"Can you beat that?" he asked her, gently teasing.
No, no she probably couldn't... but that didn't mean she wasn't going to give it a try.
"Hand me that." she said, taking the... whatver it was and the ... whatever they were and proceeding to do what she had seen her brother do. She loosed her first puck.

Del smiled as the person gave her her prize, the same as Jan's. She put them into Their beach bag.

Oh crap..
"Hurry, Jan! You don't want to miss your first sunset on a ship!" she said, her own excitement at the prospect leaking into her voice.
Sperra wanted them to go to bed, but surely watching the sunset couldn't hurt!
The rushed off to the Poop Deck.

Doyle walked over towards the group of old guys who quickly recognized him. They informed him that his score was impressive but there were others out there who had done better than him. Not one to be outdone he quickly agreed to play another game. He got the needed things and let the disk fly.

Doyle took a breath and sighted in on his target. He then pushed the disk hoping he had put just enough strength in to get it to a 8 or 10.

Doyle had gotten the last one so close to the 10 spot. His eyes narrowed and he frowned as if that would make the disk suddenly jump into the spot he wanted it at. He paused for a moment and then let his third one go.

Doyle's frown grew as the disk came just short of the line separating the 8 and 10 spaces. He then let the last disk go putting a little bit more strength into his push. But once again the disk landed on the 8 space. Doyle sighed but took his prizes of a Enigma berry and that mysterious coin. He then was off to the poop deck to beat his frustration off on some poor wingulls.

Like last time, as soon as they entered, Anjali huffed and sulked over to the corner to wait until Leo was finished. He simply chuckled at her, grabbed a stick and a set of disks, and began his game. Maybe he could beat his score from last time?

After his fourth and final disk slid across onto a seven, Leo straightened up and replaced his stick while the older gentleman tallied his score again. The same little old man from before shuffled forward to deposit not one, but two items into his hand this time - an Enigma Berry and a mysterious coin. "Good job there, sonny! You did a little better - 32 this time! Here you go."
"Thanks," the younger man said gratefully as he pocketed the items. Seeing Anjali's incorrigibly bored posture, he gestured to her and headed towards the exit. "How 'bout we go take care of some more Wingull, hm?"
"Yena!"

Choosing Option B
Jeo had always heard of Shuffleboard, but never actually knew how to play. She asked some of the older people playing and they offered to show her how.
After learning the basics the young woman stepped up to the line and let loose her first disk.
