Weird Fox Neo_Hurricane Weird Fox Finally...! The Fox, has no longer the appearance of a f**! I do my best damnit! As I recall the picture you had posted in your profile last year wasn't exactly stellar! So bite me! ... ... ... But thanks for the compliment on this year! lol Last time I played a RvS, you could lengthen clothes (vest) and put designs on them (heartbreaker). Yeah, I was all white, looking like the KKK with a fashion update. that's cuz almost everyone was wearing black and I wanted contrast. Besides, I didn't give you a hood, you had a fidora! Style man! And I didn't see the options to make clothes longer, and I distinctly remember your character not wearing shoes.

I suppose if everyone does the all black attire thing again, just do my bitgw attire, with in-ring top being dark green or hell just do the bitgw attire as is shirt and all. Design wise it'd be close to Punk's only the hand is a clock gear with the number 42 within it. Maybe that'll help?

Next to Mad Dog and Harli, Disciple seems to be the most constant when it comes to wins compared to years in the G-Cup.
Yay! Something to boost my feeble ego.

This is based off of a system I made up in about five minutes for convenience, but it mainly focuses on how many wins you have. Basically, it's the NFL Playoff System without the Divisions. Honestly it doesn't mean much, except to add to the competitive aspect of this competition in which you have virtually no control over, and to give me something to do until the game comes out. Enjoy.

Storyline Refresher: Disciple - Chrono - Yuke - Damien Le - Harli - Lauri Henry - Matt Draven - Mad Dog
2010: Chrono and Disciple were both in the 2010 G-Cup. Chrono defeated the 2009 Champion Matt Shanahan in the first round, and was on a big roll. Later, Chrono's wife Yuke was found laid out on the ground, and when Chrono found her the only words she could say were, "Dis...Disciple..." which meant that Disciple alledgedly did this to her. Chrono was so distraught that he had to pull out of the tournament, and was replaced by Damien Le, who eventually defeated Disciple. Harli confronted Disciple, threatening him, but Disciple said he didin't do it. After Disciple was defeated, he was run over by a car in the parking lot and wasn't seen again until after the tournament, which Harli eventually won. Disciple blamed Harli as his attacker, who said if he was going to attack Disciple then he would do it infront of everyone. Disciple pressed the issue, and Harli laid him out, and Disciple wasn't seen again until 2011.
2011: He seemingly knew who had run him over the year before, but before he could give a name, Lauri Henry attacked Disciple from behind, claiming responsibility as revenge for attacking Yuke. Yuke apparently recruited Lauri and Mad Dog to get revenge on who she THOUGHT attacked her, and Disciple ran through them with ease, eventually chokeslamming Lauri through the ring and eliminating Mad Dog from the 2011 Tournament and running his head into a car window. Draven blamed Lauri and his lack of focus involving the Disciple issue and his jealous rivalry with Mad Dog on their losing the 2011 Tag Team Tournament and it lead to Matt Draven vs. Lauri Henry, which eventually split up Team Carnage for good. Matt Draven went on to win the Rookie Battle Royal in the Tag Cup Finale, while Lauri elected to leave the G-Cup Competition forever.
2012: Now, with the 2012 G-Cup approaching, Chrono and Yuke are back, and ready to fully gain their revenge on Disciple, who is in the same bracket as Chrono this year. However...we still don't know if Disciple truely did attack Yuke in 2010.
Freakshow: Though uncharacteristically quiet in the G-Cup 2011, he has made it no secret that he plans on making a bigger impact in the 2012 G-Cup than anyone else. Now teaming with his incredibly successful Tag Team partner in Brantley Summers, Freakshow’s confidence seems to be through the roof, despite his 0-4 record and last place ranking among his competitors. Is he blowing smoke? Or is Freakshow the dark horse to watch out for?
Nuke Fusion: G-Cup 2011’s Singles Champion Nuke Fusion has something to prove this year. Ranked #1, Nuke is back to defend his title, as well as compete in the Tag Team competition once again with his Tapout Mafia Tag Team partner, Jason Byers. In 2011, Nuke Fusion had the constant support of his brain child in Velocity to back him up. And, despite its untimely demise and split at the end of the tournament, it seemed that Kyle Dracious and Brantley Summers remained loyal to the Champ. Nuke Fusion elected to stay out of Velocities matters for the most part, save two tag team matches, one of which he was victorious over Kelly King 2.0 and Mike Landry, and elected to allow Kyle Dracious to maintain leadership perhaps as a consolation for losing in the first round to Kelly King 2.0, who was both Kyle’s and Nuke’s mentor. Neither previous G-Cup Singles Champion has ever survived to the Quarter Finals in the following year, so will Nuke Fusion be the first one to break that record? Will Nuke Fusion be the first one to win both Singles and Tag Team Championships in the same year as he claims he will? If anyone can do it, It’s the man who’s competed in every single G-Cup, the man who’s ranked #1 over all others: The Prodigy, Nuke Fusion.
