Lois Lane - Arkham City
She sighed softly as she watched the former brat wonder depart. "Good luck kid your gonna need it.." She offered with a sigh as she arched a brow at Loki. "Coffee does sound good.. Lets stash it before anyone notices its here.." She added with a grin before she grabbed the pipe from the ground rushing back to the storage room.

Loki followed her and did as he mentioned. He seemed to make the coffee containers and few other items disapear into thin air. He smiled over at her as he finished packing the other back pack.
"We can bargan for a car now, and move out to Haven.Perhaps with we find any other former Earth's heros, we can let them know of mini Bruce.' He sugested.
Perhaps it was time the heros that were left try and contact one another some how.

Lois Lane – Arkham City
Lois sighed as she crossed her arms. “Well.. Penguin runs part of the city.. Like exports and imports so if we find a way to trade with him we might have a better chance escaping the remains of the city that way.” She offered with a shrug. “Off to Haven then.. So what do you prefer I call you? Loki, Luke, God of Mischeif?” She asked with a smirk as she began to tap her foot impatiently.

Loki got everything gathered and put a pack on his back. "Well, you know the truth of who I am, you may call me Loki. It was teh name my mother gave me." He smiled.
Loki lead the way out. "I'm sure we can bargan with the Penguine. He's a greed driven man, and will no doubt be looking at what he can skim off the top for himself."
Loki knew they had to get a car at least to get there quickly.

"I don't know.. Maybe I'll call you that when my mood gets sour.." She offered with a smirk as she walked out ahead of him. At least they had the wonderful stash of coffee to thrive on until they reached their next destination. Lois's new objective find coffee and survive. It was a reasonable plan at least in her eyes. "Pengin may be greedy but he loves the idea of trade which gives us a better chance of survival." She added as she glanced around. "You'd think this place would have more than a box cutter and a pipe left here for protection.." She nearly growled as she rested her hands on her hips.

Loki glanced around on the way out. "Seems weapons were the first things to be claimed when gotham whent to pot." He said. "Our best chances are to take from smaller venues less picked over, like an out of town gas station or a house." He paused and smirked. "If we could find teh homes of any former SHEILD agents we would be set." He laughed.

The chainsaw wielding man continued to just stand there for a long time as Natasha drew closer to him. He didn't even seem aware of her presence, especially since he slowly turned and walked off down the adjacent street as though he wanted to go home. There was no other activity on the street other than Barton making his was to the navigation point and so it really did seem like there was no harm to come.
Up a head however, Red Queen's voice came into Barton's ear alone and cautioned him "Project Barton, two blocks a head of you there appears to be a small problem. I recommend the detour I've illustrated on your PDA, it shall only take you one block to your left but should keep you out of sight of complications."

The crimson haired assassin had watched the threat turn its back to her and seem to walk away. He hadn’t acknowledged her presence as she turned the bike chain still in hand as she turned sideways placing some distance between them. Her vision had once again blurred as closed her eyes allowing the moment to pass not allowing a single sound to escape her lips as she tolerated the throbbing pain in her head as she moved slowly away to not bring attention to herself as she began to move once again.

Tony eventually grew hungry and left his office, heading off to the lunch room to see what they had available now. He twirled a pen in his hand as he approached the cafeteria and looked over what food they were offering. He honestly wasn't thrilled by the options but this wasn't the old world any more, this was some hell of an unstable re-creation that lacked scotch was annoying. Regardless, he got the tomato soup with crackers and a sandwich and once it was on a tray, he picked it up and headed off to sit and eat. He gave a hopeful glance around the room, as if by chance Pepper would be there waiting to lecture him about having not found her or Rhodey but sadly, they were still no where to be seen. So he sat down across from Jane Foster, took a spoonful of soup and then then "Dr Foster." as though that was enough of a hello for today.

Clint nodded. "What kind of problem?" He wondered out loud. "Make sure Nat hears the same detour if she's able to get this way quickly." he told Red Queen.
He followed her instructions. As he turne dthe corner the sharp pain was back and shooting up his arm. He looked down at his hand to see nubs growing out where his fingers had been missing, as if his hand was attempting to regrow the fingers.
"What the?" He examined the nubs a bit longer before snapping back into work mode. He began to head down the rout given to him.

The brunette looked up from her notebook raising her brow. "Mister Stark.." She offered her voice calm and even as she resumed jotting things down in the margins. She had no idea as to what she could say or do to make any situation better for those who remained. Jane sighed as she once again started to eat not comfortable being so far out of her scope of science and out of her small circle of friends which were few and seemingly shrinking. "Any new inventions?" She asked trying to have some conversation even if it may prove ill chosen.

