Watching the reaper leave Mitsu began to wonder if she should follow to make sure he was okay. He didn't seem quite right at the moment. Fiddling nervously with her sandwich she looked at Shun.
"Do you think he will be okay?"

Nodding to Mot, Shun glanced towards Mitsu, waiting for a moment or so before answering.
"I don't hear a much of loud thuds so he should be fine," he said plainly. Gingerly, he stretched out before looking at one of his cuts after letting out a wince. He'd have to get these rebandaged once the wolf girl was finished with her meal.

Just because they didn't hear thuds as Mot fell down the stairs didn't mean he was okay.....wait....would he fall down the stairs? Mitsu waited silently a moment, straining her sensitive ears to listen. She was scared, holding her breath but when nothing seemed to happen she sighed lightly. Hopefully he would go back to his dorm and rest a bit.
Silently she turned toward the reaper as he stretched, catching the wince before he looked at his cuts. She should really dress his wounds for him. Setting her sandwich aside Mitsu grabbed for the bandages she had set out as well as some cream to help with the healing. "Let me bandage you back up."
Putting a bit of the ointment on her fingers Mitsu lightly applied it to the cuts around Shun's body before she started to bandage him again. She paid special attention to the bite wound on his arm, whether it was guilt or because it looked bad to her was uncertain.

"Oh, you can finish eating first.." he said, but she had already started to get to work on him. As she applied the ointment, Shun grimaced a bit but stayed still. It wouldn't do any good to fidget about. That aside, the pain wasn't something beyond his level of tolerance. It was more of a discomfort rather than anything else.
The Reaper was pretty quiet as she tended to his injuries, watching her carefully. Well, he was watching her as much as his eyes would allow.
"If.. your own injuries need to be redressed, let me know. I'll try to help however I can," he said finally after a pause.

"I'll finish in a bit," Mitsu said as she went about wrapping his torso. She had to nearly hug him to do it and realized that's all she really wanted to do. When he had held her close a moment ago it had made her calm.
Finally she was done and she tucked the end of the bandage out of the way for convenience. "Umm.." Mitsu lightly touched her torso through the shirt feeling the bandages that Xiu had done. They could probably used changed but maybe she could do it on her own? "When I go to change them I will see. I might be able to do it on my own." Though it would probably be easier if he helped with the wrap. It would be awkward to get around herself.

Lowering his arms whenever she was done, Shun let out a breath before looking over his bandages. He moved around a bit to make sure that they weren't wrapped too tightly and it seemed that they were just right.
"Alright," he said quietly before scooting further into the bed so he could lay down. While he hadn't done a whole lot today, it had been more than the last few. He was feeling weary and wanted to lie down for a little while. His mind was also still going over the information he had received earlier in regards to what happened with Red and the hunters.

Mitsu shuffled a bit as Shun moved up on the bed to lay down. She watched him for a moment before she picked up her sandwich again and unwrapped it to have a couple of bites. At this point though she was more of less forcing herself to eat. Hunger was now eluding her and really all she wanted to do was rest.
"I wonder what happened with everyone else after the field trip," Mitsu pondered as she continued to eat. "The boogeyman had come into the tent area when everyone was being treated and told us the situation was never to be spoken about." Mitsu had to wonder why the secrets? What would they do about Red? They couldn't just ignore her absence, she had been lost to them. Playing it off as anything else would be rude.

Staring up at the ceiling, Shun listened as Mitsu speculated about how things were upon their return. So the boogeymen were getting involved with this. Then again, he supposed that he shouldn't be surprised. Red used to be one of them after all.
"There must be something about all of this that they want to cover up," he said.
What that was, he couldn't be certain. There were a lot of factors involved. Now, the Reaper certainly did not have a whole lot of love for the boogeys but he could only imagine that they had a specific reason or reasons to be keeping things on the down low.

Only half way through the sandwich and Mitsu was done. Wrapping it back up she set it aside for now. It didn't seem like Shun had much more of an idea than she did though she really hadn't suspected an answer. She was mostly just voicing her thoughts. Soaking up the fact that she could have a conversation with him now.
Sleepily she watched the reaper for a moment before she laid down on the edge of the bed again trying to give Shun ample room. Again it was his bed. She was merely in his room taking up space.

Relaxing there, he had fallen silence once more. Shun didn't move until Mitsu had come by to lay down on the edge of the bed. Furrowing his brow, he was a little worried she'd end up rolling off so he scooted back and gently pulled her a little closer.
He left his arm around her once that was done, letting himself settle and relax again. There was something calming and comforting about having her close in his arms like this. It seemed to push his troubles at bay or something along those lines.
It was something he wasn't quite used to yet, nor completely understood, but that was perfectly fine with him. Even if he couldn't see her completely, he relished it.

Mitsu hadn't thought much about where she was laying, she just wanted to rest again. All the walking and visiting had worn her out. Though when Shun scooted over and pulled her with him she didn't fight it. Instead she wiggled a bit closer enjoying being able to rest so closely to him. Everything from the warmth of his body to his scent relaxed her as she closed her eyes again. Silently she hoped this wouldn't end once they were better.
As she drifted off her head came to rest on Shun's shoulder again, unable to fight the subconscious urge to be closer. For now nothing else mattered since she was with the person she cared about most.

The next day came by before Shun really knew it. He must have been pretty damn relaxed throughout the night. Letting out a small sigh, he shifted a little, but he remained where he was. The Reaper couldn't tell if Mitsu was still asleep right now but if so he didn't want to end up waking her.
For now, he was content with just laying here anyway.
It did make him think of a few events that transpired in the house. Some things that he never really would have thought to be possible. It wasn't bad that they happened though. It just came off as a surprise to him really.

Mitsu's sleep had been calm, the nightmares having stayed at bay during the night. She didn't wake immediately when Shun started to move, mumbling softly as she cuddled closer. In her sleep it seemed any distance between them was negated as she laid as close to the reaper as possible, arms wrapping around his middle.
In a few moments though Mitsu began to stir, crimson eyes fluttering open to see a room that wasn't so unfamiliar at this point. She stayed still for a moment, comfortable where she was, until she finally tilted her head up to look at Shun to see if he was still asleep or awake.

Seeing Mitsu stir, Shun watched as she came around from the land of sleep. His vision was still pretty bad, but he was able to see some movements on the face, meaning details were easier for him to spot now.
"Good morning," he said quietly and softly, leaning forward to rest his head against hers for the moment.
"Feeling any better today?"

For a moment Mitsu wondered if this was real or if it was a dream. It was such a nice way to wake up and she found herself nuzzling against Shun as he placed his head against her's.
"Morning," She cooed softly not willing to pull away and sit up just yet. If it was a dream she was going to live it up.
"I umm..." Mitsu shifted slightly and felt the stiffness of her injuries along her side. Only a few still hurt most were just slightly uncomfortable. It was enough of a wake up to realize this wasn't a dream. "I'm doing a little better, what about you?" Mitsu asked looking up again to look Shun in the eyes. Was he able to see better today?