Kelly King 2.0: Ranked #4 overall, Kelly King 2.0 is on the path to winning 2012’s G-Cup after last year’s stellar performance. After defeating his protégé Kyle Dracious in the first round and defeating the Champion Nuke Fusion in a Six Man Tag Team Match, as well as his biggest rival and best friend in Mike Landry in an exhibition match, Kelly King 2.0 seems to have the momentum to take him all the way to the top. Though he was defeated by Majin Inferno, it was a fight to remember, and only happened after King was booked in multiple between round exhibition matches against Velocity and Scotty and Turbo, his radio show co-hosts who found it fitting to try and run him down with a car in the parking lot. Rumor has it that Kelly King 2.0 has a backup plan this year already in place, which gives him the confidence to claim that this will be the year that he brings the G-Cup Championship back to the Kingdom.
Mike Landry: Ranked at #9, the creator of the G-Cup hasn’t had much luck in the ways of Singles competition within his own tournament. Last year after defeating Draze, he spent much of his time feuding with Brantley Summers over who really was the “Baddest Man on the Planet,” which ultimately led to him being eliminated from the tournament after Velocity became involved. Though in Singles Competition Landry seemed to struggle, his ace in the hole appears to be the Tag Team competition, where he and his partner Matt Stone made it to the Finals where they ultimately lost a close match to The Marines, Kody Gordert and The Creeker. He also found success when he teamed with Kelly King 2.0 and Matt Stone in a Six Man tag team match against Velocity. Could the Tag Cup be where Mike Landry finally claims gold from his own competition? Or will he finally be the Singles competitor he’s known to be?
Jed: Ranked at #16, Jed is one of the few who has also competed in every single G-Cup Competition. He’s found success in both Singles and Tag Team competition with his partner Cartwright as the Talent Express, but last year he paired with 26th ranked Joshua Danielson, which led to a first round elimination. Jed has laid low so far, but now with his reputation on the line more so than any other time, will we see a more aggressive “Amish Assassin”? Or does the Professor need more than just a kick in the pants to garner the elusive gold?
Justin Amaze: From day one of 2011’s G-Cup, Justin Amaze made himself heard. Calling out Kid Omega, he instantly burned bridges with his fellow Velocity members. After winning in round one and defeating the Luchador, Kid Omega in a thrilling Ladder Match, he lost to 2010’s Semi Finalist in Mad Dog. He blamed his loss on the faulty leadership being dealt out by Kyle Dracious, and led a revolution consisting of himself, Kid Omega and Alastor Adonilm against Kyle Dracious, Brantley Summers, and the 2011 Champion, Nuke Fusion. Eventually recruiting his Amazing Haze tag team partner Draze as well, the foursome became known as G-Force, and took it to Velocity. Justin and Kyle went back and forth several time, sharing victories among several matches including Steel Cages, Falls Count Anywhere, and Elimination Tag Team matches. Kyle won the last match they had, so will this be the motivation Justin needs to shine brighter than ever this year? One thing is for sure, when Justin is involved, prepare to be Amazed.
Matt Shanahan: The G-Cup’s first Champion, as well as its first Tag Team Champion with his partner Saint Joey, is currently ranked in 9th place. In 2010, he was eliminated in round one by Chrono Clepsydra, and then in 2011 was defeated by his former Outcast tag team partner and 2011’s Champion in Nuke Fusion. In the Tag Cup, the Angered Alliance was defeated by –The- Tag Team, Matt Stone and Mike Landry, and in a Finale match Shanahan was defeated by 2010’s Champion Harli in a Champion vs. Champion match, leaving him with a total of two wins last year. Now the G-Cup’s rules were significantly different in 2009, the year he won it, in that it wasn’t single elimination. However, he won an Ironman match against Ryuu Sakamoto in the Finals decisively, leaving little doubts as to who the winner should have been. Following that with the first ever Tag Cup victory the very next year with Saint Joey, and it seems Matt Shanahan has all the tools necessary to be a repeat Champion, but his recent performances speak to the contrary. Which Matt Shanahan will we see in 2012? The Champion of 2009-2010? Or the Matt Shanahan who is past his prime?
