"Maybe this wasn't the best mission to take up," Zane whined as he arrived at the beach of Kirigakure. Nothing in particular was happening there, simply a group of shinobi talking amongst themselves and possibly training. The weight of is legs were making Zane take quite a bit of time trying to perform this mission. However it would only serve to strengthen him as he tried to continue his speed training. It seems nothing was happening at the beach at the current time, and there were kiri ninjas there as well to be on the eye for anything suspicious. Therefore, Zane continued moving forward and headed to another part of the village.

Higure entered the ocean waiting for Kyosata. Their spar was to start when Kyo got there. The Mizukage sighed. He knew that this fight was dangerous and that it was good to have it at the ocean instead of the dojo. Higure took off his robes revealing a normal shinobi flak jacket. It had several scroll slots for various scrolls and a few other slots for other items. On his back was a normal Katana, not to be used in their spar.

Preparing for him to start early or give him the go ahead. Flexing some letting his muscles mass to their true size. Eagerly awaiting his lord to begin the fun.

Higure Yuzuru "Be brave and the entire world of the shinobi will be open you all of you." | Nidaime Mizukage | Kirigakure | Higure of the Mist | 710/755 | Hyoton | Sealer | Suiton | Fuuton | Higure smiled as Kyo offered him the first swing. Jumping at the opportunity, Higure made a single, fast hand single hand sign and stuck his right hand out, forming a kunai out of solid ice. Higure threw it at Kyo before making another string of signs with his hand. Out of the water emerged a large frozen, yet liquid tiger, freezing the surrounding water. It began charging at Kyo. Higure was starting off easy, watching to see Kyo's mannerisms from this slight assault. Higure also pulled out two shuriken and a kunai to defend himself for Kyo's attack.
Nyx came into the area. Having gathered the information she needed on the shinobi that made their home in Kirigakure, she decided that she would see if their leader had anything interesting he had hidden away. She krept to the edge of the area, a few rows of trees between her and the shoreline that the two were engaged in combat. She slipped up into the treeline and relaxed her chakra, letting it fade from existence to those around her and simply watched the two. She was quite concealed where she was, and had a decent view, spare a few tree trunks. Putting her hood up to conceal her face further, her eyes locked onto the kage and she watched him rather intently.
Looking at the Kage who had just thrown a kunai at him... an ice kunai but a kunai never the less. Not sure exactly how to treat such an attack he returned his sword to left hand and brought his fist up to his face, where the kunai was speeding towards. Raising one eyebrow he moved his hand into a flicking position in front of the kunai. Exerting a mild amount of strength he made a force full flick knocking the kunai up into the air back towards Higure. Returning his arm back to his side he tucked his finger slightly against his belly feeling a bit of the freezing sting that came from such a cold projectile.
Still trying to make sense of why he would use such a beginner attack against someone like him was beyond him. But quickly understood when he caught a glimpse of the ice tiger that was striding very quickly towards him, and nearly was upon him. Taking his right hand he balled it up into a tight fist, rushing one step forward towards the tiger focusing most of his might and weight into his right arm twisting his hips as he forced his fist from his side in a downward hook motion striking the tigers nose. Driving the tiger into the ground making it slide several meters as it shattered along the beach, rolling into scattered debris of ice shards along the way. Shaking his wrist some noticing that he had some cuts and scrapes along his knuckles he brought his hand up to his mouth, licking across the wound and enjoying the cool breeze of the moisture on his cuts. Making it into a fist again he readied his sword.
"Forgetting what I'm made of so soon Higure? It's going to take a bit more than an ice kitty to make me flinch!" Gripping his sword with both hands he tucked it back behind him and then made an arcing slice with tremendous might towards Higure. Causing a wave of wind to emit from it flying towards him at an alarming speed.

