Since all the remaining participants have completed (or failed) their task already, I'm gonna start the last day a bit earlier, to give you guys more time to complete the task. :>
[Previous Day]
Left path:
Deciding that you've been in this labyrinth long enough that you'd best heed any instructions you're given, you quickly start your quest to retrieve that missing skull. You search the entire clearing once, twice... and one more time... until you finally notice that one of the stone blocks on the floor is jutting out at a strange angle.
Getting on your hands and knees, you pry the block away, and notice that the dirt underneath is raised, and packed very loosely. Using your hands to dig, you finally uncover the missing skull, and you quickly pick it up to place in the spot where you were standing.
The skull starts chattering, and all the bones begin to shake. You feel a gust pick up as the bones are swept up into the air, and you watch as they begin to reconfigure itself into a complete human skeleton.
The skeleton bows, and offers you its hand (don't worry, it's still attached). Somewhat hesitant, but feeling that you can trust it, you take it, and it begins to pull you forward, leading you down a path where it branches off into 2 directions.
Unfortunately, Poe-tae-toee and AnimeDragonLover were unable to find the skull. With a shrug, you ignore the bone circle and start to move on, when you feel something latch onto your ankle.
Instinctively, you try to run, but another hand latches onto your other ankle, causing you to fall. You hear an eerie cackle, and watch helplessly as something starts materializing in front of you.
The last thing you ever saw was the gleam of the silver scythe it wielded as it brought it down over your head.

Middle path:
Nothing to say here! It's said that those who persevere will be greatly rewarded... or something along those lines.

Right path:
Backed against the wall, mere moments from being brutally beaten to death by this hideous beast, you feel your cheek grow warm, and from the corner of your eye, notice the flickering of the torch beside your head.
Without a second thought, you quickly grab it, and as the beast raises its arms to bring the club down over your head, you thrust the torch right into its chest.
The scream is deafening, and you drop the torch to quickly cover your ears as the beast ends up letting go of the club, having it fall down behind it with a heavy "thud", and it clutches its chest in pain.
Not wasting another moment, you sprint as fast as you can past it, and don't stop running until you can no longer hear it... or SMELL it.
Unfortunately, for anemosagkelos and Pandaphilic, your aim was JUST a bit off, and you managed to seer its armpit.
The creature bellows and quickly swings the club down, killing you instantly. At least the force was so great you died on impact, and didn't feel TOO much pain?

[Day 5]
For those who took the left path:
Having passed all those tasks and trials, you can ALMOST taste victory. You know that you're SO close. Only MOMENTS away from reaching the center.
You run and run, starting to feel renewed hope as you tell yourself this ludicrous quest is almost over. Fame, fortune, and that fabled magnificent beast...
Finally you see an exit, and as you feel your heart pounding with the anticipation, you slow down a bit, taking a deep breath to calm yourself. First impressions are anything.
Walking forward, you finally reach the middle of the labyrinth, and...
Wait... this can't be RIGHT!

[Final Task]
Before you is a large and grand room. Torches adorn the walls, making the place look even more eerie and mysterious. You hear a soft fluttering sound, and voice echos through the room... or, at least, it seems like it does, since the voice is actually in your head.
"I congratulate you on making this far. Many have sought me out, seeking to use my powers to fulfill their greedy desires, but their impulses led to their demise.
I know what each of you seek, and perhaps I may grant it... only if you prove yourself to be worthy. But in the end... only one of you will remain.
Do you have what it takes?"

Congratulations all of you for making it to the very end! However, there can only be ONE winner.
So to determine this, we've prepared one, last, final task. Or well... tasks

First task:
You are given 5 labyrinth images:
You must complete these by saving the images, opening them in either Paint, Photoshop or any kind of art program, and draw in the path leading to the center. Once you are done this, you must re-save them, upload them, and send them to me.

Second Task: It's something the middle path people all know and love. You have to complete... a questionnaire
For questions 2 and 3, you must link the name and cert of the wish For questions 1, 4 and 5, you only have to give the names. (But if you really want to link the certs also, feel free?)
1. What are the names of the birds for the 4-calling birds wish? 2. Find the pet with the longest, most ridiculous wish ever. Please link the name and cert. 3. Commonly, ALL gods are on god lines... except for this one. Please link the name and cert. 4. List the names of ALL the elder dragons. 5. List the names of ALL the faerie dragons.
The answers to these can be found in the pick-up thread, so no need to look elsewhere.

Task 3
Hidden in the guild are 5 crosses:
There is one in each subforum, not including staff forums. Which means, there is one cross in Customs and Breedings, Journals, General RP, Archives, and Holiday Fun
Very much similar to the gem, gear and skull task, when you find the crosses, you must send it to me, quoting the subforum, thread title and page number you found it in, removing everything from the post except the cross. Do NOT post the answer here.
The only difference is that you shouldn't post the answers here, since then EVERYONE can see them (You're all looking for the same thing), and the crosses won't be removed, as ALL of you need to try and find them.