Brantley Summers: Incredibly impressive in G-Cup 2011, despite a second round loss to Kelly King 2.0, #6 ranked Brantley Summers returns this year with renewed vigor and intensity. Shedding his pirate gimmick, Brantley Summers is determined to show who he REALLY is in 2012. So much so that he has also vowed to win both the Singles and Tag Team Competitions now that he isn’t paired with Kyle Dracious, but with long time veteran Freakshow. In 2011, after being defeated by King, he went out of his way to prove how tough he was by challenging and defeating Mike Landry in singles action, as well as a follow up Tag Team performance before ultimately being defeated in a Six Man Tag match. He joined Dracious in battling Justin Amaze, Kid Omega and Alastor Adonilm as they rebelled against Velocity, trading victories back and forth with no decisive winner. This year, Brantley isn’t even in the same bracket as his ex-Velocity members, but he IS on the opposite side of the same bracket as Freakshow. Should they meet in the Quarter Finals, will we see a fair match? Or will one Marauder betray the other? And should they betray each other, what will that mean for the Tag Cup?
Cartwright: 19th ranked King Cartwright enjoyed little success last year after defeating Kid Omega in round one, but then being immediately eliminated by G-Cup newcomer and Quarter Finalist, Majin Inferno. One of the few who has the experience benefit of competing in every single G-Cup to date, he joins us once again in 2012 in a first round match against Brantley Summers. Cartwright has stayed quiet for the most part, but will the former King reclaim his thrown by forcefully overthrowing the other 31? Or is it his time to step down?
Harli Drummond: The Nightmare is ranked in second place overall and is prone to retake his seat at the top of the G-Cup. Though he lost in the second round against Marxx in 2011, he is still the 2010 Champion and his dominance will not soon be forgotten. The Outback Attack is back in 2012 and faces Mike Landry in the toughest Bracket set of the tournament. If he wins again, he will undoubtedly be the most impressive competitor to ever step into the G-Cup Competition as he must go through Mike Landry, Ryuu Sakamoto, Disciple, Chrono Clepsydra, the man he defeated last year in Joshua Danielson, Tag Team Champion Kody Gordert, and Dual Champion Matt Shanahan. Though he claims that his retirement is looming, does the Hall of Famer have one last big victory in him?
Saint Joey: Another one who isn’t prone to success in the Singles Competition, 22nd ranked Saint Joey has found abundant success in the Tag Team area. Entering again this year with his Angered Alliance partner and 2-Time Champion Matt Shanahan, Saint Joey faces rival Freakshow in round one, in what promises to be a match to remember. However, should he get past Freakshow, he must stare down with perennial contenders Majin Inferno or Jed, who have both been impressive in the past where Saint Joey’s singles runs have been lack luster. Though recently he has shown an attitude change and a darker side to the Saint, will it be enough to truly impress and possibly win the G-Cup for the first time? For a veteran like Saint Joey, we all sure hope so.
Draze: After losing in the first round to Mike Landry, 20th ranked Draze found himself dispondant after trying so hard to gain entrance into the G-Cup and failing. He ended up joining his Tag Team partner Justin Amaze in his effort to dethrone Kyle Dracious and Velocity. He found his first win in an exhibition match against the winless Freakshow under Extreme Rules in a back and forth match, which may be what Draze needed to boost his confidence. Draze and Justin Amaze won Best in the Biz’ Tag Team of the Year Award, but failed to defeat the 2010 Tag Team Champions, The Angered Alliance in the first round of 2011’s Tag Cup. When you ask around, everyone agrees Draze has what it takes to be great. It’s only a matter of time before he takes the brass ring for himself.
Kyle Dracious: 14th ranked Kyle Dracious is no longer a rookie by any means. The former protégé of perennial World Champion Kelly King 2.0 debuted last year in the 2011 G-Cup. Even if he was eliminated early by his former mentor, he made great pains to prove that he wasn’t a flash in the pan, and that he was a force to be reckoned with. Kyle Dracious took his Velocity faction, then consisting of himself, Brantley Summers, Nuke Fusion, Justin Amaze, Kid Omega and Alastor Adonilm, and ran roughshod over the entire competition. Going by their motto, they ran over anyone who got in their way, including Kelly King 2.0, Mike Landry, Matt Stone, Kody Gordert, Duane Wages, Mr. X, Matt Shanahan, Marxx, Majin Inferno, Disciple and even Team Carnage. This year, Velocity will no longer be competing as a team, though almost every member will be returning sans Alastor Adonilm. Will Kyle reclaim his place of dominance by running over his former teammates? Or is he doomed to another first round loss?
