"Maybe I'll just hold out and buy something a SUPER fancy one after I graduate as a present from me to me!" That was if she ever got around to graduating. She'd been attending so few classes that it might not ever really happen. But it certainly wouldn't stop her from trying, that's for sure!
In any regard, she wanted to finish this sketch real quick. A lovely Victorian suit had come together for Mort, midnight blue and dashing and accompanied with a black cloak. The witch had even thrown a small mask that would sit just above his glasses, all silver and knight-ish.
With a great smile she held out the drawing for Mort to see.
"Tell me what you think!"As for herself, well... Flashing would be bad. For the others, certainly. Idly the witch wondered if she could shut down Mort's computer brain with a well placed flash, but her cheeks flushed and she batted the thought away. That would come later, much later if needed. Just not now...
Entire social life in her hands? Goodness!
"I'll have you know that I used to be very popular. I knew almost everyone my first year. And then... Well, you know what happened. I've been trying to climb the social ladder ever since. It hasn't gone well..." But, speaking of popularity... Belladonna pursed her lips and with her left hand, tugged at Mort's shirt sleeve.
"Um... Aren't you popular? You have a lot of friends... You're always going on field trips and meeting everyone..."It was silly, a totally ridiculous thought... But she liked that. If Belladonna couldn't be there for Mort, for whatever stupid reason, at least his friends could. Maybe she didn't have many, if any at all, but she had Mort. And maybe he could share? Well, that didn't really matter. Errrrrr.
Stupidly her face flushed and she averted her eyes, embarrassed by her own silly wishes.
Ol-j-man
AAAHHHHH. GONNA FINISH THISSSS.
