Corey was more than happy to watch the rest of the kids. They were easy to deal with. End flew to Southtown University hospital emergency children's wing for the Truesdale floor.

As soon as Amy was hooked up to the necessary attachments it didn't look good for Amy. Ken Masters was there, knowing something the parents did not. After it appeared that Amy was calmed down again and was allowed to sleep, Amy did just that.

Ken told Zane and Trunks that Amy is going to have to undergo vital organs surgery and that Amy's heart would soon stop. Zane was about to become emotional at the news of his daughter, when Ken did have some good news. "Thankfully," Ken added, "That this sort of thing is more common than you two realize. And its an easy surgery to do. Nothing like what Trunks's mom had to go through when she was brought in."

Laughing at that, Ken then said, "Anyway, my point is that although Amy's heart will stop, she won't die...at least for not very long. The two of you should be proud of your parenting skills especially under a stressful situation as this is. I am also happy that you guys had Yagami send Morticia to Dee for counselling. It was all over the news."

Zane asked, "How can that be? How can the media know when we did not see any cameras or anything?"

Ken laughed, "For someone as bright as you, I am kind of surprised that you didn't figure this out already. The media is so much more than just cameras and technology. While technology can be great for media, there are other ways of getting the news. For one thing, you're royals. Like it or not, that's fact. Second, you live in New domino City where there are spies than can get news around faster than a fire can burn down a tree. Third, that dragon of yours draws attention Zane. Not everyone is as fortunate as you to have their very own personal dragon transport. So, when someone sees it, they are bound to notice and since someone obviously saw poor Amy, well...come on, is it really all that difficult to understand?"

Zane was dumbstruck. Ken was absolutely right. Zane then asked, "So, you are positive that Amy is going to be okay?"

Ken nodded, "You bet. And as far as she is going to know from this moment till she is done from surgery is the last thing you told her before she fell asleep."

Zane asked, "So, how long does this surgery take?"

"Only a few minutes, but to be sure that she will recover and respond to the new parts properly, its advised that she spend the night here. By morning, when her normal wake up time is, it is equally advisable that you be here Zane. That way the child will be comforted to know that you were true to your word and that the media won't have something else to talk about and have reason to confirm Epcor's story."

Zane nodded, "I see."

Turning to Trunks, Zane asked, "Do you have anything to say about this, darling?"

Zane nodded, "I agree and it isn't like I couldn't take more time away from my office. Sometimes working the way that I do, its understandable why Epcor might have felt like he had the need to tell the media what he did and how he did it. Its all because I get too wrapped up in my studies as a live dragon trainer that this sort of thing happens. Trunks, you have more important jobs than I do. That much is clear. Being a professional turbo duelist, working in Azeroth full time to get information for your mom to help her with her job as the chief of the Society, you cannot possibly allow yourself time off. However...I also think that from the start, from the moment we named her, we knew that she was going to turn out this way."

Knowing that his lover was going to burst into tears at any moment and asking a bunch of questions, Zane held Trunks in a loving embrace. It was a hug perfect for one of them movie scenes that gets audience hooked onto that sort of thing, a truly touching moment. Zane then said to Trunks, "There is no need to feel shame with how Morticia turned out. As evil as she may have been or might yet become, as parents, we just have to accept the fact that there is one bad seed out of every family. Ours is no different in that sense and how even though we are both guys in a marital relationship we can be just like everybody else. I for one trust in your mother's judgement when it comes to handling this sort of thing. I mean, she wouldn't have been able to handle your dad on a daily basis if she didn't."

Zane laughed heartily, "No offense, darling, but your dad scares me sometimes with the way he behaves."

Giving Trunks a loving kiss, Zane then said, "In all seriousness, though, perhaps we will stop by the mansion and let Corrigan know of the situation. Its a good thing that he alerted us when he did otherwise, who knows what would have happened to our daughter. That kid is wise, I tell ya."

(Oh yeah, forgot to mention...Trunks is the over emotional one in this relationship, meaning, he cries a lot when it comes to mushy things like this. Its when his ahem gayness really comes through)

Corrigan nearly jumped to the ceiling when he heard the mansion door open then close again. He exited Amelia's room holding one of Iori's collectibles in his hand, and saw that Zane and Trunks have returned. "So...is she going to be okay?"

Zane nodded looking still a bit sad, "Yeah, she will. She's gotta stay overnight at the hospital and I gotta be there early in the morning. By the way, what is that you are holding? It sure is exquisite."

Corrigan giggled, "Oh...this...this is one of Iori's treasures. I talked with him about 5 minutes ago and told me to set up the treasures in Amy's room so that she can see them on display. Its a reward I am getting from him because I have been so responsible. Each one is valuable and if any gets broken...well... lets not even go there. You guys have got to see what I have already done."

Unlike what Zane's normal calm demeanor is, for once in his life, he did something that Trunks would normally do. He raced to see what treasures Iori had. The Yagami family have always been known to have relics worth examining and definitely stuff that the Pandaren that Trunks deals with would be interested in as well.

