 Clef had heard the tale. The awesome, beautiful tale of how Jackdammit had gotten his a** handed to him TWICE. The first fight. Oh, it was wonderful. That's why Roch was looking down at him curiously as he led the way to the booth. "Hey, Clef," Roch said, making the wishing cousin glance up at him curiously. "Are you sure about this?" Oh yes. Oh hell yes, Clef thought, turning forward again. He was SO going to kick the first guy's a**. And he did, too. ((Desu's pet = 3 - 6 = KO Clef = 10 - 4 = 6))

"See that?" Clef called over to the starving stray that was sitting beside the booth, a dark look on his face. "That's how you do--" He was attacked before he could finish.
When he woke up he would still brag that he had taken out the second guy, too.

It had taken several snacks, and a test run around the entire Floresctival, before Ombra felt brave enough to try again. He returned, head held high, and tail tucked down underneath him, betraying his courage. He sniffed the air, and stepped up to Koro, growling hesitantly, before letting out a high pitched yip and pouncing. Korobokkuru HP: 3 - 1 = 2 Ombra HP: 10 - 5 = 5

Pouncing didn't seem to be a very effective strategy. At least, not for a newborn pup that had trouble staying on his own four paws. He was on his back, knocked out, before he could even let out a whine. The paws twitched upward in his sleep, and Riley picked him up by the scrap of his neck and carried him off.

chimarii Table Restored. SN: chimarii. Sebastian continued to survey the damage from the booths. It looked like Desu's booth had been one of the harder hit ones. She seemed to angry about the tables thrown all over (just what was she doing with so many tables anyways?). Well Sebastian was never the most athletic of fellows ... how exactly was he supposed to help in this situation? Part of him just wanted to walk away and let her deal with it.
Then she blubbered something about a missing phone charm.
Sebastian's inner diva cried out to her. Phone charms were the most precious thing in the world- he would be distraught if he lost his own. He had the most adorable little ghost charms in the world- he would probably flip over a hundred tables to find them if they were lost.
You might say it was his manly pride kicking in, but honestly it was just his empathy for Desu. Sebastian looked at a table nearest him and thought, Well, better start somewhere. He lifted the table up as best as he could- which was sort of difficult considering the whole undead thing.
Lo and behold, there was a charm sitting right there! It was small and pink, in some sort of ... bunny shape? Sebastian was all for the occult, but this was just disgusting. Why would Desu want something so ... hideous. It was all cute and fluffy- absolutely disgraceful.
Still, Sebastian decided to respect Desu's desires, even if he didn't like them himself. He daintily picked up the charm and walked it over to Desu. His hood was up, but you could still hear him audibly say, "Ah ... madame I believe this is yours?" He held out the gross phone charm as nicely as he could, but seriously. The thing was creeping him out. ((i think this post was missed? i rolled a ten, which is a winning number ... ? Just don't wanna put the badge on my card if i didn't earn it QQ))

Kallos was hesitant to go up against Desu and her adorable beasts of death again, but his pup was all for it. Reluctantly, the haunt made his way over to Desu's gym of flipped tables again, hoping his little creature wouldn't get too injured from fighting.
As the pup stepped into the arena and snarled at the little blue fae minipet, it just grinned dangerously back. After a moment, the two minipets simply stared at each other, then launched themselves into battle. Apparently both had learned well from their past experiences, as they both dodged most of each other's attacks.((Ghost Corgi's Health: 10 - 1 = 9 Korobokkuru's Health: 3 - 1 = 2 ))

After the minipets broke apart and paused in their war, another stare-down occured. They stared at each other, and started circling each other.
After another moment of circling, the two minipets pounced at each other again. They battled furiously, but in the end the icy fae fell, KO'd. It had done some serious damage to the ghostly puppy, but apparently not enough to knock it out too. The ghostly corgi was now at about half-strength, but still had plenty of fight left in it.

As the desutan came forth, the ghostly corgi snarled, determined to fight off this threatening minipet. As the pup charged for the desutan, a table was summoned by the pink kimono-clad creature. Then, the desutan gave a horrible grin, and the table was flipped onto the corgi mercilessly.
The ghostly ectoplasm of the corgi was squeezed enough by the table that the pup was finally KO'd.
Kallos ran over and managed to nudge the table off his creature, picking it up and looking over at the desutan, who was now apparently texting someone, and then to Desu-chan. He gave her a nod before leaving, hoping his pup would recover.

