Her cheeks were a nice shade of red similar to her hair after she heard Natalia. Well, at least her fellow were hadn't thought it too bad that the she-wolf had almost failed a third time. LW made sure to blow a kiss towards in Natalia's direction.

For the most part, the class had proven that they were quite capable of walking with some sense of dignity. However, there were a few who still seemed to be at a loss for the simple task.

The demon had forgotten to take the hunchback into account, however, for this test, and before she'd had the chance to intervene, the boil had straightened himself up beyond what she'd ever seen a normal Igor do in the past, and made his way down more eloquently than the tall dracolich had.

It seemed that the string of students walking the thin line had come to an end. She looked over her checklist, and noticed that Ren still had not made his way down. The professor did not notice him as she scanned the crowd. She assumed he'd simply gone off to nap.

That was fine, however, she'd have Xypher deal with him later. Hopefully he'd be at least present for this next task.

Ms. Winters motioned for the class to settle once more, the lemur girl seeming fairly excited that her werewolf friend had completed her task after a few attempts. A small table appeared next to her, with a book and a small, opaque crystal box set on it's top.

"Well done students." she commended the lot of them, before reaching over to pick up the book, clearly being cautious of the box set atop it.

"It would appear most of your are capable of walking down the line. However, for the second half of this test, we will be stepping it up, just a notch." she gestured to the box and the book with her free hand.

"Not only is your posture important, but it gives you a keen sense of balance, which, most anyone can appreciate. For this task, you are to walk down the same line, only you will be required to do with while balancing the book and this box atop your head."

her eyes dropped down to Christof.

"Christof, while I appreciate the gesture you made of attempting the last task, if you would prefer, you may take a seat during the second half of this lesson. That decision is ultimately yours. I apologize that I may not extend this offer to the rest of you, however this is a unique circumstance that I, regrettably, failed to account for. You have my apologies, young sir." she addressed Christof with the last statement.

"Now, let's begin."

((Okay guys! Glad to see you're all still here for the second part of the posture task smile It's easy enough to follow. Don't drop the book, or the box!

We're rolling another one D20 here folks. Here's the outcomes for you.


1-5 : You get to the end of the line perfectly! You are like a cat with your crazy, graceful balance. Very impressive.
6-15 : So yeah, walking and balancing books on your head.. complete with perfume filled crystal boxes are so not your thing. The book tumbles and you get a head soaked in spicy pumpkin perfume. SORRY.
16-20 : While not perfect, you do manage to get to the end of the line, and back! There were a few wobbly moments, and a couple of drops of perfume land on you, but all and all, you're safe!

Now, if you don't pass this test the first time, you may roll a second. If you, regrettably, fail again, you may RP post a 3rd attempt, make it good, and you will be granted a pass.

The demon didn't let his first fail stop him though. He was back on his feet and back to the beginning of the line in no time. Oh he was determined to get this down pat so he could pass.

Regrettably he tripped again. This time over some of the spilled perfume from before.

Oh god this perfume stuff reeked something cough worthy.

Watching the others go, Jericho was rather impressed that Christof managed to pass without much of a hitch. Though, now the patchwork didn't look so hot with the way he was rubbing his back. At least he was excused for the next bit, which the dragon was definitely not looking forward to.

Frowning, he took the box and set it on his head. It wasn't easy to set it right with his horns in the way, but he tried. Once it seemed to be in place, he began walking down the line. It started out alright, but halfway through, it topped over and soaked him in perfume.

Twitching, his hands clenched up into fists as he snorted out a puff of smoke. This stuff had too strong of a scent and now it was going to be sticking with him for the rest of the day most likely. Grumbling, he stormed back to the starting point.

As was expected, despite the fact that her tentacles were still clenched as if trying not to inhale or ingest the perfume on her head, Riley was able to walk the line with a new book and box on her head. She did so with an almost painful elegance and poise, twirling on the heel of her foot at the end without so much as disturbing the liquid in the bottle.

That first attempt did not count. She demanded, as she put down the book and box. It was the wing, and not her, that had failed the first time around! She had left the wing on a desk nearby - Aymet could pick it up at his leisure. She did not want his gift anymore.

Merope's face fell as Ms. Winters began to explain the next task, his glowing undead green eyes looking at the box uncertainly. He doubted that the teacher would appreciate it if he balanced the book on his horns instead of his head -- the way his horns curled up made a rather steady platform. Though said ideal curve would have forced the boil to walk in such a way that allowed anyone to look up his nose, something that he doubted the teacher would appreciate.

He stood up and came forward, arranging the book so that it balanced on his head between his horns. His cyan tongue peeked out from between his lips on the still fleshed side of his face in concentration as he carefully began walking down the line, one foot in front of the other.

It wasn't until he made it to the end of the line and arrived back at his seat did the undead boil let out a sigh of relief, thanking the tide that he didn't wear shoes. Now of only he could learn how to walk without the click-click of his talons on the hard floor...

And then something came skittering out of Aymet's backpack. Something..... invisible. Friendly. And very partial to spicy pumpkin perfume, apparently.