This means that should you finish one of the tasks first, you must WAIT until you finish the other two before pming me the results for ALL 3.
Once you pm me your answers, I will pm you back with your score. The scoring will go like this:
Task 1: /5 Task 2: /5 Task 3: /5
You will get ONE extra point if you are the FIRST to pm me with your answers, but be careful! That one extra point may not be worth risking a lower score for your tasks.
(So technically, you could just pm me right after reading this without completing any of the tasks. You'd only get 1/15 though. Not sure if that's a score you'd be proud of LOL)
I won't tell you what you got wrong, but after all of you complete this task to the best of your abilities, I will post answers here for those who wish to know.
There will be ONE FINAL TASK, which is to FIGHT THE BEAST.
You can ONLY do this AFTER you have pmed me the answers to the 3 tasks. The moment I receive the first pm with the task answers, I'll post instructions for the final task here.
You have until Tues. July 31st, 10PM EST to finish the tasks and pm them to me (but the final task WILL be posted earlier, the moment I get a pm). If you're crunched on time, just make sure you send in your pm before the deadline, even if you haven't completed all the tasks.
If I don't receive a pm by then, you will be out of the running and ineligible to do the final task.

[Fighting the Beast]
If you're reading this, that means you've completed the first 3 tasks. Congratulations!
You last task is to fight the beast.
Make a new thread in the test forums, and title it [Fighting the Beast] - DNP (In case you get trolls).
Once you've made the thread, you can start "attacking".
To do this, you must roll a 10-sided die This counts as your "attack". After you attack, you roll a 4-sided die This is the amount of HP the beast heals (Yes, it has awesome regenerative powers)
The goal is to knock it down to 0.
The moment you knock it below half health (below 50HP), it's too weak to heal itself, and you can start rolling a 20-sided die to speed up the process.
Here is a sample of how it should look:
Fight the Beast!
Beast Health: 100
First post: You roll 7 for attack-> HP: 93 Second Post: You roll 4 for healing -> HP: 97
....
Beast heath: 55
You roll 6 for attack -> HP: 49
^ At this point, beast can't heal itself anymore, and you can start rolling 20-sided die. ONLY ONE AT A TIME THOUGH
Your goal is to try to beat it in the least amount of rounds. Your score for this will be determined by the number of rolls it takes to defeat it (I'll come up with a formula for it once everyone completes this)
Remember, YOU MAY ONLY DO THIS ONCE YOU COMPLETE ALL YOUR TASKS. So if you haven't sent me a pm, and I catch you making a thread already, I WILL MAKE YOU RE-DO IT. DO NOT DELETE YOUR POSTS/ROLLS. YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED
I don't really care about the format. As long as you have the remaining HP in the post after attacking/healing, and state whether you're attacking or it's healing, that should be fine.
At the end, state how many "attacks" it took to defeat it.
When you finally beat it, pm me again with the thread link. I will look over it to make sure you've done everything right. Once it's fine, just wait... (take a breather. xDD) until everyone else finishes fighting it.
You have until Wed, Aug. 1st, 5PM EST to complete it, but the sooner the better~
Once everyone is done, I'll post the results of all the tasks here, and announce winners and prizes.

After many grueling hours spent trying to complete these tasks, only 3 emerge victorious.
((I just used Naya's and Shiro's because they were easiest to see, but everyone got this right))
Task 2: 1. What are the names of the birds for the 4-calling birds wish? A: Winter, Poe, and Sweetie. If you just gave me Evangeline's cert, I accepted that too. 2. Find the pet with the longest, most ridiculous wish ever. Please link the name and cert. A: Evil Incarnate. None of you seemed to have trouble with this one! 3. Commonly, ALL gods are on god lines... except for this one. Please link the name and cert. A: I was looking for Anteros, but if you gave me Alethea, you would get 0.5 points (I forgot that she she is probably the only "growing" god/dess, and she is currently on god lines, but she has a normal stage too). If you gave me both, you got 1.5 points. 4. List the names of ALL the elder dragons. A: Spirin, Briella, Something, R’Lyeh, Aurix Darastix, Rime, Aolani “Puff Puff”, Jaxom, Damini, Ryegrass (I realized AFTER I got the pms that probably not everyone would know what "elder dragons" are, since this was an event WAY back, and not all the certs say "Elder dragon". Basically, it was dragons with mutations, such as extra spines, wings (different and unique from faes), etc, so as long as you gave me some of the names, you got 0.5 points. If you gave me all of them, you got the full point. 5. List the names of ALL the faerie dragons. A: Phineas, Jeffy, Gwee, Miriel, Faylinn, Tsuii, Blush, Prism, Ryoma, Oberon, Xion, Periwinkle, Cassiopeia, Lemonade, Gynn, Myr, Dinhofer, Fang, Illvenia, Murder, Ariadne, D.G., Leo. No one had any trouble with this one either! <33