Joshua Danielson: Fan favorite Joshua Danielson went winless last year, going 0-3 in tournament play and exhibition matches. After recovering from a nearly fatal car accident, Joshua Danielson has enjoyed his fair share of ups and downs, but perhaps joining the G-Cup was a bit too much for him to endure so quickly as he has yet to acquire a single win. He was defeated by 2010’s Champion Harli in the first round last year, which one may write off as a bad matchup, but this year he is facing off with 1-0 Chrono Clepsydra, who competed in 2010’s competition but pulled out in the second round after defeating Matt Shanahan to tend to his wife. This year he will not be competing in the Tag Cup, so he has only to focus on his first round matchup with legendary Chrono Clepsydra, but is that enough to garner an upset win over the 42x World Champion?
Guy Fox: One of the longest standing veterans out of anyone in the G-Cup, 25th ranked Fox made a surprising first round appearance when he was defeated by Mad Dog, the previous years’ semi-finalist. After which, he made no further appearances in the G-Cup. Rumor has it that it has lit a fire under his a** and he has become determined to become more recognizable and make an impact this year. Who knows what he has planned, the only thing we can count on is that we likely won’t see it coming.
Matt Draven: 12th ranked Matt Draven had a see-saw year last year. After an impressive win in the first round against Babyface of the Year and fellow rookie, Brody Robinson, he went on and was defeated by the eventual 4th place finisher, veteran Michael Thomas. In the Tag Cup, Matt Draven and Lauri Henry were defeated by Alastor Adonilm and Kid Omega, which Draven blamed on Henry. Draven called Lauri on his infatuation with Yuke and obsession with trying to destroy Mad Dog and Disciple, and challenged him to a match. Draven won the matchup, leading to Lauri Henry’s eventual retirement from G-Cup competition. Draven took that momentum and went on to win the Rookie Battle Royal. Now, with a World Title under his belt, Draven is ready to return and make even bigger waves this year in 2012.
Jason Byers: Jason Byers, ranked 23rd overall, has competed off and on in the G-Cup over the years. Debuting in 2010 under the name “Matt Seraph,” he was defeated in round one by the incomparable Samoa Dan. His success was not found in the Singles Competition, but WAS in the Tag Team Competition as he, with his Tapout Mafia partner Nuke Fusion, defeated Freakishly 2.0 in an incredible match, only to be defeated in the next round. After taking a year off of competition, Byers seems to be the definition of a Dark Horse. Only time will tell if he’s ready to take what his tag team partner Nuke Fusion has already grasped, and that is the G-Cup Championship.
Kid Omega: 7th ranked Kid Omega did not find his groove in the Singles Competition last year. Instead, after losing two straight matches to both Cartwright and Justin Amaze, he teamed with Amaze in order to dethrone Kyle Dracious and Nuke Fusion from their position of power within Velocity. He traded wins and losses in this bloody rivalry, before being the decisive factor in a Tag Team Steel Cage match in which he defeated Dracious and Summers with Justin at his side. Using that momentum to go forward, they defeated Team Carnage in the first round of the Tag Cup, before losing in the next round to the eventual winners in The Marines. Kid Omega seems ready now to cut his teeth and really become a threat in the G-Cup, and with his first round opponent being newcomer Rosario, it seems this is a matchup that the Luchador can take advantage of to get momentum going early. And if he does, there is no telling if anyone can stop him.
Ryuu Sakamoto: 11th ranked legend Ryuu Sakamoto competed in the very first G-Cup competition, making it all the way to the last round where he was eventually defeated in an incredibly intense match against Matt Shanahan. In 2009, he won a Four Man Battle Royal to earn a bye into the next round, where he defeated Matt Stone, who looked to be running away with the competition. In the Semi-Finals, Sakamoto was the only one to defeat an opponent in his Gauntlet match, something Matt Shanahan could not even accomplish. Even if Ryuu was defeated in the Ironman match in the finals, many still argue that he should have been the Champion over Shanahan in 2009. In 2010 he returned and defeated Jacques Timur in a match many considered to be the Match of the Tournament. In the next round, he was eventually defeated by that year’s Champion, Harli Drummond. Matt Shanahan was defeated in the first round that year, leaving even more speculation over who really should have won the 2009 Championship. This year, both Ryuu and Shanahan are in the same bracket, and would meet in the Quarterfinals should both of them win their first and second round matches. A rematch three years in the making, and everyone is going to have a front row seat.
