She took a little extra time to get a little of the mud off of her, one half the group had passed her, she stood back up, shaking her hands out again, and glancing up to see the last group coming by.
"Doing well, Will?" she asked, noticing he was still at the back of the group.
Hitching up her back pack and continuing on with the group.
Taking a breath through her nose, impressed with the size of this aria, she took a moment to look around, glancing at the water with a pause.
She wasn't to sure where they were.

Lucas resisted the urge to let out a low whistle in admiration of the scenery for fear of disturbing more giant winged mouths, or possibly something even more sinister. Fetch followed obediently at his side, tail wagging in excitement for what would happen next. Good that someone was still excited, at least. It seemed the 'fun' in the mud had sobered everyone a bit, allowing them to return properly to the matter at hand.

"Holy heck...." Kofuku gazed out over the lake with wide eyes as they entered into the next chamber of the cave. Looking around, she noted that there was no other shore available; made her glad she'd brought along Hiromi, she'd probably need a strong swimmer if they were going to be going into that water... especially if trouble happened.
Hiromi began getting excited at the site of the large, cave-lake, and her finned tail began to wag as she waited orders on what to do. Oh how the little vaporeon hoped that they would be going into that water.

Beyond the small spit of land that they stood on was a gigantic body of water, comparable perhaps only to the sea itself. Isadora gazed into the shadowy gloom in awe, unable to speak. Could their target possible dwell here, in this huge underground lake?
Iditarod sniffed at the water curiously, having never seen anything quite like this before. Her large paws kneaded against the ground in her agitation. What was to happen next...?

As the reached the large lake, Mau unclipped a pokeball. "Aki." He said, the red light releasing the vaporeon. Aki sniffed the damp air before slowly pawing into the water. If nothing else, it was a good idea to be ready in case anything decided to interrupt them before or while they were summoning the Kyogre. "Be on guard." He instructed. Aki nodded, and stared out to the water.

Finally they made it out of that muddy mess. Leonard was half expecting for Omega to do something stupid, like trip or lag behind from chasing after a shiny, but amazingly he didn't. Maybe he was learning something from the other Metagrosses. Whatever the case he was glad to see the end of the tunnel. And the large expanse of water greeted them. Leonard didn't look as surprised as the others, being used to the sight of the sea, but he had some sense of admiration.

"Yeah, I'm fine," Will replied to Faleen. Vacating Nyx's Metagross as soon as he could.
"Go on ahead. I'm going to cover the rear." He told her, while staying at the back of the group.

Alexander looked around the new room and shined his flash light the best he could. It was quite beautiful if you enjoyed a lot of water and being in a cave. He looked down at the lake and made a face. While he did know how to swim he wasn't a strong one having been raised in the desert. He absentmindedly patted the Metagross he was still on then looked at the other grunt briefly. "I almost forgot, I'm Alexander, thanks for the ride." he gave a smile towards Lenard.

Nadja narrowed her eyes fondly at the other elite for a brief moment, then turned her attention forward as the passage opened up into a massive cavern that echoed with the sound of waves lapping at an underground shore. The elite nodded faintly to herself and slipped off the Metagross as it touched down.
Talos hovered after her as she strode forward, once again brisk and businesslike as she dipped a hand into the pouch at her hip and lifted out a fist-sized orb that pulsed with a rich sapphire light - the fruit of their efforts in Jinko. Up until yesterday it had spent its time on Lucere's desk, but now it would be put to its purpose.
At the edge of the water Nadja raised the orb, vaguely wondering if there was some sort of dramatic incantation required at this point. The legends were never too clear on the subject.

Holding onto the straps of her bag she nodded to Will when he said he would take up the rear.
"Just watch your back to" she added, glancing back behind the aria they had come.
Walking carefully though the water in this new room, Banette hovering close by her head.

As the orb was held up, there was a pause and for a moment.. nothing happened. But then suddenly it began to glow, a dull red light coming from within and grew brighter as it pulsated.
Seth had dismounted the Metagross as well, and looked on. All eyes seemingly going to the orb as they all waited for something to happen.
What what happened wasn't the grand entrance of a legendary. No, it was something that was completely unexpected.
A voice suddenly rose from behind them. Not unfamiliar, yet confident and with authority.
"I can't let you do that, Team Rocket!"
Just as a Charizard came swooping from behind, and snatched the orb from Nadja's hand. A shadowed figure on its back as little more than the tail flame was seen as it flew over the water and wheeled back around to land on the overhang above them. The rider jumping from its back just before it touched down.

Kofuku watched with amazment as the female Elite held up the orb, watching it (or maybe feeling it, she wasn't quite sure) pulse with it's own heartbeat. This was something crazy, something that she wouldn't have believed was happening had she not been there herself.
"Hiromi. stay on guard." She glanced at her Vaporeon, then touched the pokeballs on her side, feeling her stomach begin to drop. This was going to be one crazy ride, that's for sure. Of course, the climax wasn't exactly what she'd been expecting as their party was crashed by some unseen figure. Grasping another pokeball from her belt, she readied herself for a battle and commands.

"OH... snap!" Liam gasped, though this time his voice didn't echo far over the yells of the others. Who was this mysterious and dramatic stranger and why was he stealing their hard-stolen.. orb? Liam had no idea what the orb was, but apparently it was something of importance and this guy had just taken it...

Well, things were going pretty smoothly, weren't they... Lucas watched the pulse of the orb as it brightened, and then suddenly it was gone from the hands that cradled it. He watched it as it was snatched away by a Charizard, by the man that disembarked from that Charizard...
Oh snap was right.

Overhead, an unfamiliar voice echoed through the cavern, and Isadora looked about in surprise. What on earth was that...? Who on earth was that? She saw the Charizard fly over the lake, with what seemed to be some kind of orb in hand.
Whoa, wait- was that their orb?
Isadora lowered her eyes and frowned, watching the flame of the Charizard's tail intently, following it with her gaze. Iditarod growled and bared her teeth menacingly. This was bound to be bad...
