Naw, it sounds interesting. Jim's a fusion of two characters I've used before, both of which were disaster prone, so it suits him anyway. What page is the cataclysm on? I'd like to read up on it a bit.

I'd like to read up on it a bit. Here's where the scene left you behind, I think your last post was a page or so back from that. And here's where the disaster starts. Looking forward to seeing you get out of this one.

Isa-sama Aww I miss you too! *hug* Sorry I disappeared and dragged Mel down with me. Things got real bad for a while but I'm back on the wagon and stuff's doin' better now. Though I have made at least one student cry every week this year. . . they deserved it. So how've you been?

I've been unable to contact Bayer for long enough and he hasn't logged in since October (according to his profile) so I'm assuming him gone and kicking him out of the RP. Jikial, would you rather continue the current scene with Vay or someone else playing Bayer's character or would you like to get out of that situation? If you're ok with continuing it's your turn for a response. I will find someone to play Quintus.

You're more than welcome to move it along, if you remember my suggestions you can use those. Otherwise I've got nothing to add, the "contract" is farcical, and Sam, while a bit off-put, would likely be able to go with anything, so have at it. I'll admit a bit of envy for those who've gone on ahead.

Ivaylo_Sai Isa~ We're waiting on you. Sorry! So so sorry! I meant to tell you all that I was going to be busy last week...had to go visit a university to check out their graduate program and that took up quite a bit of time. I posted now... sweatdrop

Another testament as to why I shouldn't write these in the wee hours of the night. xD I probably should've thought of that.

Funny thing is, I DID think of it. But then I thought, "Gee, we've been standing around the fire for a long time. All the logs are likely fully burning now so I can't just reach and grab a makeshift torch . Umbraja and/or Vai probably wouldn't like me doing that."
I'm so glad they're being nice to us. sweatdrop

I think I might have my hands full with my pickaxe, so do you want to take the torch?

Y'all just couldn't listen, could ya. . .
Is ok, I won five bucks off Mel for that. She didn't think y'all would have the gaul to wander off like that though I think she used a different word for it.
Also, bits of wood have to be on a fire for a good long time before you can reasonably take them off the fire and they stay lit. Even then it's a crap shoot and most will go out in just a few minutes. As Mel and I learned last night from another series of bets. Lucky for you I think she's decided to ignore this bit of physics and blame it on Magic~
Oh, and, flaming marshmallows by the way can catch a tree on fire. They're like little globs of tasty napalm.
It was an interesting weekend.

Giving a torch to a recovering pyromaniac? This is going to be fun.
Also...you just HAD to use Alana's brother's voice. xp Any other voice, and it wouldn't have budged her (even though that's the whole point of using his voice).
Thank you and Mel for allowing us to bend physics and keep the torch!
