Favorite present given or received: recieved- I can't think of any one in particular, as I tend to treasure most gifts I am given.
given- well it wasn't at christmas, but I'd have to say it was after hurricane Katrina, my (at the time) highschool sponsored a school sending money for the rebuilding and uniforms for the students. But the seniors and juniors had the option of getting a pen-pal and sending them a care package. I took two paychecks -which granted wasn't a lot- and sent a rather extensive care package.

Received: A day spent handling, mostly owls, but a few other birds of prey too, including a Bald Eagle and an adorable Burrowing Owl.
Given: This would be the toy I gave to my nephew last year. He squealed when Mum and I brought it into the room, wrapped up, because he was excited at how big the present was and wanted to play with it before it was even set up; it was a playset for toy cars.