Majin Inferno: 5th ranked Majin Inferno emerged onto the scene finally after years and years of competing on the G-Fed circuit and made an impact right away. In round one last year, he defeated Velocity member Alastor Adonilm. With his confidence bolstered, he called out Cartwright in a promo and soundly defeated him in round two. Amazingly, he defeated Kelly King 2.0 in the Quarterfinals before finally being defeated by 2011’s Champion Nuke Fusion. In a matchup to determine who would take 3rd place, he also defeated Michael Thomas, cementing him as an instant threat to anyone who has to face him next year. In 2012, he faces Jed in round one, which means that two men with strong and flashy styles will clash, but will Majin show the same dominance he displayed last year? Or is his M-Azing career over?
Snypa Rifle: 15th ranked Snypa Rifle, like Ryuu Sakamoto, competed in 2009’s and 2010’s G-Cup, but not 2011. Like Ryuu Sakamoto, he also won a Battle Royal in the first round to earn a bye, then defeated Jed in the third round before losing a tie breaking Gauntlet match by just a hair to Matt Shanahan, the eventual winner. In 2010, Snypa Rifle made even more waves as he defeated longtime rival Cartwright in round one, then Cartwright’s tag team partner Jed in round two, before being defeated by the 2010 Champion Harli in the Quarterfinals. Even in defeat, he put up a fight, and now with a one year sabbatical, he is ready to come back and display his dominance all over again. In round one, Snypa will face Matt Draven in a fight that will surely be one for the ages. Only time will tell if Snypa’s hardcore ground and pound style will be able to clip the wings of the Suicidal Daredevil in Matt Draven. And if he does, he has a chance to face Cartwright yet AGAIN in round two should he defeat Brantley Summers. The STREAK is on the line once again.
Kody Gordert: 10th ranked Kody Gordert found no success in the Singles competition last year as he was defeated by a dominant Brantley Summers in round one. However, he was redeemed when joined by his Tag Team partner, The Creeker, and together as The Marines, they absolutely steamrolled the competition and became the 2011 Tag Team Champions after defeating American Born Heroes, Team Velocity, and –The- Tag Team consecutively and decisively. This outcome was not completely a surprise, as the same thing happened last year when Saint Joey and Matt Shanahan lost quickly in the Singles competition, but won the Tag Team competition in the same year. Now people are left to question if Kody is really focusing on winning the Singles gold, or if all his attention is on the Tag Cup? Is he putting all of his eggs in Creeker’s basket? And will that confidence go to his head and lead to his downfall?
Marxx: The Midnight Role Model, 17th ranked veteran Marxx has been with the competition since 2009 and is one of the few who has competed in every single G-Cup so far. In the 2009 competition, he defeated fan favorite Xavier Cross before being defeated by the eventual winner, Matt Shanahan. A fair showing, he went on to the 2010 competition where he defeated AJ Warner, but subsequently lost in the very next round to Warner’s tag team partner Vulture. It was alleged that Vulture drugged Marxx before the matchup, the same thing he did to Shadow, Marxx’ tag team partner in round one. Marxx and Shadow tried to gain a measure of revenge in the Tag Cup when Marxx’s Team Prozac took on Vulture and Warner’s Dark Carnival, but ended up in another losing effort. In 2011, Marxx garnered much more success as he went through Lauri Henry, 2010’s Champion Harli in a major upset, before eventually losing to Nuke Fusion in the Quarterfinals. Marxx seems to be doing better and better each and every year, so could this be the year that he finally claims the big prize?
Brody Robinson: Voted 2011’s Best Babyface in the Best in the Biz competition, 24th ranked Brody Robinson didn’t have the performance he wished for last year. He was defeated in round one by Matt Draven, and then again lost the Rookie Battle Royal to the same person. Discouraged, but not broken, Brody has returned this year to prove that he is better than what he showed last year. Brody is in the very first match of the 2012 G-Cup against Jason Byers, a G-Cup veteran. Will the big man be able to smash the sly Byers into the ground? Or will Brody’s record grow to 0-3?
Shadow: Shadow has only appeared in the 2010 G-Cup alongside Marxx. He lost his first round match against Vulture, but it is assumed that Vulture and AJ Warner drugged both him and Marxx before their matches. Shadow took a year off after the embracing losses, going 0-2 that year, and has come back reinvigorated. Shadow is a veteran on the level either meeting or exceeding anyone else in the tournament, so if there is anyone to watch out for, it’s him.
