Ogata crossed his arms and looked evily at the youngest Mist sister, just like everyone else. They were waiting for her to enter the arena already and face Ogata. This was going to be quite a match, or just the opposite. Since both of these competitors were the youngest one's there.

Ayame hesitated, but returned Ogata's stare with every bit of determination he showed. She stepped into the arena and adopted a "ready" pose, waiting for him to attack first.
((Would there be water nearby?))

(((Sorry no, you have to create it. Search Jutsus on googles and you get a whole list of techniques. Check out this post, could you control the Mist Sisters like I've controlled everyone else? By the way, they're all ladylike.)))
Ogata looked bored now, he wasn't expecting this to turn out into a full scale battle. He lifted his arms and his palms faced Ayame, then he activated his Hidden Snake Hands jutsu. A snake appeared from each sleeve and stretched across the arena and right at Ayame's neck.

Neji and the othe's saw the snake appear from the sleeve's and flail at Ayame. He had not seen that before, and apparently some other'shaven't seen it either. Rin and Haru leaned over the railing to examine things carefully, while Mosuke and Koji had stopped reading 'Come Come Paradise' and their eyes were on the match. Even Inokichi had began to stir and was watching silently.

((Alright, thanks. Umm... I guess, strike the 'ready' pose from my previous post. sweatdrop Are there any open windows and such?))
Ayame saw the snake coming and crouched low to avoid its head. She began to pull water molecules from the air... combining Hydrogen with Oxygen subconsciously in every spare moment she had. ((Sorry if it's a bit too much like alchemy, but that's what has to happen for her to use any Jutsus.)) Droplets of water began to fall to the arena floor, and she prepared to use them to her advantage during the match.

Ayame's sisters and sensei stood at rapt attention, silently cheering her on. They knew she had great skills, though whether those skills were great enough was still to be told.

Now it looked like Ogata had fallen asleep. His eye's were nearly closed, but this was because he was bored. Ogata finally opened his eye's and got ready to attack again, so the snakes he launched from his sleeve's wer doubling back and heading for the back of Ayame's head.

Hayate and the other sound nin's didn't say a word. They were unoticed because they were concealed in the shadows, and from there they watched. Hayate now had an evil grin on, waiting for Ogata to use the bat demon sealed inside him. That was the one reason he had made Ogata and the cell take part in this exam, so Ogata could learn to control his powers. He really didn't care about the other two.

Ayame took a deep breath and moved her hands furiously. The raindrops continued to fall. All of a sudden, the raindrops joined together to surround the snakes, enveloping them in a watery prison. This done, she began to charge at Ogata with a kunai, trying to halt some of his movements with the remaining water.

Ayame's team cheered as she stopped the snakes' progress, but fell silent as she charged at Ogata. Ayame would need all the help she can get.

This was definetly weird, this girl could control the water molecules around her and contort them to her own will. Ogata squinted hatefully as the water began to envelop him. He struggled under the pressure around his legs and thought of something. He looked Ayame right in the eyes and activated 'Temporary Body Freeze' technique, causing her to stop in her own tracks and vision her own death. He smirked as the water around him stopped piling, then whipped a shuriken right at her immobilized body.

((Sorry... my mom stole the computer for a few minutes. >_<))
Ayame shook her head, noticing too late the shuriken headed toward her. She only had time to partially dodge it, the shuriken striking her side. She clutched the wound, putting pressure on it with one hand as her other hand moved through some jutsus. The snakes had drowned by now, so she gathered all the water she had conjured. "Water wave," she said, crossing her arms and thrusting them outward. The movement was accompanied with a tidal wave of water crashing down on Ogata.

The wave thrashed the place severly, destroying several things in the process. The balconies rocked for a bit but stopped once the water had settled. Meanwhile, Ogata's eyes glowed for a second right before the water engulfed him. When the water had cleared away from him after several minute's, everyone was shocked to see that he was protected by two huge bat wings that had covered him from the water. When he had raised his head, everyone noticed that his face had turned into a twisted bat face. He flew up and charged at her with his teeth bared.

Neji slid on the balcony as the water gently rocked it, then finally when it had stopped everyone gave a sigh of releif. "What power for such a young age." Commented Koji. Meanwhile, Sakura was shouting furiously at Mosuke who was gaping at Ayame in a perverted way. This all stopped when they noticed the bat creature attacking Ayame.

Ayame looked up, wide-eyed, at Ogata. She quickly drew on some chakra reserves and set up a water guard, not knowing what to expect or how to combat it. She had never seen anything like this bat-child.

Ayame's sisters gasped as they saw Ogata survive her tidal wave unharmed. Asuka-sensei only looked grim. She knew that this boy must have a spirit sealed inside him, but she had no idea how well he could contain it or how much more powerful it made him.
