You should definitely find some time to sit down and read through everything! It's an important part of the contest. Hopefully, things will remain steady but not overwhelming from now on.
A very brief overview would be:
Natalie Craig (me) and Jasmine Langdon are on their way to the hospital, where the nurse Evelyn Alice and Dr. Jacob Howard (Alice in Tears) sent up a flare. (What we don't know is that they're doing evil experiments and are looking for fresh test subjects.) Mara (Irako), Bruno (Psychoholic), and Adelaide (German Lullaby) bumped into each other and are trying to figure out what's going on/get over trust issues.
Tora (Ryeder) also crash landed, and she met up with Verra (Masten) the alien. While arguing and cursing alot, they followed some directions painted all over the city by Bartholomew (Glass Passenger) who is holed up in a safe house. He recently turned off the black lights which revealed the messages, but not before the business woman Sydelle (nefret) got there. She is currently talking with Tora and Verra. Tala (Kez) was on her way there.
Darren (Wuppa) is lost and confused and with Misaki (Misaki) the ninja. When we last left them, they were also following the directions on the walls. Kary and the NPCs Tina and Desirae are taking out zombies left and right and approaching Saiyaku (Psychoholic), a girl who is mentally unstable and thinks her dead parents are still alive. Xavier (wiccan) and Coraline (Punky) are loners who have just met up.
Some people are heading toward the hospital where evil experiments are being done.
Others are heading toward a safehouse following directions put up by Bartholomew, who turned off the lights that revealed the messages because he feared too many were coming.
...And other people are hanging around in the street.
It's crazy, yo'.

Irako of the Desert I will definitely see if they're in the library database and put them on reserve! I love steampunk costumes the most. My mom is currently on a steampunk raygun creation binge. This involves buying many random Nerf guns, oddly-shaped vases, awful replicas of the guns in that Animated Clone Wars TV series (The CG one, which, I might add, is not, and will never be, canon), light-up party favors, and model paint, then mixing it all together liberal amounts until you get something totally awesome.
Also, I want this.
Promise me you'll give each of those books several chapters before passing judgement? Like I said, I started off pretty wary, but I adore them now. (On a somewhat related note, World War Z took me three tries over a year before I finally got past the first section. I've now read that book five times.)

Darren will you like the child stalker, like that one movie with that 12 year old in love with his babysitter and his babysitter is actually in love with the 12 year old's dad. Wait...did I just relate that to Darren? I need to seriously recheck my sources. I watched it with my parents ._. AWKWARD.
I also watched 40 Year Old Virgin in a group setting. Full of awkward silences.Whoa, tough break. Have you seen #1 Dad? I think it's something similar to the title like...meh. /totally forgot

I think you guys are talking about "World's Best Dad" with Robin Williams.
And I shall read through it all at one point, it's just so much in two days O_o

Just introduced my character, Noah, to the story! He's over at the tree house in the woods, hoping for a place to stay.
I wrote it was nighttime, going off RaWr_im kikat's post. FYI.

Zimmzy Just introduced my character, Noah, to the story! He's over at the tree house in the woods, hoping for a place to stay. I wrote it was nighttime, going off RaWr_im kikat's post. FYI. I'm really busy until next week but I'll be posting at night. I just read that! And that is so funny, because right now my character has just made contact with a survivor, and we just saw RaWr_im kikat in her treehouse through my binoculars, and contacted her. So you and me both contact her at the same time. I have a feeling all 4 of our characters will be teaming up soon ^.^ Btw, NPC's is the setting still night time..?

Irako of the Desert Tender Sweets it says we can use recycled characters but does that include characters from series based role plays? for instance if i wanted to re use my claymore character would she still have her background or would i have to edit the character to make more sense in a real world setting? pokemon oc ftw! If a person survives an attack from Harbinger, it'll kill him/her outright. But how do you propose surviving the bite? Its degeneration factor is sky-high.

The person either dies of blood loss or becomes a zombie anyway. Do you plan on cauterising the wound with the hot barrel of the shotgun?
