He eyed the newcomers incredulously. “Is that so?” he wondered as he notably turned his attention toward Sinclair with an amused smile tugging at his lips. “One of your fellows has visited already and told us of your home’s demise. There’s no need to hide such information, you are more than welcome here.” Then the commander’s eyes narrowed, his expression shifting into something more cold and protective. “Harm my kingdom, however, and I will make sure there is a price to pay.” His jaw stiffened when music began to play. His PDA was out in a flash as he scanned the security. It wasn’t him. It wasn’t anyone else inside either. It was—
The Voice.
Images flashed across his eyes, but he couldn’t remember any of them. Curiosity tugged at the corners of Wilson’s mind before he forced himself to keep listening. As the commander stared at the three pictures, he never put away his PDA as he brought up a list of his crewmen and hastily began to sort through their abilities and relationships with each other. This was always the hard part. He wanted to take the time to deliberate, but this was war. There was no time to waste. Butterflies swirled in his stomach as the Voice warned of the next kingdom to fall. No, that couldn’t be him. He refused to let it be him.
He could feel the emotions spinning inside him, but he chose to ignore it as he stepped forward and commanded in a firm voice, “Everyone! I’ve organized you into three groups.” His hands moved across the screen of his PDA until the groups were displayed on the holoscreen. “If you wish to be moved, please tell me now. There is no turning back after you leave, and good luck. I have faith you will do me proud.” Wilson smiled reassuringly at them, the most sincere he could pull off at the moment. He didn’t know if he would ever see them again, and he wanted their last memory of him to be positive.
“As for our guests.” He turned toward the three, but at least he continued to smile. “If you wish to participate, I’ve assigned you as well.” A few more flicks across his PDA and locations floated above their heads.Pardon as I change things around due to time constraints etc etc uvu;;;

Marosa nodded in affirmation, saluting again before moving to the location his King had ordered.
His potential plan would have to wait until later. He didn't want to do anything rash against his Captain's orders, and he wanted to get all the information he could before acting upon anything.
Unfortunately, there was no time for the Ganerie to collect any information at this point. He needed to gather resources.

Both the music and sudden void had been alarming, but not so much as the voice unknown 'voice' speaking to them. Explaining to them the first trial they must overcome as a kingdom. Not to mention, the demand.
Miasma...
Something he wagered wasn't so easily come across. Not without risk anyways. They were going to have to be careful about this task. He, by all means did not want their kingdom to fall like the silver one had. Not if he had anything to do about it. There was no way he would not allow this ship to crash so easily a second time.
"Sounds like a start. I guess we'll see you later then?" he tilted his head at Wilson, giving a careless shrug. Now that the commander had finished sorting them into three parties, there was nothing left but to go and fulfill their task.

Madeline didn't have a chance to respond to Ami's makeshift hug before the Voice resonated through the room, drawing their attention like moths to a flame. Instinctively, she circled her arms around the other girl protectively, her brows knitting into a tight frown. She also shot a glance at Dakota, her expression shifting to worry and a surge of protectiveness. Her body jerked as though wanting to move towards him - but Dakota was a big boy, a Lieutenant. Honestly, he didn't need her worrying over him like a lovesick hound. Which. She. Wasn't.
When the Voice became nothing but an echo and Wilson quickly jumped to work, she leaned away from Ami just slightly to check her own PDA. She scanned the list and frowned. She wasn't with the Sergeant. She was with Dakota and Ryan. The others she couldn't honestly say she knew. Her lips pulled before turning into acquiescence. This was all part of duty. And duty didn't know love.
"Ami," She spun the girl around to face her. "You're gonna make it out. I'll make ********' sure of it. You're a smart girl, you can get through this." She tucked a stray strand of hair behind the freshly promoted girls ear, smiling even though it was grim. "When this is all over, we'll renew our friendship and play baseball and paint Wilson's room a gruesome pink and dance on top of the ship and s**t." She tugged her into a boob squishing hug. "I love you! Let's meet again on the other side of this."
And with that, she bounced away.
Right into Dakota's arms. Literally. She wrapped her arms around his shoulders and stared up at him. She didn't grin.
"Hey, little flame." She huffed. "Looks like we're in the same group - so don't let your d**k do the thinking here." It was a tease, of course, and her eyes almost lit with a familiar joking flame, but the light simply didn't reach her eyes. She pulled back, tugging on her ponytail and waving him away dismissively with her hand. "And - hey, just in case we don't - "
She paused.
"You know what. Nevermind."
Spinning on her heel, she walked away with the straightened back of a proud cat. She winked at Wilson on her way past, her affectionate grin tinged with protective, platonic love for the ship and its entire crew. Time to start the game. She was a pawn on the board, but that didn't mean she would be useless. No, not at all.

For a few moments Pokerus had thought she ingested some kind of narcotic. It was the only way to explain the sudden lack of nothing in her life. But a vast voice boomed through her consciousness, all the way to her soul. It was the voice, the thing that had created and gave her purpose. To hear it was both awe inspiring and chilling.
She saw the images but could make no sense of them, heard the demand for miasma. There were locations listed, and she was met with the truth. The silver kingdom was gone now, and if they did not get the miasma the voice demanded, they would follow suit...
And then everything was back in order. She had her body, and the commander was issuing orders. The simple task gave her something to focus on and ground her reeling mind. Already she lifted her arm up, pressing a button on the mechanical device to open up a small screen. Her own PDA device, specially designed so it would at least withstand the daily bashings she put through it.
"Download co-ordinates" She spoke, the screen flashing as it registered the destination. At least she didn't have to think hard on this one. She then turned around, wondering if she should say something. Others were hugging and say words and she wasn't exactly sentimental here.
"Whelp, I'm off. I better see you all back here too." Yeah, that was something. Turning to her device she muttered "Activate teleportation to co-ordinates", and she was gone in a beam of light.

