Err, I want to make a banner, but I wanna make sure my Chinese is right. ><;; Eh, my Chinese language skills are fading away. >> I had to use an online translator for the first four characters. @_@

Try “在海外的华人,一起来加入吧!” 3nodding Or to make it more fluent, “欢迎海外华人的加入!” I hope my second version didn't change your initial meaning of the sentence. sweatdrop P.S.: I could think of a couple of other catch phrases, but I dunno if they are suitable for your banner. Feel free to pm me about it if you want a bit of my input. blaugh

 Ooh, thanks. =D
It was just suppose to be a translation of "International Chinese Unite." ninja The second sentence isn't too off. At least I don't think. sweatdrop

No, I think 国际社会的中国人,一来! is way better, no offence...but instead of 国, you could use kwok *too lazy to find the chinese character*

xXHotBabiBluXx No, I think 国际社会的中国人,一来! is way better, no offence...but instead of 国, you could use kwok *too lazy to find the chinese character* To tell you the truth, that sentence isn't entirely correct grammatically. And to me it sounds like "English styled Chinese" for some odd reason. sweatdrop @ze noodle.: There are more than one translations for the guild name due to different wordings. But in my opinion, “国际华人同盟” or “国际华人联盟” are probably the closest to their English counterpart in terms of wordings and meaning. 3nodding On the other hand, in your original message if you replace the "一来!” part with “期待你的加入!”, they would express the same meaning, but with more warmth put into the latter phrase. wink