Sebastian entered the pink gym once again, this time with a bit of caution. He was a bit worried about having to find more of those disgusting cell charms, but instead he was charged by Desu with three minipets.
She explained the game, and at first Sebastian said, "Ah, I would ... err ... love to fight, but I have no minipets! So sorry!" He flipped around to head out the door, when a flapping noise distracted him. Oh no. Not this time. Richter could you have worse timing?
The bird came down and perched menacingly on Sebastian's shoulder. Could it be that Richter actually wanted to fight the minis? Who knew he was such a warrior.
Sebastian sighed, realizing his defeat and said, "Okay, okay. Err ... Go get 'em?" Apparently Richter needed no more command than that. The bird flew in an amazing dive and slashed right through Desu's first mini, her Fairy Cake. Sebastian couldn't help but be impressed- who knew Richter had it in him?
The fairy seemed to get some water in Richter's eyes, and he took a bit of a crash landing, but it was nothing the bird couldn't recover from. Well, this would be interesting.((Richter: 8 Mini 1: KO'd Mini 2: 3 Mini 3: 3))

Richter flew up once again into a graceful arc to fight the next mini. From so high up, Desu-Tan couldn't even touch him. Sebastian didn't even have to give the bird instruction- it seemed to know exactly what to do. Was this mini battle trained?
The corrividus then swooped down and slashed the Tan with his claws. It was another one hit KO. Talk about lucky! Or perhaps skill?
Sebastian couldn't help but give a little cheer. Richter was on fire! The bird swooped back up to land on Sebastian's shoulder, but it seemed Desu-Tan had one last act of violence in her. She clawed the air furiously and slashed Richter across the wing. Uh oh- fighting was going to be hard with just wing.
All Sebastian could do was wait to see how this would pan out. He sent a silent prayer to Jack, Pleeeease let him win!

The last pet ... was a deer? No way! This thing was far too useless to actually hurt Richter.
So he thought.
The deer seemed to catch Richter mid-swoop, with some sort of weird minipet mesmerizing spell. Richter crashed landed right the and there. The good news was that he landed on the deer, knocking it out. Bad news was that Richter was knocked out too. Just what had that deer done?
Sebastian rushed forward to picked up his bird and said, "R-Richter you okay?" The bird didn't move at first, but it clicked it's beak a little after a few moments, and Sebastian could tell it would be okay.
Sebastian turned around to face Desu and said, "Je retournerai, mon ami." With that, he stocked off to find a first aid tent to tend to his bird.

Enya was slightly dazzled by the minipets in this gym. After getting over her initial awe, she noticed a broken cell phone charm on the ground. Most likely destroyed by one of the tables. Maybe there was another one under another table. She had to give it a try. So she lifted with all the strength that she possessed to find that there was nothing underneath.

After utterly failing, Enya was a bit sad. This was the second gym where she had failed in finding anything of value. But then Desu-chan stepped forward with her three pets. From behind Enya, her ghost dog floated out to take up the challenge. She smiled down at Honi. It seemed like someone was still keeping their optimism, so she should do. "Okay, I take you up on this challenge." She said to Desu-chan with an excited air about her. Honi stepped forward, eager to impress Enya. She was such a good little ghost dog. "Sick em Honi!" Maybe Enya was too excited about this whole affair. Just as Honi was about to fully sink her fangs into Korobokkuru, the fairy kicked Honi and only got a nick. ((Honi: 5 Korobokkuru: 2 ))

Enya visibly winced as Honi went skidding across the floor, letting out a yelp of pain. She was about to run over to check on her poor ghost dog when Honi got up, shaking her head. Honi growled menacingly before launching herself back at Korobokkuru.
She somehow managed to sink her teeth in and shook her head triumphantly. But before Korobokkuru passed out, she left some damage to Honi in a final fit of revenge.

Clearly these minipets were not be underestimated. The next minipet to battle Honi stepped forward. Enya called out to her, "Be careful, they seem stronger then they look." Honi gave a short bark before charging at Desutan, her mouth opened to reveal her teeth so she could bite down.
They both get at it and only escape with a few scrapes and bruises. This one seemed more evenly matched to Enya.