When the timing seems right, they will release an incredibly powerful hook punch, capable of turning boulders into fine powder. Oufuu [ Cross Wind ] Simple :: Rank S The practitioner swings their weapon in an odd twisting pattern, and at such an alarming speed that it disturbs the air around it; sending out a wide burst of wind to peel enemies from their sturdy footing. The cut in air's continuity also reduces or utterly breaks attacks that depend on the air to be in solid form.

Higure Yuzuru "Be brave and the entire world of the shinobi will be open you all of you." | Nidaime Mizukage | Kirigakure | Higure of the Mist | 510/755 | Hyoton | Sealer | Suiton | Fuuton | The ice kunai passed Higure's head, the Mizukage not even flinching. Higure watched as Kyo punched his tiger, shattering it upon impact. Soon after, Kyo sent the wind propelling towards him with the force of his swing from his water sword. Higure stepped off to the side of the swing and swung his arms behind him, expelling wind based chakra and rushing him forward. In Higure's free hand was a tag with a symbol on it. As the Mizukage was about to pass Kyo, he stuck his arm out, hoping to stick the tag to him. Whether it hit or not, Higure would stop just past Kyo and run up to him, striking an empty palm towards his upper back, hand laced with his jutsu.

Kyo having seen this done to him before was a bit more prepared this time around. Considering this is how he severely beat the living hell from him last time with this sealing stuff he favors so much. Discovering a brilliant solution of how to stop such an attack. Making three quick hand sign generating eight clones surrounding Kyo in an instant from pure raiton chakra. The second hand sign made a very small generation of mist expelling from his location. Nothing obstructing vision but for an alternative surpass. Quickly moving towards the ocean through the mist he had just generated and still was generating as he moved across the water so fast that Higure was still approaching his clones.
placing his feet firmly on the surface of the water making sure the chakra was expelling to keep him standing afloat. Mist still expelling from his hand sign now having a stream of mist from around his clones all the way across the water to where he was now. Standing about ten yards away from his clones. Prepared to execute the reason behind his mist.

One can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly disperses into smoky, hot air. It is also able to attack using taijutsu, however it's ability to attack is around 1/10 in perspective to the user, in return for this weakness it's attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body. Dendou Enmu no Jutsu [ Electric Fog Technique ] - 40 chakra Rank: B Official Description: A two-part technique that can cover a large amount of area or hit one person specifically. After performing a few hand seals, the Shinobi blankets the area in a natural, cloudy fog ending his or her first post. The fog in itself is not very thick; one could see through it and very much fight as if they were not in fog at all. Once this fog has been summoned, the user is able to send an electrical current through the droplets of condensed water that composes this fog, essentially creating a series of small, but powerful, electrical shocks. These shocks can cause physical debilitation and at the worst unconsciousness. This technique can be used with pre-existing fog. Suiton: Shunshin no Jutsu (Suiton: Instantaneous Body Skill) - 20 chakra Rank: C Description: An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another in a spray of fine mist. The user has to have been to the area before and the distance is limited to about one mile. This jutsu can only be used to escape combat, and may not be used if the shinobi is attacking or has been attacked. Suimen Hokou no Waza [Act of Water Surface Walking] - 5 chakra Rank: E Description: A variation on the Kinobori no Waza (Act of Tree Climbing), the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