Bookshelves had been erected around what had appeared to be a very tiny bedroom, but every shelf that surrounded it now had one piece of the Yagami family treasures. "Whoa!" Zane said, "And you were able to lift all of those on your back in that huge container."

Corrigan blushed for the compliment of strength, "Well, thanks. But the thing was heavy."

(Time for one of Trunks's curious questions. Remember, Corrigan is about the height of a 10 year old. So, he's small and yet the shelves are like 10 feet or more in height. No average kid could reach that high. And Corrigan doesn't exactly behave to have any magical properties whatsoever.)

Corrigan laughed, "Mom did always say that you were curious, Trunks. Well, I suppose I can tell you my secret. It is true that any normal kid my size and weight without any magic cannot carry something that big, but on the last full moon, something...interesting happened. I was staring out at it, in the tower at Iori's place thinking about mom and dad like I usually do every night. But then...my heart...it began to race faster and faster! I felt like I was going insane! I knew it couldn't be any sort of attack because well, there wasn't any cause for an attack to happen. My dad's genes cause me to become a werewolf at the sight of the full moon. I am actually even more surprised, Trunks that you did not change into an Oozaru the night that I changed into a wolf. Your father's genes gives you that power. I suppose from one were-creature to another we both have different ways of controlling it. My dad can change without the moon into his wolf form, unlike me. That added strength was how I was able to lift that huge chest. As for the bookshelves...I just used a ladder that I found in the mansion. The treasures themselves aren't that heavy, but collected they are."

Corrigan thought back to the conversation then replied, "Only that Morticia has been arrested officially and will be undergoing serious medical treatment. Iori told me that even though Morticia has shown signs of the days when the saiyans were evil, there would be no reason why Morty should act that way now. Plus, Iori told me that Dee had used her higher tech medical scanner and has detected something wrong with Morticia's brain that is causing this sort of reaction. But rest assured that by the time the treatment is over, which will take literal years to sort, Morticia will be able to control her anger and rebellion and use it for the power of good."

Breathing a sigh of relief, Zane said, "Well, I knew I made the right decision to let Iori handle the situation when it comes to Morticia. But a mental illness? That certainly surprises me."

Corrigan shook his head and said, "Not to me. You see, when mom first met Terry she had something called Schizophrenia. On Earth, it could not be cured no matter what medicines were used. In fact, if it wasn't for those medicines, Mom would not have been able to come here at all. Way back, and this was a story mom and dad both told me, when mom was 4 and dad was 12, Mom was being held captive by Iori's older but dead sister Margaret. Dad had saved mom's life by kicking the buggy she was in off of the freight line tracks heading in the eastern and western directions. The buggy tipped over after it stopped on the other side of the tracks and when mom spilled out of it...well, according to mom, that's how she acquired the schizophrenia to begin with. it makes sense too. This means, that although Trunks does not have the illness, it was passed on through his genes to Morticia. Combine that schizophrenia with the fact that Morticia is part saiyan and part tuffle, that makes her dangerous to society on so many levels. Iori didn't want to have to be the one to make the arrest considering that Morty is so young, but believe it or not, Morty understands what is happening to her and wants whatever curse she has to just go away!"

Zane sighed, "Epcor is anything but weak, Trunks. Okay, sure Morticia was cunning enough to suggest some rotten things and there is the family code to consider. Epcor was debating on whether or not he should tell because Morticia is his sister and she did make him swear not to tell us. I mean, what if it was your mom making you swear not to tell anyone about something she did or saw that was evil for the greater good of all? Would you do the same as Epcor or would you be a rat and tell someone and risk losing the galaxy?"

Corrigan thought about what Zane was saying, but then said, "Not meaning to eavesdrop, but like mom would never do anything that evil."

Iori had gotten back in time to hear this and chuckled, "Oh really? I happen to know that your mom has done stuff that evil before. Your mom might be pure hearted most of the time, but think about it...over 70 Kings to rule one galaxy? How many of those kings doesn't Terry know about and how many of those kings would Dee have sex with just because she has not seen them in a while? That resurrection of Andy isn't a noble act neither. Its dark arts. Now using the dark arts for the sake of the greater good can be considered noble, but regardless, evil is evil."

Zane smirked at Trunks's reaction, "That's what I thought. So, shall we all head on over to Dee's mansion? I bet she is getting anxious waiting for us."

Iori then said, "Wait a moment, Zane you told me that you weren't going to Dee's so Dee and Terry are likely asleep just as you and Trunks should be. Its late already."

Corrigan yawned then nodded, "Yeah, sorry guys. It is getting late. I was so busy with this decorating that I lost track of time."

Iori set the last of the treasures in the spot that Corrigan had made room for on the shelves to make the collection complete. "Corrigan, you did a fine job at doing all of that work. I bet Amy will be pleasantly surprised to see it when she gets back home."

Glancing at his watch, Zane nearly jumped to realize that both Iori and Corrigan was right. Turning to Trunks, Zane asked, "So, shall we go to bed then, hon?"
