The shadowy form that made up Cat seemed to shift strangely, before his arms slowly wound back up into tight, seamless forms again, clutching the mace to his chest. Oddly enough, his legs now seemed more unsteady, wobbling uncertainly.
He nodded politely as he was introduced, not in the slightest bit bothered that his friend had done it for him, though his expression was strangely focussed on his efforts to hold the heavy object. "Dom," He said smoothly, cracking a somewhat strained grin and adjusting his grip on the mace once more. "A pleasure to meet you."
Suddenly he heard his name again, finding himself face to face with the bird who had the nice Smile. Amazing, Cat chortled internally, why yes I am.
"Thank you Ulmuka," He grinned right back, recalling the name easily.
But, wait, it seemed something was happening? A hunchbacked figure flailed silently, seeming to mime something to the crowd. Cat was not quite sure he understood, but a quick look at the board told him all he needed to know just yet.

"Perfect," Roch said quietly, hopping to his feet as he saw the other boil motion around. He had no idea, really, what the guy wanted, but he was waving around as if they were supposed to scatter. Scattering was EXACTLY what Roch wanted to do right now.
"I'm gonna go that was," Roch said, pointing at E5. "Maybe I can find something!" And he raced off before she could reply.

She nodded, "Hopefully." She said softly watching the hunchback Boil. "soo... we're looking for something?" She seemed confused but shook her head.
She chuckled, "Yeah... apparently. Hopefully they're not." She walked over to the field. "Hm... Imma give this a try" She said and then walked over to A5 and stood looking to the funny hunchback boil.

Dom had no idea what the hunchback had truthfully said but he gathered that they were looking for something. Maybe, who knew?
He quickly made his way over to C3, hopping up on the rock he found there and striking an epically epic pose. He grinned at Ash and Cat and shouted, "Go Team Barbell!"
...Then he wondered, was he supposed to be swinging it over his head like the hunchback motioned?

Joachim stared at the hunchback patchwork with a rather confused look on his face, he had honestly no idea what in the world he was signaling other than the wave to follow him. When Willow mentioned that they were looking for something he followed her suit hoping that was the whole point of the message.

xxxxxEven though she wanted to take to Ash, Danny took off at a running start. She wasn't about to get last place, even if it meant giving up her chat with Ash. As she ran, she held the towel out as far away from her as possible, just in case. There was no way she would kill herself out here.
xxxxxShe pelted toward the first thing she saw, a big ugly rock. It looked promising enough. Rocks usually hid things right? And if it was a battle, she would have higher ground.

Aislin looked up from where she'd been about to reach out to caress one of Dom's long ears when she heard her name yelled. She quickly spoted the vividly firey demon. Fire demon.
She was about to take in a deep breath and yell back to what MUST have been Danny when the patchwork took all of her attention. Brows furrowed as she watched the weird pantomime. "Uh." But it looked like people were looking for something?
Well she might as well take a glance around while she was heading over to say hi to Danny.

Sura looked at the map with some consideration, walking slowly while others ran; perhaps it was simply that Sura did not 'run'. In all truth, she could, but she had been specifically told to not bulldoze anybody by the parental unit. Her tail dragged in the dirt as she walked, finally settling into A1, her tail slowly sifting back and forth creating horrendous patterns in the dirt.

Cady watched the patchwork boil intently as he led them to the field, and... attempted to instruct them? Was he doing some kind of interpretive dance? Whatever it was, she lost interest halfway through.
She impatiently wandered out on the field, toward the square marked D4. Not that she knew that- maps ranked right up there with books for the illiterate ghoul.

 No sooner had Cat crossed his way through the field than a rather... disgruntled looking creature popped up out of the grass, glowering at him as though DARING him to do something with... whatever it was he was holding. With a vicious, tiny little fluffy stitched snarl, the patchwork creature LUNGES FOR FELINE THROAT! QUICK! Roll 1D6! If even, you hit the lepus! If Odd, you miss!As for Joachim, OH GOD WHAT IS THAT? This snapping dragon seems to have snapped him up, mice and all! Roll 1D6! If even, you're able to save some dignity and escape on your own! If odd, Someone's going to have to give you a hand... Aislin turned as she heard a sudden snarl. She couldn't really believe what she was seeing as something just DARTED right at Cat. RIGHT AT HIM. With a cry of surprise she watched in horror, hoping nothing bad would happen to him!

Struggling quietly with the weight of his weapon, Cat didn't expect for a moment that anything would jump from the grass, let alone anything dangerous. What on earth WAS that! Urgh!
With a great effort to not simply throw the mace into the distance, Cat steadied his grip and swung heavily at the patchy thing.