Higure Yuzuru "Be brave and the entire world of the shinobi will be open you all of you." | Nidaime Mizukage | Kirigakure | Higure of the Mist | 640/755 | Hyoton | Sealer | Suiton | Fuuton | Higure's attacks were thwarted by his Jounin as Kyo made Lightning Clones and escaped with another jutsu. The Mizukage knew what Kyo was planning and also knew he had to get out. He took off at a full sprint to get out of this mist. Once he was out of it, Higure turned to Kyo, keeping his clones in sight. The Mizukage made a few hand signs before the water behind Kyo rose up and began spinning fast, in a drill motion. He then rolled up his sleeves revealing writing on his wrists. Using this seal, Higure summoned forth a blue sword seemingly made from ice. Anything within thirty feet instantly felt colder as Higure's hand came into contact with the hilt.
Kyo noticed that Higure quickly escaped his mist before he could make any sort of shock towards him. His knowledge base of many jutsu was a bit hard to pull one over on him. The many lightning clones charged towards him cracking knuckles and making rush attacks. hearing a surge from the water behind him he turned to find a rather large drill coming at him, built from the water he was standing on. Gripping the hilt of his water sword a bit tighter and started to flow chakra into the weapon, forming a skin over the blade. Raising the blade over his head he slashed down swiftly through the drill expelling the water back into the body of which it came.
It wasn't Kyo's style to fight long range like this, but it was more situational and he knew better then to move in close and get one of those tags on him. Moving his free hand outwards towards Higure he shot a beam of electrified water aimed behind him and once more shooting a beam over him. Waiting a moment for the beams to get closer he swiftly moved his hand across his body bending the beams inward. Higure now had a beam curving in at him on the beach from behind, above and eight clones attacking to his front.

Reizaa Saakasu [ Laser Circus ] Manipulating their ability to mold Raiton and Suiton, the user will perform the needed handsign and release threads of "liquid lightning" from their freehand. Because of their composition and formation, these beams deal both impact and electric damage. He watched as a few of the said clones dispersed in a breeze of wind from the onslaught of the lightning clones, while a few remained to protect him. Turning back towards Kyo, Higure was hit by two blue beams of electrified water. Higure felt the impact of them hit his chest then an electrifying sensation course through his body as he was electrified. Dropping to his knees, the Mizukage glared at Kyo, wincing from the left over electrical charge. He then made a string of four signs. Holding the last one, Higure used his chakra to pull the wind and mold it into a full body armor, five feet in radius, picking up dust and other debris. Without warning, Higure thrust out his palm towards Kyo, unleashing a torrent of Ice birds with kunai sharp beaks, flying towards Kyo.
Techniques Used: Kaze Bunshin (Wind Clone) x8 -40 Kaze no Yoroi (Armor of Wind) -5 Hyouton: Tsubame Fubuki [ Ice Release: Snow Storm Swallows ] -5 Rank C The user will hold out their palm, casting a flock of ice chunks in the shape of birds. With beaks as strong as kunai, these sculptures prove that size matters little in a fight. Additionally, by using wind techniques, the creator can cause the path of the birds to change. Unfortunately, because of their fragile size, most any equally strong Katon technique can melt them.

Kyo started to see a pattern here. Higure would attack him with a jutsu and he would be forced to counter with a jutsu of his own. Which is all well and good but he knew full well that the Kage had a much higher chakra control than he did. This would be a very quick pissing contest if things kept up the way they were going. Despite his better judgement, he would have to get in close regardless of his seals. Placing his hand on the surface water he caused many shurikan to launch from the water to counter his flock of ice birds. Landing at least a hit he felt somewhat pleased but it would take a tun more than that to take him to submission.
All of Kyo's lightning clones stopped dead on the ground taking a stance and then charging forward towards the small army of clones all taking a tackle move towards them to attempt to throw them off and cause them to dissipate.
The real Kyo was now moving quickly over the water surface as fast as he could to try to close the gap between him and Higure fast.

