, making it nearly impossible to know this is going to occur, and once it is activated, only the absolute best medics, and the highest sensors can detect any life in her body. Lasts for 4 posts, can be recast to maintain stasis, costs 1/2 the chakra to maintain another 4 posts, but the absolute limit to recasting is a total of 16 posts (The initial activation, then 3 recasts) The more often she recasts this, however, the more likely she will suffer brain damage, or actually die, since the body was never designed to live off of chakra alone. Each part of this move needs to have a post limit, otherwise it might as well be an autohit, which as you know is not allowed in the guild. For example, the tentacles could snare the opponent in one post, then in your next post they could become the cocoon, and in your next post, then the spinning and the swords hitting. Otherwise your opponent has no opportunity to find a way out, which would make it a fair fight. Rework it that way, and there shouldn;t be any other issues.
