JuniorArthur slowly was gaining back his hearing. By that time Maureen was dragging him to the portal. Good thing it wasn't his injured arm. He only glanced back to Massy to see the snake eyeing him in a creepy way. The brit only glared back wondering what that was about. It wasn't new for him to be hated, after all he did have a hard time being the social type and end up being hated at some point. Massachusetts Leah Sky-Robin Jones Freshman/9th grade Leah watched as the left, she hoped they would be alright. she looked at her snake they was looking at Arthur, "stop it," she said covering the serpents eyes. Then the weirdest thing happend. He thought she saw dust. She took out her wand, it didnt returen. He blinked. That was odd. He kept her wand at the ready just incase. She looked over at the frenchman. It was just them now. She didnt think he would be much help in a fight. Since he only had a sowrd. IF it wasnt blessed in couldnt make contact with the shadows. She wanted to go in after the group but was now relizeing her arm was broken. She sighed. "Well come on," she spoke going over to Frenchy. "if we sit around here we are going to get ourselves killed." she said looking at him sternly.

The minor complaint went unheard. Yeah, he had heard what Maureen had said and had considered counter-attacking, but his concern for his friends was greater than the need to be clever and witty. Instead, he stayed behind with the girl with a broken arm. She seemed sort of familiar. Maybe was one of the states from America that boarded Canada? That would most likely make her one of the thirteen original "colonies" then if he even really had a remote clue as to who she might be since he didn't exactly get to stick around in North America for all too long. (Well, in Canada, any ways.)
He took his cape off and began turning it into a sling for his arm. By the time he finished, everyone had gone into the door. He carefully took the sling off before going up to Leah with the sling and held it out with an expression almost as stern and serious as her's (which is pretty serious for Francis). "And what is it you propose we do? We were told to stay and watch guard, non? Now then, would you mind if I took your weapons and laid them down for a minute so I can get this sling to secure your arm? We can go and get it fixed when this is all over." ******************************************************************************

Massachusetts Leah Sky-Robin Jones Freshman/9th grade Leah looked down, she wanted to go after them but she wouldnt be much help with a browken arm. So in a way frenchy was right. She turned her gaze back to the frenchman, "if i take all my wepons off we would be here for a few hours..." she said. She then carefully removed her rifle and placed it on the ground. Next she took her chainsaw off her back and placed it on the ground. She kept her wand frimly in here hand. She wasnt putting that down. She would only take off the nesscary wepons for the sling. "thanks,,,," she said avoiding his eyes. Massy didnt like people helping her or worrying about her but this was just one of thoughs times. "im not really sure if you rember me, but im Massachusetts." she said. She let her snake slither off her shoulder to the ground.

François BonnefoyThe Senior that Needs No Introduction~! ****************************************************************************** Francis was actually a little surprised that the American agreed to allow him to help her out right away. Then again, he was used to any woman he offered to help snapping at him and telling him to do various acts which should not be repeated. Heck, even his little sisters did that... But, he decided not to give her time to decide against it since they needed to get the bone set somewhat since, even if it was extremely slow, her bones were already beginning the healing process. Yeah, it'd take months to be repaired, but why push things off to the side, right?
He watched her remove the weapons from her back (which he had thought were her only weapons) before he carefully slipped the sling over her neck and very gently took her arm into his hands so he could slip her arm into place. Yeah, he knew she was going to feel pain just because he was moving her arm, but he was making sure to be as gentle as possible so it wouldn't be too bad for her. Once finished, he picked up her gun and put it back how she had it before. "There, that should 'elp with the pain some by at least getting the pressure of your arm just hanging there gone."
When she spoke to him about him remembering her, he thought for a moment. As soon as she said her name,a look of familiarity came across his face and he turned into his normal, cheerful big brother personality. "Aha! I had thought you looked familiar. You were little Mathieu's American neighbor, oui? You were so small back then, and such a little sweet 'eart. Even though Iggy did not like me, you occasionally waved to me when I was on one of my walks with Mattie. My, you have grown up so much since then~! I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised it has been, what, 248 years since I last saw you?" 248 years. Wow, he felt so old saying something like that. Granted, he technically was old, but STILL! He wondered how many other countries felt old when they thought back to how long ago different events happened. Maybe all of them. Still, part of why it felt so long ago was because 1763 was the year he had to give up any claim to any bit of North America, including poor little Canada, to England.... Thinking about how he lost such a sweet younger sibling who had looked up to him and admired him was always a sad thought.... ******************************************************************************

It was beginning to bother Francis that no one had come out yet. What was going on? He was so naturally nosy that his curiosity was becoming overwhelming. Finally he gave into his needs and turned to the young state that was there with him. "Will you please stay here for a moment? I want to go make sure that everyone is safe. I promise to be right back, alright?" He then turned and walked into the door way that lead to the shadow world....

O well, she nodded, when he said he should go check on the others, that was a good idea, she didnt want to follow him...she needed some time to her self. She sied and leaned agiast the wall and went into her own thoughs. She had to admit this place was creepy when you were alone.....

 Eduard Von Bock The Genius Sophomore Eduard watched the last of the citizens get up and leave. Well, it saves the trouble of carrying them back home. The problem would be they didn't know where any of them live, so this was good "Hey, unless you guys need more help, I'm going to head back to the dorm." Vice President of the Gardening Club Luz Maria stepped out of the realm and was back in the alley. Man, was it good to be out of there. That place stinked of blood, it was like something out of a horror movie "I think I'm going to follow Zeke and Francis. Making sure that Frenchman doesn't do anything funny to poor Roderich." She didn't forget the promise she made to Marcello, to meet him in his dorm after the battle was over. I'm not a bad person, I just have bad luck...

She gave a small stretch, feeling some muscles tighten at the motion, when Eduard spoke up. She glanced over at him and nodded. "I'm waiting on Zeke." She stated. She wanted to make sure the Serbian got back to the dorm alright. She wasn't stupid, she saw how exhausted he was, especially after the battle. The last thing she needed was for him to collapse while helping Francis and Roderich. She leaned against one of the walls, watching as the civilians got up and left. My Name is Chesa Nenette Chesa glanced at the doorway, wondering what was taking Zeke so long when Luz Maria spoke up. She glanced over at her and smirked. "Yeah, you're right." She agreed with a small nod. Still... how they had managed to get past the initial shock was surprising. To think that they just defeated a witch in a Realm of Shadows... Chesa was still a bit unsure about the whole "defeat" aspect. The witch had said something as she was destroyed... having been focused on Heracles, she hadn't caught all of it.