Tony sat there starring at his soup a long moment, as if he hadn't even heard Jane talk but truth be told he was having an explosion of idea's in his head and was deciding on on how soon before he could start on all of them. It wasn't a matter of which one to start with or how long each would take, no it was just a matter of did he have the resources to work on it all right now or not. Resource limitations in a post-apocalyptic world was the one true enemy of a genius but then again, when one didn't have strawberries, one grew them only to eventually remember his girlfriend was allergic to them and inevitably would threw them out! That being said, what was Tony really up too was perhaps a mystery even to himself but he knew he had to see it through.
Tilting his head suddenly to give Jane a confused look he said "What?" and then straightened up as though nothing happened and just answered her "You know, Richards once made a device that could cross into other dimensions which Doom eventually manipulated and screwed up a whole bunch of our time. What if we could rebuild that and find out dimension again? Leave all this behind? Or failing that, make a device that could track people from our dimension, assuming that science fiction can become fact and that sort of thing is even possible." He glanced at his soup and gave it a swirl before saying "It'd be sort of like that rainbow your boyfriend likes travelling, only not with my little pony." He suddenly had an image in his head of Thor riding a My Little Pony and gave a really disturbed look before he got to yet another point of his "In other words, track down our lost friends, assuming they're even here, re-unite our happy worlds and find a way to our real homes."

Her eyes couldn’t help but narrow on the egotistical man sitting across from her. She wondered if he were the one with a mind filled with cats that no one could truly understand save for the one woman who had been missing for weeks. Jane remained silent similar to him as he stared into his soup trying to fathom what in the world he must have been sorting or plotting.
Jane was going to allow him to speak about Richards and his device. It made sense to a point and yet.. even after all the attempts to recreate it seemed to be more of a witch hunt with no positive results. She had even had it out with the other doctor earlier that afternoon. “It is possible with the right individuals working on the project.” She offered maintaining her civil calm before she gripped the pen in her hand at the jab at Thor. Her blood boiling for a moment as she shot up from her chair her head lowered. “Asgardian technology is far more advanced.. It has both a complexity and visual simplicity.” She managed to grit out before snapping the pen in her hand. “Then again.. I never saw this rainbow bridge.. You must have been very privileged to have seen it..” She hissed picking up her tray. “If you excuse me.. Stark..” Her voice trailing the fine line of venom at his name. “I have work to do.”

Tony didn't honestly look phased by her outburst, he had seen far worse before... but he still loved Pepper all the same. He had to wonder though what it must be like to be a civilian in this world, surrounded by super powered people and people whose intelligence outmatched hers so much that they might as well be super powered. He imagined it would get lonely, especially when one failed to socialize as much as she did. So he said calmly "You know Thor wouldn't get mad about a jab like that, he'd just send one back. I should know, I've worked with him for years and believe me, I intend to again. The guy has a mean swing but a far better sense of humour." This was of course his attempt at calming her down to realize he really wasn't against her, just trying to see what made her tick and hopefully get her to open up.
He sighed slightly as he added "Believe it or not, you're not the only one missing a loved one. My girl friend, Pepper, haven't seen her since I woke up here. I honestly can't even remember the last thing I said to her, I seriously hope it was I love you but the past is a blur, I get faint memories of things and that's it. I want nothing more than to suit up in my Iron-man armour that's back in my workshop and scour the entire planet looking for her but if I do that, I deplete one of my last cores and risk dieing from shrapnel to the heart. A lot of good I'd do her and my best friend Rhodey if I was dead." His expression was more serious now, as though really trying to drive home the fact that he was in a lot of pain too. "Point is... we're not going to get to see them again unless we all start socializing more and learn to get along. The Avengers did it, the X-men did it, I think it's about time this collection of brilliant minds did the same. Don't you?"

Jane sank back into her seat her eyes falling to the table as she sighed. “He was always light hearted..” She offered thinking about Thor. “He was kind.. Even if I hit him with the car.” She managed with a sigh as she looked up at him. “He would have said something relating to Asgard..” Jane offered as she frowned at the tray.
She could understand possibly adapt to these changes as she chewed her lip in thought. “Fine.. I will work on the socialization aspect.. I never had to do so before..” She mumbled softly. “I have a few ideas that I would like to offer in effort to generate some power for those suits you miss. It would help in acquiring some materials I would need to re-establish the connection to asgard in effort to increase our chances in returning things to normal.”
