*Shortstraw nodded, "yea were going home." he smiled though, "i always thought people were thinking that... i just felt it." He chukkled as they got out of the manhole and he covered it up so they could head into the marshes, "oh yea hey. With all this, i was hopeing in all good efforts and everything, you could help teach me and the others the weakness of demons, and more about them. Perhaps alittle history on the toughest ones, and all that stuff. I mean we have a deamon on our side, thats a great mess of odds." He laughed.

Asher nodded. "I'll offer all that I can." She chuckled, "You're just lucky that you have a demon on your side. Otherwise you may be the slightest bit screwed." She chuckled further.
Kiera nodded and didn't turn her head. "I can feel him nearby. He'll be here soon." She smiled. "Just in time." Cyril yawned and almost fell asleep in his chair, before leaning too far back and falling off it backwards, hitting his head hard on the floor. He cussed. "Bloody hell." He sat up and rubbed his head, frowning. Meanwhile Kiera couldn't stop herself laughing as she got out some bowls. "The chair has four legs, not two." Cyril scowled at her. "Thanks fer remindin' me."

*Shortstraw walked in with a chukkle at ashers comment and closed the door, "We're back." He walked to the kitchen smelling the food, "What is it soup?" He sat down and looked to Cyril, "What are you doing on the floor?"

*Eve gave a nod, "my sense are off. She looked to shorstraw as he pulled up the chair next to her, accross form keria. Since Eve was sitting in his normal seat that is. And there were only four chars, so asher was going either to stay where she was on his shulder, leave the room, or sit on the table with a chance of having hot soup spilled on her. Etiher or. Eve smiled, "this is weird."

Cyril grumbled and picked himself up. "I fell." He simply said before sitting himself down again. Kiera turned and smiled at Shortstraw, with her oven mitts on. In all honesty, it looked really kind of cute. Although she wouldn't appreciate being told that. It might traumatize her into never cooking with oven mitts again. "Yep, Vegetable soup." Asher jumped off Shortstraws shoulder and sat next to Mai, who was wagging his tail happily. Kiera put the bowls of soup in each of their places before hers herself, then put the big pot of soup on the side. "Goddamn it. I made too much.." She frowned, scratching her head with the oven mitt.

*Shortstraw chukkled, "Eh if someones still hungry we're just finish it off. Thats all." He blew on his soup for a moment before getting up to get some crackers to dip into it. He loved do that with soup. He sat the crackers down for anyone else if they wanted it and finally dinner started to begin.*

'Pingk' was sounded as eve bopped his hand with her spoon and stared at him with a serious expression, "Thats the wrong spoon. Thats a teasspoon, the one your suppost to use is your fifth one on you left next to the table spoon..." she then started laughing, "even been to a fancy rich persons place other then the castle yet shortstraw?" he took a sip of her soup, "They litarly eat with like five of each type of spoon and fork, and three knives, each witha purpose and if you eat withte wrong one, man do they get ugly. One time i was littlry scared to pick the wrong one up becuse this other guest was beaten to death and thrown out the window becuse he picked up the wrong spoon for some soup." She grinned, " i find it quite funny." She nodded and started eating some more.

Kiera chuckled and spun round, dumping her mitts on the side. "I went to a big social event which turned out kinda like that, once. I wasn't very old, either, and Amelie was always trying to get me to use the wrong utensil and get the others to stare daggers at me." She then sat down and sat back in relaxation. "However, this isn't a big social event." She picked up the bowl and just started drinking it from the rim. This way, she was already finished, and went up for seconds. "I forgot how hungry I can be." Cyril ate his soup normally, inconspicuously, begging for neither Kiera or Eve to pick on him.

*Shortstraw watched how keria ate her soup and he looked to his. He tossed his spoon back and did the same thing as her with the rim. He was only using a spoon becuse they had compny, if she didn't care, screw it. However he smiled when he finished and putthe bowl down, "wow... that seems alot hotter when you drink the whole thing at once." He laughed getting some water.

*Eve laughed, however kept her spoon, "Well now i can see why you two get along so well." She chukkled and sipped more of her sou from the spoon a few times, "However... there is no way i can do that without spilling it alover myself. And i got alot to spill it on, so i'm deffently not taking the chance." She grinned at keria and looked to Cyril, "By the way, i like your acsent. Say some funny." She asked pointing the spoon at him.

Cyril was dreading something like this. "I dun' know wha's funny ta' say." Kiera chuckled as she filled her bowl again. "You're just dropping yourself in it, Cyril." Cyril frowned and finished his soup. "Aye'. You're probably right." He knew Kiera loved it when he said that word, and at that moment, Kiera had a shiver before she sat down again, drinking her soup quietly as she watched Cyril and Eve. This was fun.

*Shortstraw chugged down some water before he finally felt better, "You girls are lucky heat dosn't burn you." He smiled and sat down, "And hey don't pick on Cyril. Thats not nice." he then laughed after he said it in a fathery vioce. He looked to keria and stuck out his toung playfully, "or cold for that matter."

*Eve made a face and smerked, "Lisen kiddo. it's not all cracked up like it sounds. At least keria can feel her own heat as heat. I'm lava, I don't cool down. I'm always the same temrature. Even when i'm mad." She sipped the soup, "but... as weird as it sounds, we I still get the goose bumps sometimes as if i was cold." He chukkled, "And hey i'm aloud to pick. You want me to stop picking on him, fine then shorty your up. i bet you can't even reach the cabinets up top." she smerked.

Kiera smiled to herself as she watched them. She never really thought about it before, but she was lucky with the qualities she got from her parents.They were definitely more preferred than some of her siblings abilities. Her abilities were perfectly adjusted around her personality, and she hadn't really figured that before. Kiera laughed. "I bet you won't be so smug when he's taller than you, sis." She sneered and put her bowl down. And Cyril actually laughed along with them this time. The only one in this room that didn't seem to be having the best of times, was Asher. In fact, she wasn't even in the room any more. She left a while ago. "Buuuuuurn."

*Shortstraw laughed, "actully... i wonder if i could get that tall... feels about impossable right now... everyones taller then me... but asher and mai." He seemed to be figureing out how much taller he'd rather be. Then he shrugged, "Eh i don't know. Guess thats why i'm shortstraw. Otherwise i would be tallstraw and that sounds funny." he chukkled and looked to cyril with a smile, "nice one."
