Kalika just shook her head. "I'll be fine," she said calmly. "It's just an old wound that didn't heal right. Anyway, bandits won't hold those men forever." She gave him a weary smile, a smile that said everything about her own life. She was tired of killing though she missed the adventure. She was sick of running from her true nature behind the guise of a simple farm girl. There was no way Kalika was going to let a chance at adventure pass her by, not this time.

Marth checked his weapons belt before saying "Alright...Let's see what you really are.." He then inclined his head towards the door with a wicked grin on his face. This is going to be fun... The thought of a fight got his blood following, and he knew that this was going to be interesting.

Kalika nodded slowly and headed towards her door. She stumbled as her righ leg buckled under her as she tried to take her first step towards it though.

Marth reacted quickly and caught her before she hit the floor. "You need to rest..At lest for a little while. We can't have you falling in the middle of the fight now can we?" Marth told her as he helped her back to her feet.

Kalika frowned. "It's just an old injury," she grumbled, pushing him away. "I will be fine." She didn't like to seem weak, especially infront of him for some reason.

Marth stood there and said "If it is fine then why are you favoring your other leg? Are you trying to end the Ghost Assassin?"

Kalika sighed. "I've fought with my bad leg for years," she muttered. "I hurt it here when I was just a child. I grew up in this house with my dad." She wasn't looking at him now, she just couldn't. "I...don't know what happened to my dad, I thought he'd be here when I returned after so long."

Kalika glared at him then smiled. "What do you think," she said. She then stepped forward and kissed him on the cheek. "I can look after myself, even if I fall to the ground. I can still crawl and fight if I must."

Marth couldn't help the laughter that started to flow out of his mouth and said "Very well..Lets make there night a lot more interesting."

Kalika smiled when he laughed. She had been trying to get him to do so. She didn't understand why but she liked his laugh. "Yes," she said, "Let's give those idiots a night to remember. Let them see the true horror of the Ghost Assassin."

"Ah, the grace is actually in getting to know me," Kalika said softly. "You're the first that might have that chance." She was blushing a bit as she spoke though she didn't really know why.

"So the rumors about how the Ghost Assassin moved with grace will fighting is untrue?" Marth asked while turning towards the door, while seeing that the sun had already set leaving them to their work. He added "What more mysteries do you hold?"
