Good idea: Leia captured by Jabba and forced to wear a metal bikini.
Bad idea: Having her get rescued and not wear it any more, but instead, some unattractive crap that nobody wants her in.

Good Idea: Coming up with new characters and storylines.
Bad Idea: Using the same characters in storylines, making the galaxy seem like a disneyland ride gone wrong with the words, "Its a small galaxy after all..."
