Waterstream gave a purr and rubbed her head against Redheart's, "I'm here. But i will have to leave for the medicine cat to help you." She mewed then got up ready to leave for the medicine cat do what she needed.
Rainkit stoped and sat next to her brother, "Dad is fine..." She mewed, "Mom is with him." She added.

Redheart growled at her before looking back at the she-cat. "Please let them stay." he pleaded, the she-cat looked at him then to the kits and Waterstream 'very well' she murmured working on his wounds.
Blackkit bounded to his fahter as he heard the medicine cat say fine. He purred licking his face. "You'll leave right daddy?"

Waterstream sat down next to Redheart again when hearing the fine, "He will if he doesn't do such a mouse-brained thing again." She teased then watched rainkit run in and did the same as Blackkit did.
"Everyone was talking about how Darkstar is having to get a new deputy, Dad!" She purred happily. Then stopped and sat down next to blackkit, "I think it's going to be you." She admitted then turned to blackkit, "Don't you?"

Redheart smiled at them both before sjhaking his head, "I doubt it. He would want a strong cat rather than a stupid one."
"But daad you were strong!" Blackkit agrued, "You took tehm all on your own!"

"No cat is perfect, Redheart." Waterstream added as Rainkit began to try and encourge her father. "Dad! We all know he will choose you!" Rainkit mewed then turned to blackkit, "Die Rouge! You attacked my clan!" She mewed telling Blackkit to play along but not play fight for the medicine cat would get mad.

Blackkit pounced on his sister gently pinning her down with a thud. "Well,well to bad! I wil take over!"
Redheart chuckled at them both before sitting up licking Waterstreams neck. "Lets hope." e whispered smiling weakly.

Rainkit pushed him off and pinned him down, Pretending to kill him. "Never! I, Redheart, Will defeat you!" She yowled then looked at her dad with a smile.
Waterstream was now laughing at Rainkit and Blackkit but gave them both a smile, "That was good!" She purred.

Redheart ooked at teh two and chuckled softly looking at the medicine cat as she wrapped cob webs around hi body nd neck. Once she finished he licked Waterstreams neck again growling lowly.

Rainkit gave a mrrrow of laughter then helped Blackkit to his paws. "We got him to laugh." She whispered to Blackkit, "Now lets ask about appenticeship tomorrow." She added with a mew reminding him they were almost 6 moons.
"Try not to move so much." Waterstream mewed trying to keep redheart still for the She-cat. "I'll get you some prey." She added and pushed Rainkit and Blackkit out of the Medicine den.

Redheart smield at her before layign down again swallowing the bitter herbs teh she=cat gave him with ease, though the tatsted reminded him of what he took when he was sick. he looekd up at her in surprise nd she smield mewing, 'it will help teh pain and any infection.' he noded before watching little Blackkit wobble up to him putting his front paws on his chest lookign at him with prise in his eyes. "Your a hero daddy." That caght him off gaurd. Hero? More like a mousebrained fool. Though he only smield at teh kit licking his nose before laying his head on crossed paws.

Rainkit was waiting outside for her brother to show up as the younger kits began to appear from the nursey and glaze at them with widened eyes. She could hear they're little mews as they spoke about how Rainkit and Blackkit were Kidnapped. "Come on Blackkit, I found a nice Mouse to play catch with." She purred then turned away as the kits ran up and began to question her, Questions like: 'Was it Scary?' 'You fought back?' 'How may were there?'

blackkit nodded bounding from his father after his sister looking down and away trying to hide his rightside of his face. "Umm..." he started always been shy.

Rainkit gave a hiss to tell them to shh, "Alright, I'll tell you." She mewed which meant it was time for one of her tall tells. She told them so many times it seemed she could never plain out say something the way it was. "Yes of course it was scary! There was almost a clan full of them!" She yowled watching the kits back up alittle in a cowardly way. Rainkit grinned then turned to her brother then to the kits. "We have these scars from the Rouges, I was close to killing one when the loner swiped me away. Then blackkit attacked after me being swiped across the eye."
Waterstream gave a sigh hearing Rainkit begin one of her talltales. She grabbed two mice in her jaws then turned and padded back into the medicine den. She sat beside Redheart and dropped a mouse there, "Rainkit started one of her tall tales again." She mewed knowing he would understand she was scarying the younger kits.

Blackkit watched his sister abit left out as she lied on killing one he growled snapping his jaws in defiyance. "You werent even close to killing one let along seriosly wounding him. Dads the one who killed most of them, not you." he corrected looking up as the kits tilted their heads in confusion, which story to beleive? Blackkit sighed nad opened his mouth again to explain, "We got these scars were Goldenfur the leader of the rogues kidnapped us, she was swiped first and I stood up for her only being thrown into a wall after being slashed." he said shooting a glance at his sister.
Redheart sighed, he didnt enjoy it when his daughter told stretched lies, it only lead to bigger ones. "I'll straighten them out when I'm healed, until then; I hope to enjoy your company instead." he mewed swallowing his mouse back quickly.

Rainkit hissed turning to her brother, "Hey! I was just making it more interesting!" She hissed again letting her fur prickled up. She did not like it when her brother would correct her and tell the truth she normally told the kits a lie to encourge them. Without another word her fur slid flat and she padded away into the nursey.
Waterstream laid next to Redheart and began to eat her mouse. She ate it down in two bites then gave a purr. She put her head next to his pelt letting him rest his head on her shoulder.
