Cady was losing altitude.
Fortunately, whatever the boils were doing still had the tentacled-thing's attention, as she barreled forward in a surge of speed in hopes of maintaining momentum.

"Willow! I can see the duck! WE'RE SO CLOSE WE CAN PRACTICALLY TOUCH IT!" Bea got too excited for her own good.
Her splashing about caught the tentacle's attention. Real good.
"NO! Get AWAY! EEEEEEK!!!" Bea was squeezed once again... swimming at a faster pace, blushing wildly.

In a last ditch effort to fully distract the tentacles Bul tugged the towel from Demi's waste and rushed forwards-
and stared him straight in the eyes. He was going to go for a kiss but the last remaining dignity in his body just... it couldn't allow it. Bul wrinkled his eyebrows nervously giving a face that read 'what now??'

At the same time Damien accidentally slipped off the towel from Bul's hip.
That damn oil, and sent him moving forwards.
right into Bul's face.

Some how Willow had "felt a disturbance in the force", she turned in time to see Demi kissing Bul and nearly drown causing the tentacles to come 'save her' while violating the tiger more.

In her haste, Cady had forgotten to check exactly how close they were to their goal... With a pathetic grunt, the ghoul completely overshot the ducky and landed in a pile of manticore bits on the far shore. She pulled herself up into a sitting position and she stood, on two legs now instead of four, making her way to the puzzle.
"Uh. LOOK! Its got, yennow, THINGS." So helpful. She wondered if she should eat this too.

Jack was with them this evening.
Bul's lips met Demi's in a smashed mess and the boil winced until he saw the girls retrieve the duck. Pushing Demi off him he paused as he got up then looped his tail around the boil, a violently red blush still across his face. "Come on, quick they got the duck-" he exclaimed even offering a hand. Their shenanigans paid off in the end however,
the ghouls would need to be brainwashed. As far as he was concerned this was the last he would d**k around with Demi, all horrible puns unintended.

Jack really enjoyed toying with them.
Damien was sure he was going to have to kick Calder the next time he saw him, blasted boil and his oil. Gravity was not kind as the boil fell on top of Bul and just had to make lip contact, even if it was a bit rugged and harsh. But as soon as he was pushed off, the boil grabbed for the towel still caught on his foot and yanked it back into place and securing it again, glad for the distraction.
Now if only he could blame the red blush on the warm mist around them but the hound took ahold of the half beast hand unconsciously and pulled himself up onto his feet. "They made it? Great, lets get the heck out of here!" he said in relief.
He had no clue how much the ghouls saw through the mist, much less heard, but that was all in the past now. Just like the whole inseam sitch, never to be mentioned again.
Now, if only he could find something heavy enough to hit Bea with until she forgot absolutely everything....

Cady waited, fidgeting. She really didn't want to have to get back in the water again- maybe eating the next obstacle wasn't such a bad plan after all. She certainly wasn't up for having to, like, bahte with one of the other ghouls to keep the monsters in the bathtub from assaulting her team. She made a mental note to figure out a way to bleach those images of Bul and Demi out of her brain forever. It seemed the only non-repugnant option was forward. With that in mind, she decided to further investigate the final part of the challenge. She peered at the puzzle again. It seemed... familiar... The boils forgotten for the time being, she tottered forward, examining the board and it's pieces. Where had she seen this? It hadn't been the same symbols, but the idea was the same. And there had been that pattern. It was rather like a riddle, really. A pictorial riddle. And Cady liked riddles. That's when it came to her- it had been a game! A game on the back of a box of cereal she'd eaten once. She'd liked it so much she tore the panel off before she swallowed the rest of the cardboard bits. She'd kept the little withered bit of paper in her room, staring at the pretty symbols, but she had no idea how to actually solve it. In the end, she'd asked her guardian to help. What had Gladys called it? Suddokey? Yeah, that sounded right. She arranged each piece carefully as she had remembered the elderly witch doing. Her vision narrowed down, until all she could see were the pieces, falling into place. Cady sat there, chin in hand and elbow on table, and plunked down the last piece. She stood straight again, a pleased grin on her face. If only the bits made something edible. Maybe it would open up and there would be more spookies inside? Cady decided she could really go for another challenge like that last- after this one she was determined to never step foot near a bathtub again. Who knew what sort of horrible, slimy monsters could be waiting in the drain? Waving to her teammates, she called, "I THINK I GOT IT. AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO EAT IT!"

Willow swam to the duck and started pushing it towards the boils. Of course she wasn't going to say anything about what she thought she saw as a kiss... After all she couldn't really be sure with the mist. It could've just looked like it.
She paddled back to the guys. "All a board the ducky express." She said as she looked at the two boils waiting for them to board, keeping the duck near the edge of the tub.

By the time Bea reached the duck, Cady had already solved the puzzle. She cheered at the ghoul, "Great job Cady!".
Looking back toward the boils, Bea saw two silhouettes, one suddenly lunging toward the other. Bea's mind raced to all sorts of conclusions.
"WHAT ARE THOSE BOILS DOING?!" Bea screamed!
No wonder they wanted to be alone together! The boils weren't really trying to distract the tentacle thing! They wanted to have private sexy time together!!!
THIS WAS THEIR PLAN ALL ALONG!
Bea quickly came over to help Willow push the ducky to the boils, hoping she hadn't missed too much juicy fun! She missed out on the gossip at Red's office, Bea was bound determined NOT to miss out on another story again!

GM POSTThe puzzle started to glow and the whole room started shaking violently; everyone would find it difficult to keep their balance as the water from the bathtub was quickly being drained away via a hole at the bottom, appearing after the puzzle had been solved. The tentacle beast vanished into this hole as well.
For a moment the walls twisted and shifted, as if about to implode. Finally the when it reach straining point, it popped back out into a normal room. A different room, it was plain, white, and had a door that opened out into what looked like the house's back yard where a large battle was taking place. The house has given you an option, but it's your choice to risk yourself in the fray.The OOC You may post an exit and enter the gauntlet if you so wish! Nomatter what the ghouls' current reactions were Bul's goal was to get their asses up on that duck and out. Even if it involved holding on to Demi in any sort of way.
However just as they began to float across the room began to mysteriously change. "Oh ******** hell what now?" he grumbled looking around.
"DID SOMETHING BREAK??" he shouted up at nobody in particular narrowing his eyes. When the door revealed itself he turned his head. "Guys this... is weird did any of the other puzzles do this?" he asked. It felt terribly glitchy.
"Man I'd hate to do all that and then just YAY win." he grumbled to himself, approching the door slowly. "Should we go? S-
s**t!" Bul shouted as he opened the door himself and felt a tug inward. It was time to die.

Willow squeaked as the room started to do weird things. "Oh Jack..." She tried to hold onto whatever was closest but eventually found herself in a room with the others looking around, "Well this is...... bland?"
She paused when Bul shouted, "Uh... what's going on?" She peeked out the door ears perked with a worried expression. That didn't look good....
