The male smiled and nodded. "Yea, well that is something that we both have in common, it is also something that we will both need work on." He sighed and looked to the windows. "We have a long time before it starts getting cold...but...all the same, yes...curtains will be needed. They will also help to keep the sound of our voices in, and not out in the village air.

Freeziyana gives a small smile at that, then nods. "So, would you prefer we go looking for the materials we need together, or separately when we have the time?"

Volatile grinned, he actually surprised at her smile. It was soft and gentle, he did rather enjoy the look of it. "You smiled..." He chuckled lightly to himself, knowing himself to sound like a damned fool. "We can hunt together for them, it will take less time if we are both looking, but I do not think that today is the best of days to do so." He smirked. "Besides...have to let the food settle..

She grins, then nods, agreeing with his reasoning. "True, the weather doesn't look like it will be too generous for much longer today. So, what would you prefer to do then, Volatile?"

The male smirked and nodded. "I do not know if the fact that the day will not be favorable, but all the same...I am enjoying getting to know what makes you tick, Freeziyana..." He chuckled to himself, taking afew steps towards her, his glowing eyes meeting hers. "Do tell me more...for I do not wish to leave you bored here..."

Freeziyana blinks, tilting her head slightly at the other for a moment before speaking again. "Makes me tick? As in, makes me upset or angry, or what makes me happy? Because, if it's the second one, whatever makes those I'm living with happy makes me happy, as long as I'm not being harmed in the process. As for what makes me angry and upset, well, hurting me, or trying to force me to harm another creature who is not trying to harm me would be it. I.... really have no other little quirks, I don't think. What about you?"

He chuckled at her innocent answers, it was very much like her, he thought. Always about the others and not herself. "Me..? Well...I rather hate those that are narrow minded, those that judge...I despise those that shunned me and my family for being different...though...they are not me...they are not what make me me. I rather...enjoy making something from nothing...be it a person...or something else..."

Freeziyanna found herself agreeing with the other on his first statement. The scars on her face were testament to her own dealings with narrow minded people, after all. "Oh? How do you make something from nothing with another person?" She asks, genuinely curious.

The male smirked and looked to her questioning eyes. He did like that look on her face, it meant that he was a least some form of interesting to her. He cocked his head to the side and chuckled. "It is a simple thing really, have a person finally understand the worth of their existence...a reason for living. You take a person...who has basically lived under a rock...their whole life...and help them to understand....they can be so much more than that.

She thinks on this for a moment, then gives a small nod. "Alright, so have you managed to do that successfully to another fae? Or have you not found someone that needed that kind of help yet?"

The male smiled and shook his head. "I would like to think I have at least tried, and....perhaps I have practiced what I preach, hmm?" He laughed and looked to her. "I was told I was nothing....for some time...and for all the longer, I believed it. Though you know, you make the most of what you have...and..." He shook his head. "Nevermind..."

She frowns slightly, tilting her head and walking over to him. "You aren't nothing, though. Well, at least not to me. Whoever called you nothing should be strung up by their ankles for awhile and get pelted with with... bird excrement." She was angry, then she sighs, shoving the anger away. It wouldn't do any good now, anyway. "What were you going to say...?" She asks, confused when he stopped talking and said Nevermind instead.

He was amused by her anger, the fact that she could be just as upset by those that had called him such. As she asked him to continue, he nodded. "I was just going to say, and make a better life for yourself, prove them wrong. I have found great joy in this new life I have made for myself...and even greater joy now..." He smirked. "I would love to see you make those people pay for their words."

She gives a small smile, then flicks her tail once before looking back at Volatile again. "I'm quite sure the vines and local birds would be more than happy to help me mete out that payment as well." She felt fiercely protective of Volatile and indeed felt that any and all who had done him wrong should be punished, so her offer was sincere as could be.

Volatile smirked. "Do not worry, Freeziyana...in time you will get a chance to make them pay, not that I have not made their lives hell from then on out...I do have half I mind to let you meet them....just for fun...though one...in particular has suffered for the way she treated me.." He grinned. "Never had I thought a woman could be so cruel.
