JoyRose I'm busy, but looking forward to my trip next weekend to St. Louis for Mind Games! I'm traveling with my mom, a rare treat, and we're going to have SO much fun!
How are you? Ahh...I should be too ^^ Mind Games? Is that an event/show? That sounds like a good bonding experience and I hope you have twice the amount of fun :3

That sounds like a good bonding experience and I hope you have twice the amount of fun :3 My mom is a member of a group called Mensa and annually they get together for Mind Games to evaluate the newest games on the market. Some games you may have heard of that earned the Mensa Select Award from previous years includes Apples to Apples, Wits and Wagers, Scattergories, Trivial Pursuit and Magic the Gathering. It's a weekend long gaming session where we all play every game up for the award and the Mensa members vote for the five best games. So much fun!

❀❀❀❀❀ Sure, orange, why not? But more likely yellow or red - lol. Yes, Mensa is for "certified smart" people (you get a certificate and everything I'm told). Both my parents were members for a time. I'm the idiot of the family (relatively speaking). Of course, my parents are doting and sure I'd qualify if I tried, but I'm absolutely certain I wouldn't, and don't want to break their hearts proving them wrong and me right. So I just don't take the test (and I still go to events as Mom's guest so I still get to hang out with smart people).

That sounds like a kids dream come true XD Good old boardgames--they're being less appreciated with all the electronics as rivals. I remember thinking *#@! when I saw that they had made monopoly, a game that taught kids how to count, into an electronic 'credit card' system :/ (I'm sure you're smarter than you give yourself credit for :3)
