FAIL. If anything, his aim had gotten even worse! He attributed it to having his hand nearly bitten off earlier. He grimaced in determination--which only made him look vaguely confused--and tried again. To his utter shock, he managed to get not just one, but two CDs around the microphones! His confidence bolstered by his epic, amazing win (for him), Sylas decided to attempt something he never had before: vocals on Rock Band. Unfortunately for everyone around him, it was something he should never have attempted. Luckily, something wet and squishy hit him in the face before he could embarrass himself too much, sparing himself and everyone within hearing range. Sylas frowned as he looked down at what had hit him. Was that...someone's half-eaten sandwich?
...it was still edible, right? Five-second rule! Sylas found a yellow star sticker in the sandwich, but didn't eat it.

Sylas couldn't eat and sing--or, really, sing at all--but he could play the guitar controller all day long. He didn't actually want to play it all day long, though, so he just crammed an entire day's worth of AWESOME into one song. Ren had slipped away from the Scario Kart booth to visit the FMC one.
"HELLO HELLO HELLOOOO oh what's this a game - "
He took a couple of the rings and tossed them half-heartedly, only one of them actually looping around the microphone, and snagged a pair of orange headphones, settling them onto his shoulders.
"Hi guys!" he said cheerfully.

Ren was further distracted by the instruments. He sang, of course, but he wasn't really the playing type.
Though learning the drums would be fun...
Without further adieu, Ren snagged a pair of drumsticks, seated himself behind the set, and began to play.
It wasn't great, but he certainly had fun doing it, and there was something very satisfying about hitting something like the drums and producing a deep, melodic sound or a higher, quick sound. When he was finished, he slipped out from behind and ambled over to the next thing.

Danny actually clapped this time, excited that the song didn't give her gross feelings now. Actually, she felt a little more tired, but that was nothing to be concerned with. She was probably just tired from running all over the place! Even energetic kids needed their nap time.
"I liked that one!," she said, clapping Frost on the back and squeezing him. "Okay you can be in the club!" she announced. She grabbed his arm and started tugging him back around to the front of the booth. She hung on the edge, just peeking over it so only her eyes were visible. The coast seemed to be clear- Rikki and Yin were nowhere to be seen. They must've been too far off to even be in ear shot.
With a relieved sigh, she came back to the front of the booth, resuming her rightful place as booth owner. She gestured for Frost to go sign his name on the board with a proud smile. She'd recruited a member! Roch was going to be so proud.
Ren was just finishing his song on the drums when Danny noticed him. "Ah! Kitty! C'mere!" she said, rolling her hands that he might come closer in for a hug.

Sylas hadn't noticed that his tentacles had found some shiny tokens--he was too busy being amazing, ok. He had been putting the controller back when the next guy had taken his turn at the game, and he had been good enough that Sylas had stopped and listened. He hurried to catch up to the other boil as he walked away, a tentacle reaching out to tap him on the shoulder. "Hey," Sylas said, trying to get the boil's attention, "that was pretty good! Drums seem to be the hardest one for people to play, but you weren't bad!"

Tugged back, he didn't fight. Mostly as it was Danny. He'd learned to just not fight her. Smiling as he added his name he sat next to her, bringing the ocarina back up and giving her a final song. She'd like that one maybe? He was never sure, but it couldn't hurt. Tail flicked side to side, rather happy. Oh Danny, if he was in his natural form, he'd be trying to get ear scratches.

Freya set up another song on the Rock Band, fiddling with the controls before finally settling on a volume she liked, and choosing the song she'd been thinking of. It was completely out of her norm, a slow and sad song that had something to do with feeling lost. As soon as the song was over, however, she looked left, then right, and pulled out her vuvuzela. "BBBBBBBBBBBBZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZTTTTTTTTTTTT" Well, there went that solemn mood. chimarii Tier 1 prize, I would like this please and thank you <3

ramenli "Rumour has it" (apparently Yin was quoting the new song that had come onto the eyepod) "that you are seeking out men to satisfy you." He tilted his head slightly and continued looking at Rikki. His lips were dry and he licked them before he pressed on. "Is this true? I would understand you know."
And there he went, running both hands through his hair. Stressed out Rikki achieved.

Where had he heard it? "I should not give away my source, she would be most upset." Not that Miss Danny was not already.
Wait, had he just said "she"? Well, that should not give away too much...
"Either way you were seen seeking out a male and paying him for physical things that should not be done other than with one's bonded." Yin seemed fairly adamant about that much.

Salbei returned, this time in a lovely suit because his robes had been ruined (QQ War Clansmen, QQ) and some nice scarelings had given him a charming change of clothes.
A new wardrobe didn't stop his interesting method at tossing games, and he did promise to come back to try for the recorders now. So as he tended to do he picked up the three CD's and threw them all at once, letting them land where they felt like it.
Which was apparently 2/3 where they needed to be.

Sal made a happy noise, and then stared at the Recorder colours. So many nice ones! Hrm. Green for Little Yuzhi, Blue for Fai - no, black for Fai, like his soul - and purple for...hrm. Actually, he didn't know anyone who liked purple. Maybe Bella would, she did give him this suit... Decisions, decisions.

Fai had stared at the pants and followed him unconsciously, despite the horrible racket the booth was making--just in time to hear the strange statement that the other famine clansman had made. "Your... daughter?" Fai asked as he looked at Sal. "My, don't you work fast. Last I recall you were a bachelor for life." Had his best friend been holding out on him? WHEN had the fellow gotten off of his rock long enough to have a scareling?? Absently he took three CDs and tossed them at the strange objects, simply because he could. Sal turned at the sound of a familiar voice. The questions were only met with an amused smile, followed by him straightening proudly. "Curious, isn't it?" He chuckled, and then wagged a finger at Fai.
"I already got a set of those...headphones for you. Choose something else." They weren't on him of course; they were back with the rest of his Famine clothing at that Fashion booth. The little ones, while amusing, were quite accomodating.
