If you know the fingerings you can play pretty much any sax you want, you just have to get used to the embrochure. stare

I play bari sax and contra clarinet. Yay for low power!! I like playing my contra more than bari, but dont tell my bari that!

i play bass clarinet. it's a pain to march with. this is my first year and the only time we've marched this year i got a bloody lip. my reed was pink for about 2 weeks.

i love being in the low woodwinds/brass(i put brass there to because there only one in 2 in our band) section....but theres about as many of us as there are fluts if not less.

it's realy anoying because were in the back row and we always get ignored. mostly the bass clarinets. it's so anoying. but our band director actuly found a piece that we can play the the melody. it's awsome xd

in our section there 2 bass clarinets, 2 bari saxes, one tenor and if you include the brass theres a french forn and a baritone. it's wierd going froma big group of clarinets the was bigger than our entire section to a tiny groupe that gets stuck in the corner.

Um hi! I play the bass clarinet! Best instrument ever! 'Cept our marching band is so small our "low woodwinds" and "low brass" had to be combined. Even sadder our Low winds section had four members:
bass clarinet
Tenor saxophone
Sousaphone
Tenor Trombone
So the four of us called ourselves the Bass Trombousaphones! And we were the best section alive!
