Claire perked up when she heard Sephiroth and immediately stopped her skipping, darting into the tent. "Hai Sephy~" she said brightly. However, then her smile faded slightly and she glanced down. "I was just um... I was wondering if anything has come up about Genesis or Angeal..."

Nine hugged him back before pulling away, giggling softly. "You know, I wonder what Claire will think when she finds out about us being together."

Claire perked up when she saw the book. "LOVELESS!" She quickly snatched the book, not to be mean or rude, but mostly just surprised and rather excited. "I-i can't believe I finally got it! Bu-but..." Her voice died down again as she ran her fingers lightly over the book. "Genesis..." Quietly, she started to flip through some of the pages. 'Infinite in mystery is the gift of the Goddess. We seek it thus, and take to the sky. Ripples form on the water's surface. The wandering soul knows no rest.' She remembered this line from when Genesis would read it to her.

Nina smiled and tugged at Vince's hand. "Well come on. We may be leaving eventually anyways to go back to Shin-Ra. We better tell Claire before we leave in case she tries tackling us with hugs and accidentally knocks us all out of the helicopter~

Claire looked up at Sephiroth for a moment, closing the book. "He's outside of camp with Nina. They should be back soon," she replied. "Where's Zack?"

Nina smiled and started to walk back to camp, keeping a hold of his hand.

Claire frowned a bit and sighed. "Well... I'll find him later then..." She nodded her thanks to Sephiroth before heading back to Vince's, Nina's, and her tent. She sat down on her bed and started to read LOVELESS from the very beginning, remembering exactly how Genesis had read it to her before with such emotion. When she started reading, she spoke softly to herself, trying to find that same emotion.

Nina rested her head on Vince's shoulder slightly as they walked. When they got back to camp, she glanced around at the Shin-Ra Infantry, remembering about Cloud before leading the way to find Claire (who was still reading LOVELESS) in their tent.

Claire glanced up at Vince and Nina but only for a quick second before looking back down at the book, not even noticing Vince's arm around Nina. "I asked Sephiroth if anything came up about Genesis and Angeal... He said nothing except for this book that was meant for me..." She bit her lip and rubbed her eyes for a moment. "I-i guess Genesis remembered his promise..." she said quietly with a small smile, but it was clear in her eyes that she missed him.

Claire nodded slightly to Vince, holding the book close. "I-i knew from the start he wasn't a bad guy... He can't be..." she said softly. She glanced up at Nina before getting to her feet, still holding the book and Mr. Fluffy-Feet. "Sephiroth says we're on the next helicopter out of here, but he'll be on the third one with the SOLDIER director. Zack already left on the first helicopter, so I'll have to find him later."

Nina sighed silently to herself before looking back at Vince with a look that said 'later'. Claire looked up at Vince and Nina before walking off to go find the helicopter. Once she did, she sat down in her seat and immediately opened the LOVELESS book again.

Nina followed Vince quickly, sitting across from Vince. She stared out of the helicopter, mostly in thought, but she kept glancing back to check on Vince and Claire.

Claire was just busy with quietly talking to herself as she read book.