Dakota merely smiled at the Drogaim before sighing. Sometimes the ladies didn't want to play. It was a shame the voice interrupted any remarks for the lieutenant to return and had his eyebrows furrowing. After it was done, Wilson wasted no time in placing them. His first glance was to flick towards Madeline, worry chewing away at the core inside him and kindling it to a warm sensation in his body. Like Madeline, he knew there was no place in war for love, to worry for her was if saying to the other kingdoms that he didn't think she was strong enough.....or that he had a weakness of sorts.
With the duties he had now, weakness was not an option. He caught her in his arms, savoring that feel of her safely tucked there, even for the brief moment it was. Instead he smiled at her, brushing her hair from her face and snorting. "I'll be thankful that I will have someone I at least trust my mind, soul and body on the field my lovely." Dakota brushed down to her placing a very possessive and probably the last kiss unless they made it out alive on her lips. What ever words she was holding out on him with, he was thankful not to know. Even knowing it might gnaw at him, the Livius couldn't bear the thought that perhaps she too saw something deeper with him...and to go into battle right after it.
"You and Ryan will make it back before I do. On my honor as a 2nd lieutenant and as a Livius." He winked at her, "but I will do my best to persuade the other kingdoms with either charm or my ability to fight to the fullest to see why ours shall reign on top." With that said and done, he had one last thing to give the girl he loved the most, pulling from his pocket was a large flame colored feather. "So that when you get cold, you think of the flame that wishes to surround and protect you Madeline." Probably the cheesiest thing the Livius had ever said but....he placed it in her hand, nodded and headed over to Ryan. He gave the nomadic alien a slap on the back a grin. Bouncing back from the feelings he was trying to suppress for the officer.

Elliot was in his room flipping through system files on his bed when the Voice echoed through his head. Image after image flashed and then disappeared as quickly as they came. When the Voice had stopped, he closed the files he'd been looking through. There were some kinks to be worked out here and there, but now was not the time for it. He was sure Wilson's assignments would be coming soon.
Only a few seconds after Elliot had closed his PDA, it ping'd and lo and behold! A message from Wilson! No surprises there. Elliot opened the message while grabbing an extra clip. He already had three plasma clips on him, not counting the one already in his gunblade, but it never hurt to be prepared.
He supposed, he shouldn't be so surprised that Wilson never showed up. After all, the boy had grown up, maybe he'd forgotten Emmaline too.

[Entering!]
Poke wasn't sure what had happened. She could feel some sort of pulling sensation. Was it the miasma that had kept her from death? Perhaps she was dead now and some sort of ghost.
But instead of the damn grasp and the horrendous pain, all she felt was the cool metal of the ships floor. Groggily she lifted her head. She was back in the interior of the ship, her PDA still beeping like no ones business. It was giving her a headache.
"Ugh..." She rolled onto her back, and then did her best to sit up. So she was back and alive, but she would of preferred to be back out there half dead. She hadn't gotten a single drop of miasma, and the failure felt heavy on her shoulders.
"I'm sorry commander..." She hung her head. Perhaps he should have chosen somebody else...

One by one he watched everyone leave, but was startled to find that one of them had returned so quickly. “Pokerus?” Wilson called out as he quickly strode toward the lieutenant and helped her up. He smiled at her as he bent down to pick up her fallen PDA. “It’s okay. You tried your best, didn’t you? I’m sure the others will pick up the slack.” It was ridiculously easy for the commander to feign his easiness as he looked over Pokerus for any injuries. “Head over to the infirmary to patch yourself up, okay? I need to…do something.” Another pleasant smile before he finally walked away toward his hoverbike.
He kicked the engine into gear and zoomed away.

Being helped up by the commander gave her another pang of guilt. Shouldn't be the other way around? But his words were kind, and she was able to smile, if only a little. "Yeah, I did, but I ended up getting slapped around a bit. I'll just have to try harder next time." If there was a next time...
She then nodded at his request to go to the infirmary, but paused as she watched him move towards his hoverbike. What did the commander have to do at a time like this? Watching him go, she shrugged and hobbled away. It was probably some important commander stuff.

Lumikki looked up from the crystals her ears twitching. Something wasn't right, she heard so much more when she heard the commander over the PDA. Looking over at the mechanic she frowned, "I guess we're needed?"Setting down a pink crystal she looked around, she didn't really want to leave the ship in fact she was terrified about what might happen when they did leave the ship but their commander wished it of them. Didn't Roch make comment about blindly following, sighing softly she stood near the door wondering if Roch would come with her to help their commander.

Bix let the vision wash over him and came out of it with a steely resolve. These Silvers needed them and if they performed well enough, should be given a chance in their kingdom. Of course now he was being sent there, the wreckage of what was once a prosperous kingdom.
What would they find? What was their goal?
He gave those around him a polite excusal before going back to his room to get a few things before he left.

Aware of everything said, Kat chose to ignore any comments made and set out for the location given. It appeared Ami was to head out to the same place, so they could likely catch up there or something. Either way, it was time to move out.
