Blinking out of her little daze she nodded and followed his example, more...she knew what to do but hey, just got a little sidetracked. She placed everything in a neat pile next to some bright flowers looking back to liffy and giggling humorously at the poor beast. "Hes just energetic." She said, defending him.

He chuckled. "That's one way of putting it." He unhooked a blanket that had been rolled up on the back of his saddle. Holding onto two of the corners, with one gesture he unrolled and unfolded it then let it drift gently to the ground. He winked at her and began to dig through the saddlebags. He pulled a hard container wrapped in cloth from each side and set them on the blanket. He went back once more and produced two bottles of water and two bottles of some vaguely carbonated looking substance. He kicked off his boots and settled himself on the blanket. "Picnic anyone?" He asked her with a twinkle in his eye.

She blushed suprisedly with a small gasp, covering her mouth politely. "Oh my goodness!" She adjusted herself and lounged along the blanket comfortably, the slight breeze in the air playing at some rogue wavy strands. She was pleased with this little event and it showed on her face. She took a moment to stretch a wing out, if one was looking they could see ridges and bumps where her scars are, then resettling her wings on her lower back where she usually kept them.

He watched her for a moment and then turned to their food. He unwrapped both boxes and placed one in front of her. He the opened one of the water bottles and offered it to her as well. Finally he popped open the other bottle and set it before her. "Enjoy. I made the bentos myself."

She accepted her box and the offered refreshment sipping it thankfully. "Well you are quite talented arent you?" Taking the chopsticks she began to eat gratefully. Pausing to let the amazing flavor take over her senses , "Oh wow!" She made a small pleasured sound. "This is really good london."

He blushed a little at the compliment. "I could teach you how to make some of this stuff if you're interested." He pulled out an onigiri and bit into it.

"Maybe some time...."She said closing her eyes. Relaxing after she finished her food she layed down completely onto her back, her eyes still closed. Breathing slowly, her tail tip curling every once in a while.

He lay down next to her and stared up at the sky. He started to pick out shapes in the clouds as his mind wandered. His had edged over until his fingers brushed hers.

Letting a soft smile curve her lips she flipped her hand cautiously, brushing her fingers on his before weaving them into londons. "What are you thinking about?" She asked innocently.

He gave her hand a light squeeze. "Just wondering what it would be like to walk amongst the clouds. See that one? It looks like a fairytale castle."

"Oh yes! it does! and that one?" She points with her other hand with a slight wiggle," That one looks like a pegasus, see the mane and tail?" Thinking about his statement and looking over at his wings she blinked. "Havent you ever tried flying?"

He looked at her. "No. Never really thought about it I guess. Besides, what would i do? Jump off a tower and hope?" He shook his head and laughed. "Even if I survived I think Berry would kill me."

"Why?" She sat up on an elbow to stare at him, fired up on this topic though still holding his hand tenderly. "I think it would be amazing! Ive had dreams of flying before and it was the most freeing thing in the world! Not that ive ever tried it myself..." She looks behind her with a slight wingflap. Thinking to herself a mischievous smile graced her lips. "Berry does'nt have to know does she?"

He laughed. "I don't think we could stop her from finding out if anything bad happened. I guess it wouldn't be a problem if there was a way to survive the landing. . . just in case." He started to get a gleam in his eye.

"Im sure there would be nothing to worry about!" She insisted, getting up and tugging on him before pausing to let go and blush profusely. Her eyes met his and had a glimmer of mischief and adventure reflecting in them. "Please?....it could be....fun."
