"Hmm," Mew said thinking about the only one bedroom thing, "well it would be rude to make you sleep on the couch." Mew said not wanting to make Connor have to be uncomfortable since he was the one with injuries after all. "I'll sleep on the couch if you want; I mean it is your safe house so I'm pretty much just a guest here. So you should have the bed."

"You’re stubborn aren't you?" Mew said deciding not to argue with Connor about it. Mew then stood up and grabbed his hat that he just took off and placed it on her head, "hehe my hat now," Mew said sticking her tongue out at Connor, "and are you sure you're ok with sleeping on the couch?"

Mew smiled at Connor when he said he'd get his hat back, "good luck with that," she said still standing next to Connor's chair wearing his hat, "and alright it's just I feel kind of rude that I'm making you sleep on the couch and stuff."

"Yeah I guess so but what if i sleep with the hat in my shirt or something?" Mew laughed a little, "I'm kidding you can have it back if you ask nicely for it," Mew then yawned. She started thinking she should go to bed soon, they had been driving a lot today and it was kind of tiring. But the issue of where they would sleep had not been resolved yet so Mew decided to say, "na I only accepted that because there was only one place to sleep so yeah, I guess I'll take the bed for tonight."

"Good night," Mew said before she went upstairs to go to bed. She took off Connor's hat and placed it on an end table next to the bed then flopped down on the bed. She sat there staring at the ceiling for a while, Mew was really tired but sleep wouldn't come. Mew sighed; it was lonely up there in that room all by herself. Mew had grown used to being in groups even though she mostly kept to herself in those groups it was weird being away from a group. She liked being with Connor but she felt far away from anyone sitting in that room. The other night the sound of Connor just breathing in his sleep was relaxing but in that room the silence was almost ominous. Mew sat up she decided being up there all alone she wasn't going to fall asleep. But she couldn't just go down stairs and tell Connor that. So Mew grabbed Connor's hat and walked down stairs and figuring that she could use giving the hat back as an excuse Mew said to Connor, "hey uh I thought I should return this," she then placed the hat where Connor's cape and stuff were, "and uh I kind of reconsidered your offer to share the bed."

Mew blushed slightly; she didn't want to have to explain that she didn't want to be alone. So she stood there awkwardly for a few seconds not saying anything while she tried to think of something she could say, but when she couldn't think of anything Mew just went with, "you heard me, I've reconsidered. So what do you think, would that be ok?"

"Alright I guess I'll tell you later and uh thank you..." Mew said before going back up stairs. She paused at the top of the stairs and turned to make sure Connor was following. Though she could easily just hear him following and stuff seeing that he was in a way was slightly reassuring that it was a good choice to ask him to share the bed with her. Mew walked into the bed room and flopped down on the bed again. It was kind of embarrassing to ask Connor to sleep in the same bed after telling him she didn't want him too so Mew was still blushing as she waited for Connor to join her.
