Xander shudders when he hears about her family. Xander had been through a similar pain when his family was sacrificed to keep him and his sister alive. "I am sorry to hear that do you know why or was it just a human raid?"

❀ Shhh, listen to mama when she's speaking! ❀❣ Ren shudders at the thought, but the whole thing appears in her mind. She tells Xander what happened, "The Humans killed them... All of them.... I hid... Watching them kill every single one of them... When they were done killing them they search for me... They found me... They put me in a metal box.... They taught me how to do things... Eventually I understood them... One day I overheard them saying what they were gonna do to me the next day... I decided that night was when I was going to escape, so I did... And I wandered around on my on for years, trying to find something..." Once she finishes, she realizes she told the whole story even though she didn't mean to. ❣☪ Okay! "Him?" Xander looked down he is trying his hardest to be there for Ren but he cant help but think maybe she isnt over a past lover. How he acts coveys his hidden feelings.

Xander looks at Ren not knowing if this is the correct time to ask but,"This may not be the best time but. I love you and I-I want to be your mate. I dont want you to leave again I dont want you to be sad. You and Flame were my best friends and I dont want to lose you too."

Xander looks at Ikuto and then lets out a low growl. Knowing that she was only pretending to be asleep Xander just lets it go. Though it hurts knowing the one he loves cant face him and tell him how she feels. Xander decides to lie his head down and attempt to sleep.