Suiton: Fuuma Mizu Shuriken (Water Release: Evil Windmill Water Shuriken) Rank: C - 20 chakra Description: Instead of creating multiple smaller shurikens made of water, the user creates one or more large Fuuma Shurikens made of water and launches it towards the enemy. The shuriken causes massive damage when hitting an enemy. It is also much more solid than the normal water shurikens and can easily parry other kunais and shurikens that come in its path. This technique can be performed in one of two ways: the first is to create a single shuriken that the user may throw (this requires no body of water to draw from,) the second requires a large body of water, but allows the Mist shinobi to create multiple shuriken that he can launch directly from the water sources towards the enemy. This can be especially deadly if the fight itself is taking place atop said body of water, since the shurikens are hidden until they actually emerge from the water. Higure Yuzuru "Be brave and the entire world of the shinobi will be open you all of you." | Nidaime Mizukage | Kirigakure | Higure of the Mist | 610/755 | Hyoton | Sealer | Suiton | Fuuton | Kyo seemed to want to charge, get in close now. The Mizukage looked over to see his four remaining clones vs the eight lightning clones. There was a choice to be made with them, fight all eight clones, plus the real Kyo, or get rid of them. Higure made a single seal, causing his four clones to explode outwards with wind. Each clone had exploded with the force of three chakra tags, should be more than enough to take care of a few clones each. As for Kyo, the closer he got to Higure, he should notice it getting progressively colder as he got closer. The Mizukage made a seal on each hand, right hand held high above him, left hand held at his chest. A thick, chakra infused fog rolled in, clouding all eyesight. Once this was done, Higure strung together a few hand signs and spit out a clear, yet stick liquid on the ground in front of him in a wide spread area. He then retreated a few yards away, hoping to catch Kyo in his capture field.
Seeing his clones destroyed in the wind explosion. Kyo halted his charge immediately after seeing the mist surround the area. "s**t... I love hidden mist. How dare you use it against me." Regardless he was totally blind as to where Higure was located. Taking his glasses off and tucking them into his back pocket. Gripping his sword again he quickly began swiftly swinging it in random directions emitting pulses of wind in several directions then using all his might to jump into the air, give or take about sixty feet in the air. Watching as his wind slices cut through the mist below. Catching a glimpse of Higure's foot, estimating where he was moving to in the mist he created a lightning clone mid air and took hold of of him positioning his feet. One on his chest and the other on his face. Then proceeded to launch himself towards where he saw Higure was moving to. The clone dying instantly from the push of his legs. Moving towards the location. Cutting through the mist like a bullet.
Kyo dropped his water sword letting it revert into water spreading into the wind as he gripped his other arm charging a surge of electricity through it into his hand creating an extremely loud display of a thousand birds chirping. Ready to adjust the jutsu should he be slightly off his target.

Kazetetsu [ Iron Wind ] x 5 Simple :: Rank A It may seem trivial, but the accurate flinging of a massive weapon is actually a difficult method to master. Though, with enough training such a feat can be achieved, and the practitioner will be able to toss their weapon with incredible precision and force.
Chidori (Thousand Birds) ~prepared, but not used - 80 chakra Rank: A Description: Chidori is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. Two-Handed Finesse: Accustomization Description: The practitioner experiments with the distance needed to properly grip and swing their weapon. Although it seems idiotically fundamental, this is an extremely important step towards becoming a seasoned great-swordsman. Finding proper handling allows the practitioner to swing their weapon with more accuracy and power, while creating as little opening as possible in their own defenses. Two-Handed Finesse: Adjustability Description: The practitioner should now have an understanding of some of the basic footwork of Fuu no Odachi, and is beginning to comprehend the necessity of strong steps in addition to strong attacks. However, these steps must be used in more ways than simple offenses. One cannot survive if all they can do is hope to keep their opponent at bay. This training is meant as a means for the practitioner to develop their own method of side-stepping and other such evasive maneuvers, while still swinging around their weapons. Two-Handed Finesse: Dominance Description: The practitioner has, at this point, become so involved with his/her training that they have not even realized how big a difference has developed since the first time they picked up their weapon. With a little bit of adaption, they will now be able to wield their weapon with one hand, and be capable of performing almost every technique within this style thusly. ( Unless the technique specifies the need for both hands. ) Two-Handed Finesse: Expertise Description: The practitioner will continue their efforts in one-handing weapons that are traditionally usable only with both hands. By again performing the techniques of Fuu no Odachi while using one hand, he/she should now realize that the power driven out as such is comparable to that of their previous two-handed state. From this point onward, the act of using both hands with their weapon is no longer a necessity, but a way to greatly increase the strength of their abilities. ( Unless the technique specifies the need for both hands. ) Black Lightning Description: Raiton techniques are black in color; slightly increasing their power, while reducing visibility.
